I bought rose bushes based on the color advertised on the label. I picked different colors to have a variety. When the flowers bloomed and turned out to be the “wrong” colors I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. They didn’t take responsibility or offer any recourse. They said they couldn’t guarantee the pattern. I asked if a red pictured rose blooming yellow qualified as a different pattern. They said yes. I’m disappointed in that answer and the customer service provided.

I bought a Dumor chicken feed 50 lbs bag on the night of November 15th, and when I came home, I saw the bag was damaged and had a hole covered with tape. I called the store, and they agreed to replace it with a new one. During the replacement, the cashier told me he was aware of this damaged bag.I was very unhappy that these folks were selling a product without thinking that first, it is 5 lbs less in weight (45 lbs vs 50 lbs bag) and that an open bag may have a product with moisture and have a much less shelf life and quality of the product may have compromised. This is highly unprofessional.

Came in to rent a trailer. As a “neighborhood member”, this is a benefit. Waited 30 minutes and whoever the “attendant” up front called, never showed. Good job. I did see a dead mouse in the aisle and bags of deer food littered in bugs. No help here at all. Going downhill TSC. Money talks.

I am always delighted when I come in the store because they have a staff that is above the rest. The shelves are always stocked, the store is always clean, and the employees put in the extra effort to show you that they truly enjoy working there. It is definitely not like most stores in the area or most stores period. Keep up the great work guys and gals. And thank you.

I would've enjoyed it a lot more if every salesman did not ask me " How I Was Doing" I mean after the 3rd time , I was ready to leave. It made me feel very uncomfortable tbh.

Tractor Supply has been a HUGE help to me while I have learning how to take care of my dogs! Maya, Kimberly and Jason at the Travelers Rest store are always willing to answer countless questions. Wednesday was the first time I had visited the Greer store, and it turns their people are great too!

You should train your employees better. They have zero customer service skills and today's b.s. with the Mexican punk behind the desk cost tractor supply 12k of business. So keep up the good work and soon you can be an empty parking lot too!

Maybe the cashiers should pay attention to the customer and not gossip. They were so engrossed in their own conversation that they didn't notice I was standing by them to check out.

Purchase a big money item.Took them 20 minutes to go to the back and get it. I was told the stocked was dinged so they gave me the display . Well they told my son. As I had already went to the car. . That kinda money.. you want brand new. We took it out today.. Sunday 3.12.23 it doesn't work. What a shocker. Pray i get my money back. I'm sure they knew it had issues they were too shady about getting it out to me. .. they should have given me the option of if I wanted display or not.

Place is great and has a lot of things for gardening. Animals feed, clothe ,ect. ... but I got to say it's got pretty pricey

Great Tractor Supply Co.!! Go here all the time! Probably have been here 35+ times, all were great experiences. Today I got a Carhartt jacket and some leather gloves, but they have sooo much stuff in the store! Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Great job guys!!

Love this place for great prices on bird seed & suet, plus for odds & ends like certain tools & trailer lights. Love when, at certain times of the year, they have the baby chicks for sale in the indoor pens.

I needed a mower deck belt for a John Deere and mini grease gun. I had the belt with me. An employee ask me did I need help.i told him what I needed and he got me what I needed. Quick and at a reasonable price. I could spend all day there, just looking at all the items. One day, just not that day.

Prices are climbing and the pet food I buy here has risen to more than it's worth. The checkout needed to add additional clerk, there were 5 people in line and one cashier, and the person checking out had questions and pricing issues.

Very nice helpful employees! I was looking for a specific dog treat, in the form of chicken breast jerky. Nice man showed me the options they had available. Turkey flavor was closest , so I purchased small bag to try. Employee said full refund, if my dog doesn't like ! Enjoyable visit. Will return when I have time to explore other areas of store. Thanks for your kindness!

I can usually find everything I need for our pets here. Only one suggestion- PLEASE fix the strobing/flashing fluorescent light in the front by the boots. It’s been messed up for a really long time. I am sensitive to flashing lights and cannot even shop in that section.

A fun store with everything from compressed hay to nearly the same decor they sell at hobby lobby. They have candy, animal feed, cowboy boots, decor, all kinds of chicken raising items and many more things. A very fun store, I love visiting, they always surprise me!
