On Feb 19 around 1230pm, I had a bad experience at family dollar when I was trying to return an item without a reciept, the manager became rude and disrespectful, and once I said you don't have to be disrespectful with me as the customer. She than told the cashier to remove all my items and refuse me service, The manager called 911 on me and as I walked out the store she locked me out the store. As the situation went on and I waited outside she was laughing and dancing in the window as I was sitting outside. She said you if a customer is Irate, you can refuse service, as saying I was disrespectful. The manager name was Oderus or Oderis, family Dollar in Hollywood, SC store #5561. And told me I can't come back to their business anymore or will be trespassing.

If it was just one tìme, I probably would have forgotten about it. But this seems to be the norm where the employees refuse to wear masks. One stated that she would put it on when she was good and ready! I have health problems ànd if I get it is am dead. Another young man is under the misconception that the plastic sheet by the register will protect everyone from the spread of droplet ìnhaled germs in the air.? These people need some education òn this subject since they spend their time with thè public . They are dangerus. No wonder it has spread so fast if this is the attitude.

I was appalled. This store is dirty and half the merchandise is sitting on the floor. On the shelves stuff is all mixed up. But all this because the company won't allow them to hire anyone for floor help. The 3 employees that work there have to run the register, and don't have the time or hours to deal with the rest of the store..I think the company should be ashamed of this store. Not only are the few employees worked to death at the register, the store itself looks like it should be in the slums.

Always short staffed and what staff is there seems to be miserable there (probably from the lack of help). Stock piled up everywhere cant get down aisle. Overall so messy you don't want to shop there.

Customer service is poor. No products on the shelves boxes everywhere. When ask for some assistance cashier got rude and told me go to dollar general.
