Horrible service! Rude customer service trying to accuse us of stealing gas when the employee made a mistake of putting someone else’s money on our pump. She came running out “what did we thinking we’re doing getting his gas? Didn’t we know we couldn’t get gas for free. We tried to explain to the lady we only did what the gas pump said to do.” She was screaming at us that we were to not to make another step to till we come inside when we come inside she didn’t know how to fix it but kept saying things under her breathe that we shouldn’t have done that when all we did was follow the directions no apology no nothing. As she still was being rude the manager did fix it and we did pay as we tried to do in the beginning when the pump wouldn’t allow us to put in. She was very rude and unprofessional will not being doing business anymore. Manager did apologize since she realize it wasn’t anyone’s fault but her coworker. Not sure where the customer is always right was but definitely don’t have any customer service. Please think before you come here! I just never expected to be talked in this manner and to feel like a criminal.

Great service with a smile! I stop by here at least 3 times a month on my way to Georgetown. In 10 yrs I've never had a problem. Even when I had knee surgery the employee came out and helped me get in the store and picked out what I needed then helped me safely back to my car. No matter how busy the employees are they are always courteous and helpful. Thank you all for always being kind to not just the younger generation but us golden oldies. I love that the store is always clean inside and out. Keep up the great job!

Friendly staff! Lots of goodies! Convenient to my home! One criticism, only: the fountain drink machine has been broken everytime I stop in...and for a country boy, that's a biggie. Fix that and I will give you 5 stars. 😉EDIT: Fountain drink machine is fixed! Take your well-deserved Five Stars!

I get gas on my commute back and forth to work at Hot Spot on 378 in Gresham South Carolina. Very easy access to get in and out. Cold drinks and good for grabbing something quick for lunch.

My husband and I stopped here on the ay home from viiting our grand children in myrtle beach. About 2hrs don the road I noticed I did not have my phone. Long story short, the manager contacted me by tet on my husbands phone and got my address to mail it to me! I'm sooo greatfull. There just aren't that many honest people in the world these days,sad to say. We stop at this store every time we go to MB and I would recommend it to everyone. The store has always been clean and the staff very friendly during our previous visits. For management to be so honest, they are setting a great example for their employees. Thank you again!

Stop in here often for their great diesel price. However, I will not be stopping again. The staff is the slowest, rudest, and laziest crew I have ever seen. It has been this way as long as I have stopped here. I would rather pay a few cents more and not wait in line for 10 minutes. Very sad that this company would hire help like this. Today they had 6 girls working. 5 were standing around talking and there were 12 people in line!

The worst customer service. Staff very unfriendly. They don't listen I ask for 20 in gas they gave me 10 when I went back in they were very rude as if I was bother them by asking that they do thier jobs . Looks more like a hang out then a place of business.

Bought a fountain drink,🥤 #moutaindew 💚 #myfav☺ && it was disgusting 🤢🤮 so I took it back in && come to find out the Mountain Dew drink was out && I didn't know it!! 🤭😯😬🤷🏼‍♀️🙃😜... The toilets are absolutely disgusting, one stall locked with no one in it but the bowl is full of poo. The second stall had poo on the seat.Avoid if possible, I wish I could but work brings me here often and there are few others places I can park an 18 wheeler for the night.I'd post a picture but I think Google would frown upon posting pics of the poo...

I stopped to use the restroom while traveling then I went to get a cup of coffee I went to the counter to pay for it and as I picked it up and was leaving it squirted out everywhere on the floor burnt my hand because the lid did not fit the cup here's a here's a picture of the cup. It continued to leak every time I touched the cup until the I got my brother-in-law to pull over and I poured it out because it was spilling on their new car.

The cleanest bathrooms on the trip the McDonald's was easy to tap into the Wi-Fi through the bathroom. The McDonald's is a McDonald's half the size. A hotspot is a place for all the locals everybody knew each other coming in and out of that door. Hotspot stop and go was absolutely wonderful clean well maintained space for covid shopping and they kept their bathrooms clean. I appreciate that

Has too many spiders at the tanks.. Should be swept daily.. I almost had a panic attack from the size of those things. Besides that the customer service is good!
