I just want to say- we have received OUTSTANDING SERVICE at our CVS on Hwy 9. The pharmacy has been unbelievable! My prescriptions are ready by the time I am leaving my Doctor's office! Literally, we get a text saying it has been received & a follow-up text minutes later saying it is ready!!! I know it is difficult to provide this prompt service always...but they have really been "on the ball". The pharmacist is GREAT & the staff helpful and pleasant. We are Grateful for their hard work! Our community keeps these pharmacys hopping...so CVS- Hwy 9 's ability to provide such excellent service is a blessing!

Right here at Christmas, my son, his 4 month old and wife are sick. His local CVS was closed. I called mine (this location) and let me say, the pharmacist Tim as well as the guy at the register, Patrick went above and beyond! Those 2 helped me get the medication my son needed. If not for them, he (my son) would have likely sent Christmas in an ER. As a nurse, I feel we should give praise where it's due. Those 2 gentlemen deserve all the praise! I wasn't given an option to fill out a survey. I pray this is seen. What a blessing they were

After moving here we needed to find the closest CVS to our rental. This one was within 5 minutes of our condo. The pharmacy helped us transfer all of our prescriptions and made sure we had timely refills. All of the staff at this store have been helpful, courteous and friendly. The wait time at the pharmacy has been very short, the front of the store is quick at check out, especially with the self check outs they have. Also like the drive up pharmacy pick up window.The store has a good selection of essentials, and overall good stock of items available.Be careful at this busy intersection though...Thanks CVS

Tracy at CVS pharmacy was super helpful today. I had an issue with Tricare Prime and she worked it with Tricare until she helped get it resolved. Really do appreciate her patience and time and helpful spirit. Thank you.

Horrible pharmacy. Deserve 0 stars. The entire CVS system is broken. Get texts saying prescriptions are ready only to be told they are not yet even working on them after you wait in line for 30 minutes or more. Recently went to get a prescription filled after a procedure at the hospital and after waiting 30 minutes for them to reopen from lunch was told they did not have the medication and that the two medications I was told three days earlier were being expidited were not ready, but they would expidite them and have them in 15 minutes if I wanted to wait. That wait turned into an hour with nearly everyone coming to the counter while I waited having issues. This is what happens when a company is run by bean counters and only profits matter and not people. This place should be closed up. We are done with them and moving everything elsewhere.

I love this store. The greeter was very pleasant, helpful and informative. The isles are clearly marked, making it easy to find things. The entire experience was a pleasure and got my day off to a great start.

First, it takes entirely too long to have a Rx filled. Especially, a refill. 3-4 days is unacceptable. Second, they NEVER answer their phone and when I’ve called corporate they have lied and told the rep “their phones are being worked on”….every month on the same day for multiple days. Lastly, their lines outside and inside are ridiculously long and there’s how many people working in the Pharmacy (I counted ten last time I was there, yet 3/4 of them were just standing around watching a video on one of their phones). My doctor had tried to call because I need my medication and since they have now three months in a row failed to even care about anyone other than themselves and not fill my medication for one reason or another he decided it was best to transfer to another pharmacy but they won’t answer their phone for my doctor or even the pharmacy my Rx is being transferred to. This is absolutely unacceptable to treat patients who need medication in a way that could be detrimental to their health.

I had to stop in cvs to pick up an online order. The cashier was not pleasant at all. Their were no customers at the time I was there, So do not know why she was rude. This is one of the reasons why I have changed my prescriptions to be mailed to me!!

Absolutely horrible. I’m still in line 45 min. They keep blinds on their windows and open the window once in a while to help with people. 2 cars ahead of me and it’s been 45 min. Absolutely ridiculous. It took 4 days for them to process my refill and I finally got the text today that it was ready. Had to cut myself down to 1 pill a day to make it last. They need more people!!!!

Hands down this has become the worst pharmacy ever and the worst part is absolutely no one cares. If you pay attention and look at it from the outside in you can clearly see it's the definition of what a toxic work environment looks like. The way they talk to each other, the way they speak to the customers and especially the elderly. It's absurd. I challenge their District Manager to just sit down and observe. You would be appalled.

If I could give 0 stars I would… took them 2 days to fill my prescription and even when I went back, it took an additional hour. This is my 3rd time and all experiences have been waiting on prescriptions that were sent to them 8+ hrs ahead of time.

I am totally exhausted with trying to get a prescription filled at cvs. My prescription was called in at3:30,went to pick it up at 6:00 and it was not ready. They then told me they would expedite it,and it would be ready in 15 minutes. After20 minutes I ask if it was ready and then they said they were out of that medicine. I was told the medcian would be in tomorrow. I came back today and was happy to see it was ready but only for 6 days. Apparently that was all that came in. Why standing there the lady at the register continued to roll her eyes at me. I informed her that I needed the rest before I leave to go out of town, that is when she said there is no guarantee that it will be in. I guess the pharmacy now decides when and how much you can have filled.What happened to customer service ? I will definitely be going to a different pharmacy.

People on reviews are saying prescriptions not ready in few hours...try several days. I specifically wait 3 to 4 days to give them time. Everytime I show up they say we are working on it right now. No you weren't, only because I came in. I started using them about 6 months ago and will be looking elsewhere. I would have rather them told me they weren't taking new customers honestly because they just can't keep up with the volume.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used.Hours posted on website wrong. If you call you're on hold 25 min minimum.Called today after trying for 2 days to get Rx filled. Stayed on hold 50min. Walked into pharmacy still on hold. They said system was down but can't even turn phone off or something. Nothing on front door to save the elderly from walking to the back of the store to find out they can't drop off or pick up. SO disgusted with this place. Walked out and do NOT plan on going back...

This place needs to shut their doors. I'm here part time, and when I'm not here in S.C. I need to have my pharmacy back home call CVS to have my scripts transferred back to them. Pharmacy back home has been calling for days, no one answers phone.I've been calling for days, on hold forever. Still no meds.. their filled in Little River, but I've got no way to let them know I'm back in VA. Putz's.

They need to get rid of their phone because they never answer it. Then you can show up 2 days after your prescription was sent in and it not be ready. It seems like the quality on everything in America is in decline.

Prescriptions are never ready when they say today was worse than usual hot the it'll be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. Came back half hour and was told not ready yet. I have never had an issue at another pharmacy and here it's just the norm. Management needs to address this.

Apparently the pharmacist at the CVS on rt 9 in Little River feel they can over ride what a doctor prescribe an fill as they see fit . Wife's Dr wrote a prescription for 30 days . They filled for 6 day an stamped filled . Said Dr has to write a new script an they don't promise if they would order more . They could careless about you . One nice thing there's other pharmacy around that are more than happy to help ya out

The drive thru wait time is absolutely ridiculous!! Why does it take 1 car almost 15 minutes before moving from the window?? I've been in line for 45 minutes at this point. Started with 7 cars ahead of me, now there are still 3 cars ahead of me. They need to pick up the pace or hire more workers!

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! Sent in my refills 6 days ago they still say in process and when you call no one ever answers the phone!!! Then if you go in you have to wait in line for an hour just to say hey can you please fill my prescription that I sent in 6 days ago!??!!!

I had such a great experience with Trey, the pharmacist! My sister.s medicine was lost in the mail with UPS, without it, she’s very susceptible for a stroke. She’s already had one. Within an hour he got her a 30 day supply. He truly went above and beyond, especially since this was a Saturday, and a holiday weekend. Thanks to Trey and the CVS staff ♥️♥️♥️
