We have adopted 4 rat babies from Bentley Critters and they are the best little ratty girls ever! They are all over 1 year now. They have been happy and healthy their wholes lives. They have great temperament and all have their own different personalities. We will most definitely adopt from them again and I highly recommend Dave and Ashley! They are both wonderful and are happy to answer any questions you may have!

Bentley Critters is the best to adopt lil babies! Their communication is top notch and it made me feel comfortable when adopting.I adopted my lil babies (ratties) from Bentley Critters and it was the best decision I made. Bentley critters is great! Ashley was very kind and friendly. She is quick at responding to messages and questions, also very knowledgeable. After we got our three rats there was a little miss hap so I reached out to her and she was able to solve the problem quickly and efficiently. 10 out of 10!!! I had rescued hairless rat from a pet store and needed to adopt a friend for him. I did a Google search and found Bentley Critters. I called to inquire about their 'children' and immediately liked them. I 'adopted' one of their boys and picked him up two days later. They coached me about the cage to get, the way to equip it, food to get, treats to give, etc. and they gave me some food and treats to get me started. I just love my rat 'boys' and should I ever want another, I'll definitely reach back out to Bentley Critters!!

She is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional but has gone above and beyond for me. She has on 2 occasions answered my questions within minutes and also requested multiple photos of the issues so she could assess and assist. The level of concern she showed for rats she bread but had already sold proves shes a true rat enthusiast and not just trying to make money. If you can reach her distance wise and she has a rat you want GET IT FROM HER!!! 5 STAR BREEDER!!! CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS!!! P.S. She gave me significant discount on my 3rd rats because 1 of mine died. Great human being!! Deserves your business, you DEFINITELY will be glad shes your breeder!!

We adopted 2 dumbo rats for my daughter a few weeks ago after having lost one of our original rat "babies" early last year. Bentley Critters quickly responded to my questions and emails during our adoption process. They were kind and professional and the rats we adopted from them we can tell were well cared for, well loved and have some of the best temperaments! We are huge fans of rats and I know in the future when the time comes for us to add to our rat family again we will go right back to Bentley Critters! After researching small pets for my teenage daughters, I found Bentley Critters and was immediately impressed. Dave & Ashley are an awesome resource for anything you want to know about being a pet rat owner. Their enthusiasm for these adorable pets is contagious. And they were very accommodating to our schedule. Once we arrived to adopt our new friends, we knew right away that we made the right decision. My daughters are so happy with their new friends. Edgar & Toot have made a permanent imprint in my family's hearts! These guys have such adorable individual personalities! They are so much fun to play & cuddle with. My only regret is that we didn't consider pet rats sooner. They are really a phenomenal & endearing family pet!

Bentley Critters really cares about their rats! They have gone above and beyond to ensure that the animals they breed are taken care of throughout their life. They are wonderful people and responsible breeders! I can't recommend them enough for those who are looking to adopt rats. I adopted 2 girls from them and they are very sweet rats! First time rat owner... I got two females from Bentley Critters right before Christmas as companions for a feeder rat I ended up wanting to keep. I was so nervous I'd end up with skittish or antisocial rats but they are all very playful, sweet, brave, goofy, and healthy. If I enter their room, they all come to the cage doors wanting to come out instead of hiding, give me kisses, and will climb up my pant leg when they want to be picked up. I haven't been nipped or seen any aggression in the month I've had them (two did duke it out over hierarchy for about a week), and they took to litterbox training very well, which makes it easier to keep things clean. They all have such different personalities and some people end up with ratties they can hardly even hold; mine like to fall asleep in a cuddle pile on my shoulder and follow me around the house like little puppies, so I am super happy with my choice to go through Bentley Critters.
