Since Yolanda has been over the New Ellenton Dollar General, it has become a wonderful place to shop at. The employees are ALWAYS working and willing to offer a helping hand. They are always welcoming with a smile. And the store is clutter free, and CLEAN. Yolanda is the best thing to happen to our Dollar General. Thanks Yolonda!

Even tho the line was long, the cashier was great. She was fast and competent, and cleared out that line wonderfully. Went in for cough and allergy medication for my best friend. Found it no problem. The one thing I did notice was the aisles were clear and merchandise was on the shelves. Most of the DG's around here usually have boxes in the aisles and merchandise that need to be put on the shelves. Nice to see a clean store with merchandise on the shelves and especially no boxes in the aisles!

I had called to ask if My debit card had fallen out of my pocket today and elonda had answered and was very rude to me. Her tone was terrible and was extremely unprofessiona.. I had hung up the phone and she called me back trying to talk to me in a certain way that I would consider hateful. Be better elonda

This place really needs new management, store is all messed up. I went in with my husband and the lady Kayla leaves the register literally tells some kid to get on it while he was helping a customer while she ran outside to talk for at least a good 30 minutes. When I left she was still out there! This was last week.Came in again today saw the manager Joseph hiding behind what seemed to be a lot of older stocked boxes on his phone like he wasn't at work. Nor was he really doing anything but playing on his phone. I even walked by to get his attention to show I noticed and he didn't even look up.Don't wear your name tags if you don't plan to work, I spend a lot of time and money in that store just to not have help or see workers not doing their job to make the store easier to navigate. Very unprofessional!

The store is filthy and unorganized. The grime on the register should be cleaned daily. The rug hasn't been swept since the renovation last year. Its just sad to see how unkept and unclean this store is. Last night, one of the employees was in front of the store smoking and venting. I don't want to walk thru a plume of smoke. I will take the drive to Chukker Creek.

It is a friendly, and at times, a quite frequented business. It is a major outlet of daily household goods, because of the small community it supports, as well as, the community supporting this business. The employees are welcoming, kind, friendly, and extremely happy to assist someone all of the time. Im happy to be a customer here. I reccomend this store over, and over, time after time, to everyone

Employees are on their personal phones while ringing up customers. They don't even say thank you or come again. To me that's very rude. Some even have attitudes, it's like they don't want to even be there.

This location is the junkest place. There are always boxes ,carts and ravks in the isles. This is a safety hazard. The register not working properly for the chip cards. 😥

Need to stock shelves instead of leaving sticking carts in the way of what very little products they do have on the shelves, as well as, need to organize and do some major cleaning, this store has done some severe downgrading!!
