We’ve been using Woof Gang Bakery Greenville for about a year now and I couldn’t recommend them more. Always so friendly and helpful, and my golden retriever loves going there. The owner is involved and the employees genuinely care. Prices are reasonable and I love the products they have in their store. My girl leaves smelling great and looking good too.

Oh my gosh! What a great experience! We are passing thru Greenville and dropped in to pick up treats and just lucked into a free slot for a quick basic groom today. My cautious, timid but sweet lab mix loved the ladies in the shop and went in for her first professional groom without any issues. Cannot recommend high enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩

I love WGB! They have fair prices and were very clear about the whole process with my new pup! I was told he bites for his feet, so we’ve been training at home between our appointments and he’s gotten so much better! The girls are so kind and patient. Can’t wait to be back

My puppy is shy and nervous when it comes to bath time. The staff did a great job handling her, and making her feel comfortable. When I picked my pup up she looked and smelled great! They also gave her a cute bandana. We will definitely be back!

The ladies at Woof Gang Greenville are so sweet and understanding. My shiba inu is not very good for grooming, which they were upfront about when I picked her up and they gave me some advice on how to try to work with her at home. They have been very willing to work with us and her, and with their advice she has gotten better, not perfect, but we are working on it! I also love that they are a small business, so when I walk in, everyone knows her, even if we come in for just treats! I could not recommend the ladies here enough, so communicative, and so kind! We will never go anywhere else!

I’ve been a Woof Gang supported since I lived in Savannah years ago, but have acquired some special needs dogs. I’ve tried to use mobile grooming services but was paying an arm and a leg for the service. I was extremely hesitant to take my dogs to an actual groomer as I know they can act out (I have a 75 lb blind and deaf Australian shepherd). They not only did a wonderful job, they were caring and considerate, timely and efficient, and communicated exceptionally well. When I mentioned my border collie had allergies and irritated skin, they immediately suggested using the hypo allergenic wash on him. The pricing was the most reasonable I’ve found in a long time. It was my first time getting a grooming service at this location but Kai (I hope I’m spelling it right) did a wonderful job, and we will absolutely be back. 10/10, I was extremely hesitant to subject anyone to my dogs in this setting but they handled it wonderfully - and I was in the perfect place to pick up some special treats when we were done. Always loved this company, this just renewed my love and support. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!!

The staff are so kind and do a wonderful job with our aussie, Gemma! Yesterday we got Gem groomed again, and we entered and everyone at the front was so nice saying how much they love seeing Gemma. It makes me feel great knowing they remembered her and love on her.

Took my pup(1 year old rescue Great Dane) to get groomed for the first time since I got her and they were so kind. She was a bit nervous but they gave her treats and she went with them. She came out looking beautiful! Pricing was decent. $55 for a bath and nail trim. They have fun treat options in the bakery and of course I had to get some for my pup doing well at her first grooming appointment. Everyone was kind and attentive and clearly loved dogs! Will be back!

I took my lab and my brother's English bulldog, Daisy, to see Kris here. They were incredibly patient with us as it was the first time both of these dogs had been to a professional groomer. Daisy got a standard bath with a blueberry facial and I swear she had never smelled that good EVER. I usually avoid Daisy at all cost because her tail pocket is stinky. 10/10 very pleasant to be around post grooming. Kris used a perfume on both animals which kept them smelling like a warm orange vanilla for more than a week after their appointment. I'd trust these wonderful folx with my pups in a heartbeat!

Brianna was AMAZING! She took the time to listen to my requests for a custom cut and made sure my fur baby still looked adorable in the process. And the entire staff love her so well. It was our second full groom here and I fully intend to use them for all future grooming. I can’t recommend them enough

I have had nothing but great experiences with Woof Gang grooming. It’s difficult to find a good groomer for poodles/doodles, but every groomer I’ve had there has consistently done a great job. They also provide great customer service, always answer the phones and communicate well about appointments, listen to my specific grooming requests, and most importantly make my dog feel comfortable.

The staff and groomers were so friendly, welcoming, and caring! Everything from setting up the appointment in advance, which health or vaccine records were needed day of, etc were all clearly communicated.My dog is very nervous when it comes to bath time and grooming and they made her feel safe and took the time to let her get comfortable with them before handover, throughly going through her preferences and history with grooming in detail. We love Woofgang!

Kris is the best groomer! My dog LOVES Kris, he is usually fitful and stressed when getting bathed and groomed but Kris keeps him so calm and he comes home so clean and soft. Definitely recommend this place and ASK FOR KRIS!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! This store is truly the best in greenville and I wouldn’t take my pup anywhere else! The time, energy and care that they put into their clients is unmatched. I am usually nervous to take my dog anywhere for grooming due to negative experiences at other salons but not here!! The staff are always extremely friendly, and it’s not hard to notice their passion for what they do and love they have for dogs. There is such a sense of professionalism that I have yet to find anywhere else. My dog doesn’t do great with baths but despite that, I know that they are always gentle with him and he has a blast! He loves the owner Stephanie, and she is great with him! The entire staff is wonderful and I am always greeted with a smile whenever I visit. They even helped me size him for a harness to make sure I was buying the right size! They truly care about their customers and clients and I could not and would not go anywhere else!!! Thanks for taking such great care of my boy!! The most handsome every time he leaves there!!!

What a nice place. The employees are great at helping you find what you need. I have never seen anyone more loving of dogs than the owner. My dog doesn’t need grooming, but after talking with one of the groomers I plan on taking my dog there to be bathed and pampered. You should too!!!!!!

We will not be back. $75 to trim my puppies face and give him a bath is very high. They also charged a $10 handling fee and could not explain what this was for. They told me over the phone they would attempt to trim his body, but said he wanted to play too much and did not even make an effort. I am not sure what I paid so much for. He looks exactly the same as when he went in

I’ve been bringing my two shih-tzus to Woof Gang for about two years now and they have always provided phenomenal service! Both of my dogs always look amazing after their grooms, and always seem so at ease when I come to pick them up. They have also been so helpful in accommodating my senior girl for her grooms. I couldn’t imagine taking them anywhere else!

The other day I came by with a shelter dog, just to get them exposure and potentially adopted. I’ve been wanting to visit this place for a while and I finally did and it’s sooo nice! Everyone is so welcoming. We were noticed from the beginning. The shelter dog, Kinsy, got lots of affection and attention from the employees. They had a variety of treats, collars and leashes, which we bought Kinsy. She absolutely loved it.

We have not had much success, in the past, with groomers. We especially never understood groomers who did not have patience with the dogs themselves. This was not the same for this group. We absolutely loved them. I cannot remember the name of the beautiful soul who worked on our sweet Hermes today, but we will be back, and want to see her. Her love for animals is evident and the care the team gives as a whole was beyond 5 stars!

I take both of my dogs to Woof Gang and they are AMAZING!! I have a golden doodle and a shih tzu, and both of my babies always look so fresh, clean, and adorable after getting groomed! The staff at Woof Gang is so friendly, and it is so amazing knowing that I have a place I can trust with my fur babies! Highly recommend!
