I need a corporate manager to reach out to me on behalf of a lady named Tee that cashiers at this location. I don't like how she snatched the hand basket out of my hand and walked off when I picked it up out of the shopping cart. It took the Holy Ghost to keep me from snatched that ponytail sticking up out of that bald head she has shaved down around the sides. Perhaps, she could have done like any other sensible person on their job and asked, "Can I take this for You" ? No, she snatches the basket says thank you and walks off as if I handed it to her. She truly needs to lose her job there. As far from what I see whenever I go there on occasional Saturday mornings, she is nasty, won't speak to me. Other cashiers in that store greet me and others when entering. Who is she that she shouldn't do her job to which she was hired for. I felt assaulted and should have place a police incident for her snatching that basket out of my hand and walking off. She needs to be fired immediately!

**Rating Change from 3 to 2***This store has gone down hill. I will say the cashier was very nice and I did find what I was looking for after rummaging through the isles. Look at these pics..I understand most stores are doing seasonal changes, but this is extreme chaos IMO.

**RATING CHANGE**Due to this being the third time with 3 different store clerks on as many different occasions. I've asked for an employee to check in the back for an item only to be told No they do not have any without even to go check. When asked would they at least go check only to be told another no without a quick check in the back. Guess it's to much a hassle these days to ask for customer service.

When there is a line mid transaction & the register freezes up---- Shutting one register down without any communication and opening another without saying a word while people have been waiting- left those who had been waiting having to go to the end of the new line , unless they wanted to start a fight. Others just decided they didn't need their dollar items bad enough and left the buggy sitting there. It left the cashier in a terrible position & the customers hostile-Literally one sentence to communicate what was happening & "I'll take the next person on register 1" would have made all the difference.

Ok well to tell the truth they need a lot of help filling shelves organize merchandise back to shelf off floor it was a disaster for real I really use to like it but it was awful one cashier and the line to the back of the store then she called for help

I really like the Dollar Tree store! I go here often. You can get many things you normally use here. If you want smaller sizes, this is the perfect place. I love to get seasonal decorations and paper products like napkins and plates. They also have great cards. I still send them and love to receive them! For $1, everyone should! This is a big store. It stays fully stocked. Easy to get in and out. It is in the Walmart shopping center on Rivers Ave.

A MESS! The store was very poorly stocked, merchandise all over the shelves and floor. Everything was in such disarray! Only positive thing was that the cashiers were very nice. This store needs better management and more stockers and workers to keep the shelves straightened. Just a bit of advice.

HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE. got scammed by a cashier, my total came out to be 22.73 with tax when i calculated way less before on my phone calculator, and i later saw that she scanned a item twice which came out to be $10 so my total would’ve came out to like 15 dollars without tax not 22. and i told her that and i got 5 dollars back when it was supposed to be 10 since i returned the item. i got 5 back for the double scan and i was supposed to get 10 for the double scan and return. my day could not get any worse

Many Shelves were half full and there was a lot of disorganization, however there was a wider selection of merchandise than some other locations nearby. The staff was friendly and trying their hardest to keep up as it was fairly busy.

Amazing variety! Within walking distance to the Coastal Carolina Fairgrounds and Flea Market here in Ladson. So many items, perfect for crafters and penny pinchers!
