A definite 11 of out 10. This was our 1st visit with our two (2 1/2 year old female and male Aussie Shepherd) who are litter sister and brother. We had some not so great experiences with a previous vet in the area. I cannot thank the staff at Waterway Vet enough for their professionalism, caring and patience with our skittish Aussies. They took their time and made sure the pups were not freaked out. A great experience from walking in to leaving. I cannot say enough good things about this practice.

This is, by far, the best veterinarian office in the area. Everyone was super helpful and friendly from the people at the front desk to the technician to the vet. They were super patient and understanding with my rescue Bella, and the prices aren’t outrageous either. We had such a negative experience at our previous vet, so finding Waterway was a true blessing.

I called Waterway when my own local vet could not see our ill furbaby, Annie, for a week. I called waterway and the receptionist explained my situation and Dr. Kathy took her at 1:00pm that same day. We were shocked. She was so caring and did everything she could do to make Annie comfortable, based on her bloodwork and tests. After a week of hydration, antibiotics, steroids, nausea and pain medications, she got worse and didn’t eat or drink for days. Dr. Kathy was so wonderful. Even though we had to make the impossible humane choice of letting Annie go a week later, I can’t think of a better place to have to do it than Waterway with Dr. Kathy and Taylor. They were incredibly sensitive and Dr, Kathy even cried with us. She didn’t know us from anyone off the street, yet her compassion was as if we were lifetime patients. The whole staff signed a card for us and expressed how sorry they all were for our sudden loss. Annie was dead by the time our own vet even wanted to schedule her sick appointment. I don’t think there is any more to say than that.Thank you to Dr. Kathy, Taylor and all waterway staff who cared about us and tried to help our Annie.Kelley and Bob Rains

It was pouring rain when we arrived at Waterway & we were met at our car w/an umbrella! We were put in a room immediately. The Vet tech was super friendly collecting all of Cappuccino’s basic info & history. When the doctor came in, she actually sat on the floor to get Cappuccino-comfortable, he was nervous with the other animals around & thunderstorms. The Vet was so friendly, patient & knowledgeable, she knew Cap’s history. They didn’t try to sell unnecessary meds or vaccinations. Check out was a breeze, everyone at the front desk was kind & personable. We love Waterway Vet, we trust them with our very spoiled dog & definitely recommend them to others.

Waterway Animal Hospital and Dr Cathy have been awesome. We have been with Waterway for 14 years. They are caring and knowledgeable, and have been able to give our pets the care they needed when they were dealing with life threatening crisis’s. And very compassionate when we had to make the decision to do the right thing when our fur babies lives were at the point we had to make that hard decision to let them go. I would recommend Waterway and I give them A+++

Very kind, caring and patient veterinarian. They answered all my questions and didn’t look at me like I was crazy. They followed up to make sure my dog was doing well. My last vet brushed me off. So glad I found this place. Never going back to bad vet visits again!

While on vacation in Myrtle Beach my dog became ill. I called numerous vet hospitals but no one would take my dog as a patient. That was until I called Waterway Hills. They had me bring her in immediately and they were able to diagnose my pets illness. The whole staff were fantastic. They even brought me on as a permanent client for any future issues. I highly recommend them to treat your pet.

I have been going to this vet for a long time, almost 13 years. Went to the vet one day because my dog was not doing well. Literally left in tears because I had to make the decision to put my dog to sleep in the coming days. Lady at the front desk ask for my email. Next thing I know I’m getting emails regarding making appointments and other stuff. Glad to know they are more concerned about that vs what I am going through. I called to voice my concerns and they say it was accident. Need to show more compassion to somebody who is going through such a tough time. Extremely inconsiderate

We are new to the area and did not have a vet. Our little Daisy had an emergency. I showed up at Waterway and was received with open arms. The warmth and care by the intake staff left me speechless. Despite a full and busy schedule Daisy was worked in. She was diagnosed, treated and allowed to go home with excellent results. Providence sent us to Waterway…and we are thankful!

We just moved to the area and our first Vet visit for Lexi was wonderful. Dr Kathy and staff were awesome with Lexi! We were put into a room immediately and the Vet Tech was very patient with Lexi giving her cheerios to help gain her trust. When Dr Kathy came in, she also was down on the floor making sure Lexi was at ease. The exam was slow and methodical to ensure no sudden moves. We really appreciated the care taken with Lexi and are thankful we found Dr Kathy and staff!

Waterway Animal Hospital has been good to our Twoey...very nice and I like the fact they email us when our dog is due for care. This last time I went one receptionist stayed till 515pm with me outside until my ride came..I am disabled and she made me feel safe. Thank you Waterway
