generally okay store. pretty good customer service. purchased proelite senior horse feed twice now, both times at least one bag was infested with maggots. never buy horse feed more than two days after saturday as chances are it has maggots. the white specks in the picture are maggots.

Failed to price match their own product. Tried to purchase pressure washer online for the sale price and it wouldn't ring up correctly. I took a screenshot of the price and came in the next day to purchase in the store. They won't honor the price. Doing the right thing isn't that hard. I bought the pressure washer because I don't have time today but that's the last $ you will get from me. Business ethics.... the manager needs to learn them. The kid ringing me up at the counter was very nice and apologized about it.

Tana is such a great help. Always cheerful and pleasant to talk to. Wife and I always have a good day after talking with her. She must be getting a raise soon. And a good one at that.The store is good as well. Very clean and organized.

Poor customer service, walked in looking for some material. Asked employee she referred me to manager.Walked up to speak to manager. Was never acknowledged. Continued conversation with employee then walked away as if I wasn’t even there.Far cry from Home depot. Home Depot was eager to help.

Always extremely helpful and accommodating! Today I was helped by Connor and Ashley. I came in close to closing and needed several bags of pelletized horse bedding, which is a little hard to find but they always have it for me. This time, Connor went above and beyond by grabbing four bags from outside and bringing them to me. Ashley checked me out while Connor was grabbing my items, making the whole experience quick and easy. I didn’t feel rushed or like an annoyance at all despite being there so late with a request that required extra work for them. This experience, among others, has made me happy to be a patron of this store. They never fail to help when they can.

Bought 2 propane tanks 2 weeks ago and got one filled this morning at this location. Afterwards I went to a doctor appt and transferred the 30# tank inside my truck so it wouldn't be stolen. When I got back out my truck was filled with propane. I went back to this tractor supply immediately since it was leaking from an area it shouldn't have been. The lady that came out to check the tank said it was a manufacturing defect and I had to go to the tractor supply I bought the tanks from. That they couldn't accept it there... When they are both tractor supply stores... When I went to the location I bought the tank from, they knew instantly where'd I'd gone and been told I couldn't return the tank. They said "she does that sort of thing all the time because she can't be bothered." I had to drive 40 min in a truck that REEKED of propane even with all the windows down the whole way. She knew that too, but hey, she'd rather turn a customer away, and make them drive in a truck with propane gas inside, rather than to be bothered to do her job. I'll never return to this location.

Horrible experience here. There customer service is awful, I asked for assistance with there large truck toolboxes and had to ask multiple employees until I was finally helped and even after that they would continue to be very rude and make comments to other customers that I’m trying to “steal things” after I heard this comment I walked out of the store and they continued to comment as I walked out “good thing we have cameras”. I was very upset to receive such hatred from a place I shop at all the time!

I visited here for the first time. The employees seem friendly and the store was clean. I thought I would try the store brand 4health cat food. The price was half of what I pay for a premium brand and the ingredients were high quality. My finicky cat liked it. I'll be back to this store.

This place has great customer service. I went there to buy a Pit Boss Pellet smoker, they had none. Theresa was very helpful, she called the Red Bank location to see if they had one. They did. She made arrangements with Jackie to have one held for me until we went to get it. Great folks all the way around!

Tractor Supply no longer Carries any prescriptions so I ordered through there prescription store ( find out they are totally unrelated and can’t speak English!!!!!!) the idiots that I ordered Bravecto ( simple flea medicine) from at “ Tractor supply Rx” sent my order to an unknown address. I called them and got another person with poor English skills and all she did was give me an overnight delivery charge free. The med was supposed to already be here!! Then she offered a 25 credit on my next PRESCRIPTION ORDER!!! What??? First off I won’t be using these inept people again and secondly I’d have to wait for ny dog to need a prescription. So now I’m out of my $ and had to pay AGAIN without my refund back in my bank! DO NOT USE TRACTOR SUPPLY FOR PRESCRIPTIONS!!!!! Totally wasted my time and held up money! Plus good luck understanding them Vice versa when you call. I went to tractor supply for years and they are losing me and everyone I tell this sorry story to. I’m shocked at how bad they were compared to what I had been used to…. Chewy has all of the same scripts for less money… do yourself a favor and use them. Plus they waive delivery all the time anyway.

