My Beau needed a place to hang for a weekend and this place was great. They didn't have cameras that you can peek in on them but they can text you pics and just ease your mind that everything was fine. And they did and it was. & quite reasonable too!!

My 3 huskies stayed here for 5 days while we were out of town. They all came back home happy and healthy. The office is great about answering the phone when you call with questions or to check on your pups. Other boarding places are not as good about answering the phone. The staff were all very polite and helpful. We had a good experience and would definitely stay again.

We don't typically board our dogs; however, we did this year and they seemed to have a great time (especially Axel). They posted pics on their FB page and made everything really easy.

We've had our pup boarded over a long weekend, and in doggy daycare multiple times. He absolutely loves it, and is always eager to go in when we drop him off. They always take lots of pictures and videos so we can see him having fun. I have a feeling this will be our place for many years to come!

I brought my 10 year old cat here for just over a 2 week stay. He was in a room with multiple cats and he did extremely well, even participated in play time. There were plenty of things to climb on and curl up in. I would highly recommend this place. They were also extremely accommodating as I wasn't sure exactly when I'd be back in the area.

Fantastic!1. Price is unbeatable!2. Gave updates on animals whenever we called and included videos3. Went above and beyond when it came to care: noticed one of our dogs is picky with food and accommodated.4. Staff was extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with!5. Facility was beautiful and spacious! Our dogs are extremely energetic and love to play outside, seemed to love being there!All in all, no cuts, mats, sickness, or any signs of abnormality. Will not hesitate to bring our dogs back again!Overprotective wife (dog mom) stamp of approval!

I love taking my dog here. She loves it too!! At Preppy Pet she is treated like family. The staff know her by name and are the sweetest people ever. I love that the small dogs get to hang out with each other out front. It helps my pup with her social skills, plus I feel comfortable that she won't be in a cage all day. The staff play with the dogs and give them lots of love. I would certainly recommend this place to anybody. (It is also very comfortably priced)

We took our dogs here while went out of town. They were there for 2 nights, and everything went very well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the dogs seemed to have had a blast playing with the other dogs, they slept for 2 days straight after we picked them up! Prices were great as well. We will definitely use them next time we go out of town.

Would not recommend. The other dogs gave my dog fleas and they wouldn’t do nothing about It. Neglect of dogs is abuse! The owner is even ruder when you try to talk to her about your pets conditions saying they’re too much of a liability. This is a dog daycare, you know what you signed up for. Can’t imagine how she treats those dogs!

We had to go away last August for a few days, and couldn't take our seven month old dog, Sage with us. We were very nervous about leaving her, but when we called to get information, they told us to come in and see the facility, with the dog. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, and the way the whole staff really love the animals they care for. They suggested that we bring Sage and leave her for a few hours, no charge, to let her get used to the place. When we dropped her off, she got lots of attention. We saw that she was happy, so we left her for four hours. When we picked her up, she was having such a great time, she wasn't ready to leave. Now, she has boarded there one other time, and she goes for socialization once a week, for the morning. She loves to go, and as soon as I pull into the parking lot, she is scrambling to get out of the car and go in, because she is so excited! This was a really great find. We shopped around, and this was definitely the one.

I can not say enough about Preppy Pet's. They are simply amazing!!! It was my first time dropping off my fur baby and they were so understanding about it. They let me sit with him for about 30 minutes until he, and I really mean me, were both comfortable. They even dealt with my phone calls to check on him. Furthermore, I accidentally left a form for school with them and the staff was nice enough to fax it to me!! Just amazing all the way around. I read the review below about not allowing bully breeds, and actually that made me feel better. I love bullies but they can be aggressive, even the nicest ones, and my dog is so little that a bully could really hurt him. Keep up the great work Preppy Pets!!!

I seriously wish I could leave more stars than five! We boarded our puppy here who has not been very socialized. It was the first time she would be away from us so I was nervous for her. We walked in and were super surprised by how clean it smelled. The staff is amazing and dealt with my tons of calls to check up on our puppy and was even able to find our pup a play mate despite her nervous nature. I can't wait to take her back for day-time play!

My yorkie really enjoys Preppy Pet. She has been going over 4 years ..when we arrive, if she could open the door and run in she would. It is clean and the staff adores dogs..so I know she is safe ,loved, and well cared for.I wish I could find a place that could give me such service!

My dog has been going to Preppy Pets for daycare and boarding since she was 6 months old. She's now 5 and still gets very excited when we pull into the parking lot. She loves the staff, and we appreciate the individualized attention they seem to give each dog. We've run into some staff around town, and they recognize the dogs by name, so we know that they do care about their clients. We just adopted a 2 year old chihuahua with social anxiety. After going to Preppy Pets regularly for a few months, she's behaving a lot better around strange humans and other dogs.

Preppy Pets is very clean and very well organized. I had a walk thru, I was contemplating boarding my pet there and was very impressed. Love that the outdoor spaces are enclosed. You can see that the staff care about the pets and their well being. Will definitely treat my pet for doggie daycare and boarding at this location!

Trust me I am afraid to leave my 2 babies with anyone. I have not been a part from them in over 6 years with one and 4 years with the other. But "Preppy Pet" made me feel so comfortable I have been taken them there twice a week for doggie daycare play dates. Everyone there are so great with your little or big loved one. I really feel quite comfortable leaving my dogs at Preppy Pet. I have left my Pomeranian and Pug there on multiple occasions and my dogs almost seem disappointed to leave. My dogs like to play and Preppy Pet fosters a great play pack experience. Would definitely recommend Preppy Pet to anyone who is a concerned helicopter pet parent. They seem to really care.

The only place we let our puppies stay when we are away from home. The facility is always spotless and the staff members truly care for our pets as if they were their own. We always get the bath special so they come home clean with clipped nails!

Moved from out of state and wanted to find a daycare for my 8 month old golden. Tried several then we found preppy pet and couldn't be happier. Their facility is large enough it doesn't feel cramped, and their outside play areas are well kept. Ellie comes home wet and muddy, so I know she had a good time! The staff is also very nice and answers all my annoying "mom" questions. 5 stars!

We used them for doggie daycare twice a week for several months & I was so sad when we moved away, they were so great! Staff is so friendly & attentive, they love taking care of pets. Outdoor & indoor play space for dogs to exercise no matter the weather.

Sent request for reservation on 7/31 received automated email regarding my request never heard back called into confirm and get my price quote for my vacation schedule for less then one week away was told my reservation was canceled because I didnt respond to their request for more information which was supposedly sent by email looking by any means I could think of even the email address they stated it should have come from, Surprise NOTHING. Now i have to scramble to get my dogs taken care in an area I am new to or cancel my trip
