Max and John went way Beyond and really more to help me out with my lawnmower, I was having problems with. They took it in and fixed it in one day and even power washed it for me. The best service ever had! The Greer store will get all my business from now own . Thank you again Max and John and the rest at the greer landscapers supply. Go shop there you won't be disappointed.

purchased "Big Green Egg" from Landscapers Supply of Greer..wife and i visited the Supply house to inquire about the Green Egg..cause we have been on the fence between gas grills and the "Egg" it was extensively explain the benefit of the "Egg" versus gas grill..by the staff in the Supply house..by Rusty and a few other staff members..made arrangement to have the egg delivered. On the day of delivery Jordan and Max re-assemble the unit..with a few more well advised process on how to use the "Egg"..Rusty, Jordan and Max and other staff member at the Landscapers Supply of Greer made my wife and I very comfortable on the decision we made..we will return to the Landscapers Supply of Greer for any landscaping need we will need in the spring/summer.Thank You..Landscapers Supply of Greer Staff..

I deal with this store quite a bit and they’re always service-oriented, friendly and helpful. I had a hydraulic pump issue out of my Scag tiger cat 2 and they took care of me exactly how was promised when I purchased the mower there. The mechanic, John, was able to get my mower covered under warranty with no hassle for me. Max, the store salesman was easy to deal with and very understanding/helpful. Will certainly buy more equipment here in the future.

I own a tree service and shop at Landscaper’s Supply frequently. Their service has always been adequate, but today I had one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had with an employee. I went in to buy an electric Husqvarna saw. The employee at the store (Bob S.- employee number 18093) retrieved a small cardboard box from the back and went to check me out at the register. I was buying an $1100 saw kit, and the box appeared small, so I wanted to be sure I was getting what I was paying for. I asked to look inside the box and Bob acted like I was hugely inconveniencing him, stating that everything was inside. I kept pushing for him to open it, and sure enough only the saw power head was in the box. The kit was missing two batteries, a charger, and a carrying case. He went to the back and grabbed the batteries and charger and rang them all up separately, attempting to charge me almost $1800 for an $1100 kit. I had to explain to him what was included in the kit, and he still tried to charge me for one of the batteries separately. After more arguing he finally charged me the correct price (looking at the receipt pictured below- the description clearly states what is included in the kit). As the kit also came with a carrying case for the loose batteries and charger, I inquired about this. Bob said there were no carrying cases in the back. I had to ask him three times before he finally went to the back to look for a case. As the back door swung open, I clearly saw several Husqvarna cases laying out in the open. As we were wrapping up the highly unpleasant experience, he suggested maybe I buy online next time. I had to fight tooth and nail with an ornery employee to simply buy a saw kit that Landscaper’s supply was selling. I wasn’t asking for special treatment, only to actually receive what I was paying for. If I hadn’t bought a different Husqvarna 540ixp kit last year, I would have not known what was included, and would have been taken advantage of by the employee. He made the entire process highly uncomfortable, and I literally had to fight for fair treatment. I’ve spent nearly $20,000 in the past year and a half at various Landscaping Supply stores and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Congratulations Bob S., you lost tens of thousands of dollars of future business from my tree service.

The staff in the service Department did a great job on a Winter Tune Up Service & Hydro Service for my Ferris Commercial 5 foot Cut Zero Turn Mower.Bob the Service Manager was easy to work with.Great Job!! I advise you not to get your mower repaired here. I dropped my Toro zero turn mower off for a steering issue. The shop asked if they could do a winter service. I agreed. Over a month later and the shop had called me three times to pick up the mower saying it was fixed. Each time I showed up and they said it was a mistake and that they were waiting on a warranty part and they mowed was not ready. I finally demanded they return the mower after a month of nothing being done to it. The mowers sit outside in the rain and weather all the time. When I finally demanded they drop it off at my house they drop it off…with the warranty part in a bag uninstalled. The mower was supposed to be cleaned during winter service. It was dropped off filthier than I dropped it. Complete disrespect and a very bad experience. The rest of the store is great. It is a shame that the whole store gets a one star review because of the maintenance shop. Do not take your mower to this shop.

Before visiting Landscaper Supply I was not a fan of going thru a dealer, I like things cut and dry with minimal hassle. Safe to say my mind has been changed. Bob and the rest of the staff helped me in ways I didn’t think I needed. They offered both professional and personal opinions on various products, which I greatly appreciated. Purchased a SFC30, upon servicing they found there was an issue and I wouldn’t be able to leave with my purchase. The guys there did everything in they could so that I’d end my day with a brand new mower, calling around to various suppliers to find the parts needed. I honestly feel that they cared just as much about the success of my business as I do. When they couldn’t find the parts, they instead found me an even better mower at a phenomenal price. I ended up buying it and a blower and will be back soon to outfit my fleet. Can’t stress enough how they turned me, a true hassle free online shopper, into a dedicated dealer man. Can not thank those guys enough for their service and attentions to detail. Bob and everyone else there were extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Thanks again!

I've visited landscapers supply of Greer many times. I have been impressed with the young man named Max because of his product knowledge and most of all with his politeness. Yesterday I had a problem with my mower and it was right at quitting time not only did he wait until I got there but he made calls to other mechanic's. I was impressed we need more people like MAX!

Ordered a Honda part TWENTY days ago. Called every several days to check on status. No info available. Today, I called again and was told the part is on back order, despite the unfriendly rep not asking for my name or the part number. So, I called a local competitor. They checked in real time and told me Honda has 70+ in stock. Quoted me a price that is 25% lower. I will NEVER NEVER go back to Landscapers Supply of Greer. I hate being lied to. Just AWFUL If you need Honda parts, see Carolina Lawn and Tractor, my new go-to place! UPDATE: The filter arrived in 3 days from Honda.

This place is great if they have what you need in stock on the shelf. But do not order anything, your better off going somewhere else. I was staining a fence and had gotten all the stain they had of a particular color. I told the guy at the paint counter that I would need more to finish and he said they would have more the next week. I stained the outside of the fence and waited a week. I went back and waited at the paint counter for ten minutes while an older gentleman cut a handful of keys he finally asked if I needed help. I told him the situation and he said what we have is what you see they had none of what I had ordered. I ended up going to Johnson’s in Welford to get more. Second chance I needed some special light bulbs. They did not have enough of what I needed so I ordered some. Three weeks later I called to see if they came in and they said they had no record that I ordered anything. I will no longer shop here.

I brought in an older Toro zero turn with plenty of issues to this shop in hopes they could get it up and running again. I was pleased with both Evan at the front desk and the mechanic John. He had it up and going in a timely manner. The team answered all my questions and were very professional. Wanted to give this place another chance, but was sorely disappointed again. Called on 10/7 to order some parts, was told they would arrive within a week. A week passed, I called and was told they still hadn't arrived, and didn't know when they would. Now I can't get in touch with anyone over email and have gone two weeks with my saw not working. They often seem to blame Stihl for parts availability, which may be somewhat true, but the fact I can't get in touch with anyone is inexcusable.

Had some of my lawn care equipment serviced from these guys. Very impressed and highly recommend this location to anyone with lawn care needs. John (sorry for not knowing his last name) their mechanic, went above and beyond to help me out with 2 trimmers and a mower. Cant say enough good things about these guys in the service department! Give them all a raise...I hope they hang onto these guys!