Literally the most awkward and worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called the store and spoke to Connor to ask him if it was okay to head to the store to return my hitch, he stated as long as I was there before 9 pm, I told him I would be cutting it close and he said it was completely fine. I drive 25 minutes and arrive before closing, see employees at the register (Connor and Ashley) as I’m putting my vehicle in park, but when I approach the doors not only are they locked but the employees ran away and were literally hiding. I’m literally watching Connor think his invisible as he ducks behind items in the store until he finally makes eye contact while I’m looking at him very confused. He comes to open the doors and acknowledges our phone conversation and says sorry the manager shut the down the registers before close. David, Connor, and Ashley need some serious customer service training and fast. Literally the weirdest situation ever, who runs and hides from a customer you just spoke to?

Every time I go to this store the staff is always so friendly. But when we went on Sunday 6/19 I was stunned on the amazing service from Tiffany and Becca..as soon as we walked in the door both my husband and I were greeted and welcomed. We were there to exchange an Item and they immediately started with an exchange process and the whole time they kept us in conversation. We felt helped and the exchange process was an eaze. Thank you!!

I’m leaving 5 stars because not only do I love the store, I need to laugh at that guy Glenn who is boycotting it because the Waco location supported a drag Queen event. Glenn, buddy if you’re reading this, go ahead and boycott Home Depot and Lowes who are BOTH super LBGT friendly and supportive companies. Not sure where you’re going to shop now

The store in RedBank has lost my business. Store is great, the lady that tried to ring up my purchase was awesome. However a discrepancy with an item... 1st manager not touching it. store manager Jackie must have been having an amazing day since she was such a ray of sunshine.... apparently since I had an attitude 😒 she refused to sell me anything. She would not sell the item that was ringing up for less at that price.And I was told I could not purchase any of my other items. She told my husband she was not taking the loss . So the gifts and other items I was trying to purchase had to be left. I've never been so disappointed in a person's customer service and attitude. Clearly someone needs to take manager training.

Me and my friend came in to this tractor supply looking for a good work belt and other items. We found a Carhartt belt size small with no price- we were able to find the exact same belt with a price that says $24.99 so we took it up to the front with the rest of our items to pay. We then got back to the car to notice we payed $40 for a small belt when the exact same belt said it was $24.99. Being the college kids we are we went back in to explain how we thought we were buying a $24.99 belt like it said and noticed we payed40.Andrew at the front was thankfully quick to call people for help with the situation. Teresa and Leslie came up and Teresa was quick to deny us and seemed to have zero care to help us or explain why the price on the belt said $24.99 when we paid $40. Teresa seemed to be very aggressive towards us and was shoving the belt in her coworkers face (Leslie) speaking in an aggressive tone to her as well about the situation. Teresa was very adamant that even though the price said $24.99 on the exact belt we could not get it for that price but had to pay more for a smaller size belt. Thankfully Leslie was very understanding and took an extra step to take care of us and give us the belt for the actual price. She was very helpful and really took good care of us by sticking up for us!

Went to the Lexington Tractor Supply Store on 378 to buy a Spark Plug…….Shop there all the time. Love Tractor Supply !! However the guy at the front desk, while looking down at his phone welcomed me to the store. I said is this Log Splitter outside The only one at the store. His answer was….I Don’t Know, back to the phone……….After I alone look at their reference book and back and forth 3 times to look at the one outside for model number and all. Turns out they didn’t have it although again it’s not some random name brand. It’s Their name brand or at least Their Preferred brand of County Line. So again I left with nothing in hand and my Tractor Supply’s Log splitter still not working because all I need is a Spark Plug For their name brand equipment. Buy the way the original spark plug was lost. And once again without looking up, Thx for shopping with us, even though I bought nothing.Used to be a great store but now they don’t even…….carry maintenance parts for their own brand. Will Not Set Foot In The Lexington Tractor Supply Looking for County Line replacement parts and the customer service was nonexistent.

I love this store. Get a lot of products for my animals and my gardens here. I always find cute items that I can't find at big box stores and the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. If I could buy my milk and my underwear here, too, I wouldn't have to go to that dreaded W place.

I just learned that a Tractor Supply in Waco supported a Drag Queen event. I hate that because I love TS. However I won't spend money there with Lowes and Home Depot across 378.from you. Man, I hate not going there but I can't support a company that does these things.

The employees went out of their way to take care of me as a customer. I desperately needed an item yesterday, but that item is seasonal and was not out yet. Even so, they went to the back and dig through all of the new seasonal pallets to find me the item. I truly appreciate it!
