This is long overdue. I've been customer in Seth Crow's book of business for about 2.5 years now and I have zero complaints. Quite the opposite actually. In fact, I can't recommend Seth Crow's State Farm Agency/Office enough! If you're insurance shopping for the first time or looking for a change in carriers, I strongly encourage you to give these folks a call!Everyone in the office is more than pleasant, extremely eager to help in any way they can, and they'll work with your best interests in mind to find the right coverage to fit your needs. With a professional background in insurance, I know the unfortunate consequences of having a bad agency and/or carrier covering you. My wife requested cancelation of her policy since April. Signed the cancelation request twice but some how the agency has lost the signature form again. This will be the 3rd trip in and attempt to cancel. Meanwhile, we are being charged monthly and the agent gets credit for the policy towards their bonus metrics.*Updated review to a 3 as the agent and state farm did eventually get the policy canceled and everything resolved. *

The State Farm office I had was no longer going to be part of State Farm. I contacted Seth Crow's office to transfer my policies and they made it so easy. Seth likes to meet with new clients, but my work schedule & thier hours are nearly the same. Seth actually met me at the office at 7:30 am to accommodate my work schedule. Seth was great. Talked about my coverage so I could understand it & made suggestions, but did not try to "sell" me something I did not need. Thank you for all your help!.

I'd give zero stars if i could. I cancelled my policies because i was able to save nearly $100 a month with a competitor with the exact same coverage. I canceled on a Thursday, i got a call later that day asking if he could get me some quotes to compete with my new insurance company. I said yes but cancel my policies because i've already paid for my new insurance. I got a call the next day with a quote telling me they couldn't compete price wise and asked if I wanted my policies cancelled immediately, I said yes as of YESTERDAY. Then the very next morning they still direct drafted $200 out of my account for policies I had CANCELLED! I was told after calling the 1800 number that only Seth Crow state farm could issue the refund...this was a Saturday and Seth crow is closed weekends, I got an email Sunday from Seth Crow after an hour on hold and being bounced around customer service reps on the 1800 number saying Id be issued a refund Monday or Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning passed and now I'm being told I'll need to wait an additional 3-5 business days just to see what kind of refund I will be eligible to receive. Terrible customer service, aggressive sales tactics and i'm out 200 bucks. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will not do business with them ever again.
