I’m giving a 2 due to the store being very clean and well stocked.. I also had the pleasure of checking out with Jay. BUT, when I walked in the line was long, (I also had a return) so we shopped first. One employee, as we found out later was the Store Manager was standing in front of a register but wasn’t taking any customers. Communication is the key to being in the retail business. I then was told I had to do my Exchange with her. I showed her the defective merchandise and she explained that they do not take back opened items.. I showed her that it was defective. She made so many nasty faces, Huffed when she realized that I didn’t make the purchase there and then also blamed Jay for hitting the F6 button that she told him to, but forgot to mention another prompt that showed up on the register about if it is food stamps came up first..Then because the tax was different I was to get back $.30 cents and she said no and Jay handed me a receipt to sign.. I did sign it and also wrote on it that I did not receive the change that it said I did. (Really don’t care about the 30 cents) then didn’t receive the current receipt or my other receipt back..

Dollar Tree is a busy store. Their stock gets replenished quickly. Most of the merchandise is a sure thing, but on occasion, they get items that are completely new to their inventory. It's a simple pleasure, but I really enjoy finding these products, especially at the lovely price of $1.25! There is now a section that has items up to $5.00 Their seasonal stock is fresh, and new and put out in a timely fashion. Affordable fun, an amazing and affordable store to find almost all of your crafting needs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Customer service is non-existent in this location. When I came to a register, the cashier was finishing with another customer and told me he wasn't open. Once I went to another line, he offered to check out other customers. After he finishes his cigarette, which was more important than doing his job, he can put away my cart full that I was going to purchase!

I know there’s a staff shortage going on and you can definitely TELL at this location. Poor customer service. I have NEVER been to a store that didn’t want to sell me something, I also work in retail and have never done this to anyone. The red hair lady was rude when we came in the door at 6:30 and asked when they closed which was 9pm but she acted inconvenienced as heck and mumbled something. Then at checkout she told me the red solo cups weren’t for sale and asked why did we get them when there were boxes in front of them then mumbled under her breath again. Why on earth are there products stocked on the shelves that I can’t buy??? RUDE RUDE RUDE. Could have at least said it nicely. First and LAST time coming here. She does not need to work anywhere around people. Only reason for 2 stars is because the store had what I needed. Just couldn’t buy it all apparently.

I usually enjoy going to this dollar tree. It's a nice one. Not too busy, and has a lot to offer. That being said, since covid-19 I haven't gone out hardly at all because I have an immune compromised family member. Finally I needed some office supplies, so I came to this dollar tree because I thought it would be safe. When I arrived and saw the sign "you cannot enter the store without a mask" it made me feel even better.However, as I was shopping I counted at least 5 people without masks on.I already need to be so careful. It helps to think that everything is at least not breathed on by everyone because people have masks - so they cannot breathe on everything. I thought by going here it would be a little safer, but I don't think so now.I know this is a little harsh, and I'm sorry, but I want other immune compromised people to know that masks are actually optional here.I'd love to change this review if a manager comments that this will change.

This Dollar Tree is loaded was with all kinds of good deals! Plus, the attendees here are kind and knowledgeable about the products offered here. Bought a few things I needed and more because we live in a age of deception, and prices are going up as the value of the dollar goes down.Put your faith in the Lord, because these days will go by in the twinkling of an eye and you absolutely are guaranteed to be held accountable for your actions in life and even after.God bless you.

red haired women at the counter was very rude when i put my basket on the conveyor. she kept scoffing to herself because i didnt take the 6 items i had out of the basket. maybe hire someone a little less inconvenienced by the whole being a cashier thing.

I love this Dollar Tree! Great selection of merchandise each time that I visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm making the cutest Gnomes from items I bought at Dollar Tree!

They and other locations havent stocked many of the things Ive been buying over the years . Plastic tarps & lately Nestled flavoredWater by the 6 pack. I'm very disappointed.

Beware that if you use a debit or card card you better not be in a rush. The registers have bad software and may crash in the middle of your busy day.

I always find things I'm looking for. They have decorations for each Holliday. And if you only need a bottle of ketchup or mustard then the dollar tree is for you.
