Called this morning, talked to Mike about a waterproof camera on the website. I wanted to find out more about it. He said there was only one in another store. He called the other store and said they would look for it and he would call me back. He never called back so this afternoon I called the other store myself and was told they sold it this morning. Guess Mike or the employee at the other store wanted it for themselves.

Really an enjoyable shopping experience for fishing and my new boat. Matt is very helpful and knowledgeable, and is genuinely friendly and outgoing towards the customer! With their sales and Rewards Program the pricing seems fair to me.

Very helpful staff, come from an automotive repair background and got commissioned to do fiberglass work on jetskis, so I had a few technical questions that probably wouldn't be able to be answered by untrained associates. Great job WM earned yourself a permanent customer.

This store has a chronic issue of being out of stock on everything other than clothes and shoes. If you actually need something for your boat, go somewhere else. If you want some sunglasses or shorts you’re in luck.

Went in to look around while in town and picked up a few things, stood at the cash register for what felt like forever and never got helped! two employees just walking around right beside us.. we just laid the stuff down and walked out... Wonder how many time that happens there? I bet a bunch!! Ridiculous!!

Great store, awesome selection of supplies, and friendly staff. However, they can't sell you a fishing license, so they lost my sale. $100 basket of tackle purchased elsewhere.

The West Marine in North Myrtle Beach is excellent. It is clean and well organized. The manager, Kevin, is helpful and knowledgeable.
