This Lululemon store has the rudest employees. They openly criticize their customers’ attire and looks. Unless you want to be humiliated, never enter their door. Very disappointed. Stores at Fresh Fields in Kiawah should have more class !!!

Huge thanks to Naomi who was so kind and helpful with our party. Unfortunately our experience was ruined by Educator: 99994000019598 who had the most entitled, rude, borderline confrontational attitude with us as we checked out and gave us a difficult time about using the healthcare worker's discount. In addition to this, she failed to take off multiple security tags! So inconvenient considering my girlfriend had to take an emergency transcontinental flight that night only to discover one of those tags! In addition to this she (seemingly purposefully) did not apply the healthcare discount to multiple items.The next day when we returned to the store, Brian was extremely courteous and helpful with rectifying everything.

Haven’t had the opportunity to visit the store in person as I am in PA. But Monday 11-16-21, I did a phone order here with an educator named Katrina. Let me tell you, give this girl a raise. After having manyyy less than stellar experiences in the Nashville, TN surrounding area stores, I was honestly super anxious to call around as I had gotten comfy with my online orders. Katrina was so freaking kind and helpful. Order arrived today and I’m already wearing it (best jacket ever). She even included a cute lil card. ATTN Lululemon managers whoever needs to hear it - promote this Angel! Thanks again Katrina. ❤️

PLEASE make this a permanent store! It is such a welcome addition to the shopping options on Kiawah. The staff is friendly and I LOVE the option to screen print "KIAWAH" on the product.
