I would like to express my disappointment with the grooming services provided by Pet Supplies Plus in Greer. During the grooming session for my 15-year-old Cavachon, the groomer halted the process due to a skin tag that bled on my dog's head that has been a long-standing issue due to his old age. This skin tag has been managed without incident at other grooming establishments in the past. They work around it. The outcome of the grooming session was unsatisfactory, with my dog appearing unkempt, featuring patchy hair, uneven tail and facial hair, and neglected nails and ears and a simple bath which led to his hairs all over my car. Additionally, I was charged a $20 matting fee, and my dog's collar, which had been lost during a previous grooming session, was not replaced. The lack of empathy from the manager and groomer further compounded my disappointment. There was no solution in place either. As a regular customer who purchases all my pet supplies from this store, I regret to say that this experience has led me to discontinue my patronage at Pet Supplies Plus in Greer. I cannot recommend their grooming services to others who seek meticulous care for their pets.

The gal that took care of us was more than Great. She knew her cat products & our late night needs for my cat were met with professional & friendly customer service!! We left there knowing that we just found the perfect store for all of our pet needs. First time going to this store & will be our "Go To" store from now on & will encourage our friends to do the same!!. Thank you for helping us out with a genuine smile & awesome customer service!!!

Dropped in to check out the place. We were not disappointed. Great selection of supplies for all types of pets. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The energy in the stores was very positive. We will definitely be back to shop for our pests. We would definitely recommend this store for any pet owners.

Always a good experience here! Everyone in the store is helpful and so nice. And they always make a point to give my pup some good pets. Gail is always good with my dog doing nail trims and Alexis always has my back when checking out (meaning she will hold my very inquisitive dog while I try to quickly get my wallet and items together).

If you’ve never been here, GO HERE. 100% the best pet store I’ve been to. It’s a very clean and friendly space to bring your pet to and get supplies from. We did the self service pet washing station and it was wonderful. Daisy didn’t care too much for it (she HATES water) but the sweet woman at the counter gave her a treat so all was well in Daisy’s world lol. They have a super cute pet bakery to choose dog friendly treats from and you can’t beat their prices! I will recommend this store over petsmart or petco ANY DAY. They’re also very humane and clean with the animals they have for sale there!

Hands down the best grooming experience I’ve ever had. I have a 15 year old cockapoo who is usually terrible about being groomed. I walked in on a Saturday and asked them to do a touch up (face feet and tails package). They took him right away and he did absolutely amazing with them. And they are just so nice and eager to help! They treated my senior boy extra special

Love this store! I was very impressed with the selection, staff, organization, and how clean the store is. I also loved the little doggie bakery, and so did my little best friend. It is apparent the staff all love animals and care about the experience you have when visiting.I would also like to mention my favorite part…. The grooming salon. I was greeted with a smile and a welcome. The staff are friendly, caring, thorough, and I felt like each of them truly cared about each dog. I decided to give them a try. Sophia scheduled my appointment and was the provider who groomed my sweet but dramatic boy. Sophia is very sweet, knowledgeable and was very kind, patient, and loving to Negan and I have to say, she did a fantastic job grooming him. I will bring him back next month too.If you’re thinking about trying them, you won’t be disappointed. It was a great experience.Thank You!!

Love Pet Supplies Plus in Edgewater and Annapolis.Staff is always polite, professional and very knowledgeable with any questions I have and I love that they always offer to carry out my heavier items I purchase.Prices are very fair and coupons are a plus. It's the worst place ever in Greer for grooming. I normally take my dog to Taylor never had a problem. Took him here to greer and they even cut him it is the worst place ever no patient for pets at all. On top they up charge for everything. Never again.....

Sophie did an amazing job with our Corgi Tobey he is a brand new pup!! typically the world's biggest fur ball. Alanna was a great help with getting our boxer Cayce bathed as well. Definitely worth the drive. If you don't have a "go to" pet store give these guys a try!!! we will definitely be back

I absolutely love this place. They are so down to earth and care so much about their customers but most importantly their animals! We have some pretty amazing pets from them and it shows how well they were treated even the fishes are ready for dinner! Keep being absolutely amazing.

Love this place! They have an opening special where the first self serve wash is free so we did that & then bought some treats + toys. They have a wide selection of food/toys/treats.. the staff was super friendly as well. We will definitely be coming back!

my sweet chai passed away this past Thanksgiving. I remembered when pet supplies opened, they were taking photos of the pets that’d walk in. they took one of me and my sweet chai. i called and asked if i can have the photo, and Val let me take it home. i genuinely appreciate this, and the photo of us makes me smile and remember that day. we drove around, she loved it. thank you so much.

Brought my 18 year old dog here for a bath and brush. He is deaf and blind and Sophia could not have been more wonderful with him. Taking him back for a full groom in a few weeks. I think their grooming prices are a little high.

Walked in with my pups and I felt like we were family! Store is super clean and everything is presented beautifully!! If your in need of a dog groomer this is the place to go. I took 4 from my rescue here on Friday and the ladies did phenomenal. At first I thought they were just going above and beyond for my dogs due to special needs, but no they do it for all the dogs. They get down on the ground with the dog in order for the dog to know them. They do not force the dogs into uncomfortable situations i.e. dryer just to appease the human. They truly care and we're so personable as well. As long as they are there I'll continue taking my rescues to them.
