Unprofessional and ghetto. No one greets you when you walk in. When I did go in there a cashier was playing chasing a man around the store. The other cashier was braiding her hair with weave at the other register. The manager was to busy laughing to do anything.

Customer service was terrible usually a cashier would say hi how you doing or at least say hi this women with the braids I didnt get her name didnt even open her mouth but just to say what my total was this has to be a the rudest store I ever been in

The store manager Courtney is very rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn't need to have her position if she can't handle customer escalations with professionalism. Being a customer service manager myself, I'm very appalled at the horrible treatment my husband and I received today. I will be reporting her to corporate as well. I know plenty of people who would take her job and run circles around her when it comes to the overall experience of paying customers. Doesn't she realize if it wasn't for customers, she wouldn't be where she's at! This store because of Courtney just lost a frequent shopper. I'll travel to the next town over before I step foot back in her place.

I wish I could give it a zero stars I have never seen nothing like this in my life the manager of the store right out thought everyone in the store was stealing I stood in the corner and watched as he yelled and screamed at 6 people lied and said he saw the lady stealing when I watched her just walk in and look at under wear then came walking behind a elderly women asking the front desk clerks have you all been watching her smhhh I would never ever go back in that store lost a customer here
