Honest review:Was recommended to come and try this place out by a local.It was a pleasant surprise, food was fresh, well seasoned, and plentiful.Seating is outside only, so we was lucky enough to come when it was perfect temperature.The lemonade was great, and all treats was very delicious looking.I think they had local beer too, unfortunately I didn’t get to try it. (Had to drive and it was midday)Only food that was just ok was the rice puddin.Would I come back….. ohh yeah!!If you like honest reviews please it the like and or follow button.Have a great day!!!!

11/28- I got the Cheesesteak with Caesar salad and the lemon dessert.I will leave them at 5 stars, but they forgot my cheese on the "cheesesteak" it was very bland. I had to add salt n pepper. I called them to let them know in case they get another order. I only ate 1/2 of everything. By 10pm, horrible stomach pains and spent night in bathroom. Meat may have been a little funky.Well...let me tell you. I went in there tonight and those 2 girls in the front were bustin' it! I've never had any of the specials, so tonight was Prime Rib.Came with potatoes and green beans. I also got Lemon Coconut dessert. So with tip it was $37. I thought it was high. But when I got home, WOW!!! WORTH EVERY PENNY. Done to perfection. Green beans were a little too raw (I like crisp, but these still had the raw flavor). Excited to try the dessert.

They have...the best...food around!!! I love the home cooked meals. I can go in, and buy my meals, take them home to prepare for my family. It's a blessing knowing I'm getting high quality, great tasting food, ever time I order, or take home my food!!! I love this place!!!!

The blackened Mahi sandwich was excellent… loved the cucumber and tomato salad that accompanied it, as well. Wish I could have tried more! Definitely recommend.

Stopped by on whim because I saw PORK CHOPS on a sign out front. Place has a varied menu and lots for fresh homemade goodies. Really awesome lunch ! Be sure to stop here if you want something fresh and well prepared.

This is a great little stop on the way to Kiawah. They had a nice selection of fresh local items and local beers. The desserts were quite good too.

When headed to Kiawah SC it even driving to Bluffton this lil cafe is always an opportunity to stop. From the fried seafood to delicious salads , it can’t be beat. Sitting outside is the vibe and if you don’t get the Banana Pudding as dessert, you are failing. Love this cafe

This is one of my favorite local lunch spots. Both my husband and I work at home and sometimes in a pinch want to order something quick - Blackbird has been our go to. I love the market area with fresh produce and bakery. The staff isn’t always friendly (sorry, being honest!) but the food is worth it. We will be back often!

Such a friendly local market! The fresh local produce is always stocked and they have a good assortment of goods from local small businesses. They do an incredible lunch and even offer a vegetarian goat cheese flatbrad.

Excellent local produce and other local food items found inside. They also have sandwiches that are consistently delicious. Everything I've tried so far is flavorful and amazing. They also have a dessert counter I really want to try.

My family has come here every year for a few years while we're on vacation. Every single time we go, it's better than we remembered it being. The collards are especially to do for, and I love all the available baked goods they have!

I loved the seafood platter as in the images, oysters, shrimp and flounder were on point. The Mac and cheese was great, just wish it was served warmer and the top crush had some hard parts to the cheese. It's was still great...Only thing I would say is the outside eating area could have been cleaner, ants were nipping at my heels literally. But they get a pass because of how busy they are.

Dont let the casual feel of this place fool you... they serve up some of the best homecooking you will taste in the lowcountry. I really wish this place had indoor seating and I would be there year round. They offer very generous portions at reasonable prices! There are great shaded picnic tables outside or you can pickup to go. Their desserts are so good too!

We ordered Fried Shrimp platter, blackened mahi mahi sandwich and carrot cake and it was amazing! Shrimp and the fish was fresh and everything tasted really good. Good and quick service too!

I dream about the chicken salad. Get at least 2 containers. Their daily specials are amazing. Food is so fresh and delicious. They have local produce. Great lemonade. Wonderful desserts and a lot of awesome frozen pre made food that make life so much easier. 10/10

A great selection of meats, fish and seafood. They also have beer and wine for sale. Some local produce and other pantry items. Lastly, they have a kitchen as well — so I would suggest grabbing something freshly made. Highly suggest visiting!
