Good small market, clean with nice staff. The only issue is with waiting to ring out, usually 2 lines open at most with no self scan.

Good store but rude and racist employee named "Seven" working there should be fired. She told me her register was closed when I got in line so I went to the next line to check out THEN she proceeds to tell the black lady in line BEHIND me that her register was actually open and she would be happy to check her out there. I immediately grabbed my items off the belt and went to her register to check out. She clearly had a problem with me being white. See her pictures and if you are white, bypass her line bc she is rude and clearly a liar. Her racist attitude shows all over her face and body.

They were fully stocked. Their shelves weren't bare as some stores in the area!! I was able to get everything I needed including the sales item. Yes, they still had some sale items! Amazing huh? It was a great experience once more....always a pleasure! Thank you for keeping you shelves stocked Food lion! Someone's Manager is doing their job properly! My Compliment's, Job well done.

I always get fast, courteous service. To think,a grocery store that will help me take my groceries to my car...I like Food Lion for their managers specials,good meats,and I save money there..A BIG SHOUT OUT for Food Lion 😋 🙌

I trusted that my meat was not already over a week expired as I could barely see the writing and figured they removed old stock. I was wrong. One employee was kind to my son and gave him a sticker. Another rudely responded to my nonverbal autistic 3 yr old with a nasty comment about him not talking to her.

Hit or miss. Clean and generally polite but when the store manager (according to her nametag) happens to be closing, she will turn customers away at the door during the last 10 minutes.

Won’t ever shop there again. Million people and they only have 2 lanes open? Like come on now.. making people wait 20 mins to check out that has 3 items. Invest in a self checkout or something

We went here yesterday the older lady with short hair being that's was her and the cashier who was also rude ! I thank them for helping us pack our groceries and she totally ignore me .I'm like really are you that mad you got to come help the customer bag her own groceries if yall don't like your job go get another one but remember you should always have good attitudes because that's the way people will respond when your nice and give a free smile ! That was the first and last time we ever come to this store the Manger should realize the people that do love there work and take pride the ones that are just there for a pay check .

I rarely shop at Food Lion on Larson road. I decided to stop it today and get a MVP card. While there I have never experienced so many helpful, nice, friendly employees. One lady even took her time to walk me to where I could register for a card. Food Lion has just gained a shopper because of these ladies. Thank you all.

Easy to find, lots of parking. First time shoppers, like myself, can very easily sigh up for a store card before you go inside. The store was clean and well stocked. I am on a gluten free diet and and was able to find what I needed without scanning the shelves. My check out clerk was courteous and offered to explain the store card benefits. Will certainly be back to shop again.

July 18th 2:30pm the store was very clean and we were greeted by at least 3 people! But my family and I left the store happy and talked so highly about Nicholas the whole time! He was so friendly! Funny! But the most kind cashier we've ever had. Thank you Nicholas.

We shop here every week and they are great they always pack our groceries like spongebob makes krabby patties so lovingly. Sometimes I think the employees are gonna kiss each item before tenderly yet expertly placing them in the bag. Very excellent service also good sales.

Honestly, I was on my way to work around 1115 and thought I would love to get some fried chicken. No fried chicken available for another 15 to 20 minutes. So no fried chicken for my lunch today and tomorrow. Oh well, lunches generally start around 11 am to 1 pm . Sorry

Place is ok but a lot of items are unavailable. Need to be better organized. Cashier's are nice and greet you. Some of the departments are closed and it's barely 6 pm.

This is the 1st time I've been to this store, and will be my last. First, I ask the guy in the frozen section where I could find something. He jerked his earbuds out and said, WHAT? and then when checking out, the lady Impala? I believe. Was going on and on about how food Lion doesn't care about their employees. I get she was probably speaking to a regular guest. But dear God she just keep saying it. Never said, anything to be, but spoke to the lady behind me while checking me out. So rude.Will say, the lady in the bakery was very friendly. Thank you to her.

Always amazing, my preferred place to shop for groceries. There are always great deals, everything is clean and organized, nothing misplaced. Staff are friendly, and always happy to help. The bathrooms are the cleanest bathrooms I've ever been in in any store. I absolutely love this store, and will continue to shop here. Only downside of every, in my opinion, is the parking. There is limited space in the parking lot, carts are scattered here and there, and the spaces are tight.

I love this Food Lion. The employees here are very friendly and nice, they always seem ready and willing to assist you in anyway that they can. The store is always nice and clean, products are usually well stocked, the employees also seem to have a good handle on making sure that the customers don't have to stand in line too long. As soon as they notice a pile up, another employee seems to immediately open another register line.

This is a good Food Lion location. Inexpensive. Clean. Organized. I go here for quick trips and last minute items and never have an issue. You aren't going to find a lot of specialty diet foods like you would at the "natural" or "whole" stores. All checkout lanes are full service, which I don't mind, but leads to an occasional wait when things get busy and they need to open another lane. That isn't common though, so don't stress it.

They had everything I was looking for! The floor associates were helpful and knowledgeable of were the items were. The young girl who was the cashier, wasn't very friendly , never said hello or thank you nothing, although I asked her to not make my bags to heavy because I just had back surgery and can't lift more than 10 pounds so she did that, but not very polite, she kept looking at her phone...

That lady in Customer Service is so rude and unprofessional. I arrived slightly after 9pm. I didn't realize the customer service desk closed at 9pm. I asked if I could purchase a money order, this lady pulled down her mask and yelled "No!". Then she proceeded to say we close at 9pm. How rude! She definitely has a problem and she's in the wrong position. That was not customer service at all. Thank God for my faithful Publix.Review as of 2-11-22: I see the managers on the floor and cashiers are friendly. But the same customer service person is there. It appears she can be nice to repeat customers.
