Dr Audrey is my favorite. She does not rush your visit. She is very thorough and explains details about our fur babies.The assistants are very gentle and loving with your pet. The receptionists are great with handling your needs. I would have chosen 5 stars prices seem high.

Our sixteen year old Yorkie had a seizure a few days ago. Her first ever. We were able to keep her comfortable till we could seeDr. Marino. She had been sleeping alot, not eating and lethargic. The staff at Kindcare were so nice and accommodating. We thought that we would be letting her go today. She somewhat rallied before the appointment and was up, eating and somewhat coherent. We kept the appointment and made the decision with the doctors help to bring her home and make her comfortable.Thank you Kindcare for making us feel better about our decision, and we know you will be there when we need you.

If I could give them ten stars I would. I have been coming here for 8 years and they never let me down. Always can fit me in, always care for my pet like their own. They took care of my older dog when she was very sick and did everything they could for her and when there was nothing left to do they helped me in the kindest way to let her go.My new dog had an issue I was so worried about they fit me in next day and were thorough and honest. They have never had me pay for unnecessary tests but have always made sure to recommend and ask me before they do anything. They are the kindest techs and veterinarians I have ever come across. I will drive from Wilmington as long as I can just to see them. Thank you kind care for truly being a group of wonderful people I will recommend time and time again. Dr.Marino is truly one of a kind the best there is. We saw Dr Stengel today who was also informative and amazing!

Excellent level of care, and they put a lot of heart into what they do. I myself am a veterinarian of 14 years working outside of full-service practice, and I take my own babies with chronic and major health concerns to Kind Care! Sandy, Penny, and Pickles are all thankful for Dr. Adri, as am I!

prices are high and there where fleas in the room while me and my dogs where waiting for the doctor to see us. There were several jumping on the ground thank god my dogs are protected! The staff is very friendly and the doctors explain everything good. It just costs way too much!

I’ve waited a month to write this review in order to be as fair as possible and less emotional. We have been taking our dog baby, Annie, to Kind care for 5 or 6 years, I called for a sick visit when Annie became lethargic, was continuously shaking and eating very little. None of the doctors could get her in to be seen for nearly a week. I called on a Tuesday and the next appointment available was the following Monday. For a sick visit. They recommended that we take her to one of 2 emergency rooms, both would be hours to and from with a very uncomfortable baby. I called another local vet about 8 minutes away and on the first call, the doctors talked and rearranged some things so someone could see Annie that afternoon. They didn't know us or Annie, but Dr. Kathy took great care of her and did everything possible to help Annie and to make her comfortable. Sparing the medical details, the painful end is that Annie died before she would have even been seen at Kind Care. That is unacceptable and not how a current patient should have been treated. We were so angry, but we’re glad to have found a practice that worked their schedules to see a patient off the street. They believed me when I said she was really very sick.The last well visit with Kind Care resulted in an estimate of thousands of dollars worth of surgeries for skin growths and dental that we did not feel comfortable with for our 16 year old small dog. When we saw the new vet when Annie got sick, I blamed myself thinking we should have done the surgeries, but the doctor had a different opinion about the necessity of those procedures and assured us they had nothing to do with Annie’s current illness.There are other reasons for the rating of 2, based on previous office visits and not seeing consistent doctors, etc., but I think the fact that no one would even see a current client for a week when they were ill is quite enough. It’s important to say that we certainly do not blame Kind care for Annie’s death in any way. It is the lack of a caring protocol for a sick patient that is most upsetting. We were nobodies to them, but felt like the most important people at another practice who took us off the street and did everything they could to save our baby.Kelley and Bob Rains and our furry angel, Annie

I moved here and finally got them in...I have brought both of my huskies to Kind Care and they were so good to them and made sure they were comfortable during their visits. My 13 year old gets really nervous and they were so good to her! Definitely pleased and glad I have a new vet here!

I’ve always had great experiences with Kindcare. They have always went above and beyond with care and working with me on keeping the cost at a reasonable rate. And they don’t scoff at me for trying to do as much holistic ways of care as possible until a different method is needed. Just great people!!

Great practice!!! Have a special needs Bengal with a lot of medical issues. Dr Audri is amazing!! She understands the breed and my grumpy boy. She calls me back late after hours when I have concerns. I highly recommend this vet clinic they treat our fur babies like family.

My visit today was for my two cats. They’re wellness visits. As always, I do not have to wait long to be seen. The front desk girls are very friendly. My animals always see Dr. Carey. She is always very attentive and caring with my animals. I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else. I very happy at Kind Care.

Front staff always seems overwhelmed, very young and not very thorough or helpful at all. Phone answering policy, is this an emergency or can you hold and the hold is 15-20 minutes at different times during the day no matter what day or time you call. The practice doesn't quote you prices for procedures up front or have any transparency what so ever and always recommends the full most expensive work up as it's very apparent money made for the business takes priority over the caring thorough treatment for you fur baby. KIND CARE ANIMAL MORE LIKE KIND CARE ABOUT GETTING ALL THE MONEY OUT OF YOU THEY CAN.

I've used kind care Animal Hospital since I came to this area in 2016. They bordered my dog Budd, kept him healthy. The staff and veterinarians kept him healthy for years. Their kindness when he died was heartfelt, they took care of the cremation and sent their condolences with a card and sympathy for my family. I've rescued 3 more and they go above and beyond to help in any way price wise and truly have the animals they take care from love from all their hearts, from the front desk, the technicians to the veterinarians. Love love love the team and the care given to my girls!❤️ Dr. A. most recently performed dental surgery and a mass removal as well as monitoring an on going issue for our 10 year old cat. Isis received VIP care as well as follow up phone call to monitor her recovery. Dr. A. was patient with me after Isis' surgeries and took the time to answer my questions and explain why she did things. Her skills and love for her patients shines!😍❤️😍

Been going here since my lab was a pup. Almost 12 years now. The staff has always been really great. Super friendly. And helpful.The doctors here have always been good. Seem very knowledgeable. Have always advised & treated my boy very well. They have all explained things very well to me with the most recent positive experience with Dr Aldi (spelling?). Dr. Allison always calls me directly for results of lab work, prognosis & the etc.A good group here.

I have used Kind Care Animal Hospital for the past 9 and a half years. I’ve trusted them with my original five fur babies that moved here with me all the way to my new fur baby I rescued a couple of weeks ago. They are so loving to all things living, including the pet parents. Recently, we had to help our 15-year old chihuahua cross the rainbow bridge. They really understood how hard it was on us and did not rush the process. They gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes. I am looking forward to seeing what kind of relationship they build with my new baby, Lokie.
