I purchased a ball python baby from them on 11-29-2023 and thought it had dirt around it's eyeballs (not scales). Thought something was up when it's eyes didn't and still dont "pop" like the other 3 ball pythons I have and then I went to take a video and noticed mites crawling around it's eyes. Nothing was said to me the day I got it about it's eyes either. I'm not happy at all. Now I have to treat not 1 but 4 ball pythons because of this

I went into the store and one of the employees was visibly sick and wearing a mask. It puts customers and other employees at risk of getting sick as well, let alone having to work while sick only makes you feel worse.

I have never heard of a Pet Supermarket, what is it? Well, it is a wonderfully clean and staffed big pet store. The staff were extra helpful and knew their trade and pets well. They made suggestions, showed alternative products, and did not mind me asking a zillion questions. Basically, I needed a sounding board and a personal shopper. They went above and beyond and have definitely earned my loyalty as a customer! See you all soon!

I went to use the dog wash and was a bit disappointed with the set up. I have used the dog wash at another pet supermarket and it was very different than this one (as in private room with grooming table, ramped tub and controlled dryer) This one was not in its own room and was a shared open space where two other dogs and owners could use at the same time. And inconveniently next to the kittens up for adoption. Thankfully my dog did not take notice of them. The dog tubs were nice in the sense that they were tile but could be challenging for some dogs to actually get in, there is not door our ramp. Also there is technically no grooming allowed although I did not realize this until after I had brushed my dog before her bath. The dryer only had one speed. The main thing for me was just that it was out in the open where people could come watch and ask to pet my dog while I was trying to dry her. So if you don't mind those things it's a decent place to wash your dog. Bonus the employees were super friendly! I most likely won't bring my dog back here again.

Pet supermarket is True & I Go To. Both locations that I visit is great. They always have tubs available and the staff is very helpful.

Quick stop in the store on our way from Greenville Animal Care. Good location. Picked up some puppy chew toys for our new puppy. Looked like they had plenty of Kong brand chew toys and other brands which had been recommended. Did not get a chance to see much in store but large store with apparently lots of food and toy choices.

I spent almost a hundred dollars today in your store. I forgot to ask about the clinic that was coming up so called and spoke with someone who was very obviously put off by my request for info"Hi, can I get information on the upcoming pet clinic? ""Uhh, what sort of info?""Pricing for shots and deworming ""Uhh, that all on a qr code on the card""Can you email or send me a picture of the qr code""No, we don't email customers" add sarcastic laughter.I'll never make the 30 mile trip back to your store again

I went in for their in-store dog wash it only cost 10.00 and they provided the shampoo and towels they even have a blow dryer so you aren't walking out with a wet dog

Every time I go in there I have a great experience. There is a guy there named Daniel that has always been so helpful and informative. He makes it a great atmosphere and I am pleased to see him every time I go into the store.

We found ourselves in an unexpected situation. We live in an apartment complex and I had found this momma cat who did not look well. She had a huge growth on her chest. She was a stray but was friendly, hungry an appeared to be looking for help. I had an appointment and had determined that if she was still there when I got back, I would take her to the vet. She was nowhere to be found. Later that night, we went to the laundry area to do our clothes and heard crying from behind the dryers. To our surprise we found 6 newborn kittens, eyes still closed and umbilical cords still attached and momma nowhere to be found. We set up motion cameras and sat out food. Momma never showed back up. It was Friday night at 8 pm so I rushed out to find kitten formula and a plastic syringe. We managed to get all 6 fed including 2 runts that were so little we didn’t think they’d make it. We tried calling various vets and pet stores, got lists of various groups and nobody was willing to take these tiny helpless babies. So, we load them in a box with a warm towel and take them with us to Pet Supermarket on Sunday to try to get advice on how to help these kittens survive. One of the workers said, “I know a rescue that specializes in neonatal kittens that will take them if you want?” I said on a Sunday? She called them and put me in contact with Magnolia’s Hope Kitten Rescue. The lady told me everything we needed and volunteered to take them that day. We tried to keep up with the multiple feedings but couldn’t keep up so we gave the kittens to this organization. Had it not been for the knowledge and caring of the staff at Pet Supermarket, these babies would not be taken care of the way they should. They showed honest compassion and caring for their customers, 2 legged and 4 legged. Thank you Pet Supermarket for helping us to help the animals that can’t help themselves.

Prices are fair and the services offered are nice. I gave it a 4 because the staff didn't really seem attentive or like they wanted to be there. Luckily I knew where to find the items I was looking for

They always have what I need in stock like live feeder rats and mice for our Pastel ball python and the staff are very nice and knowledgeable about the products that they have for what you need and they are very attentive to their customers and I always come out with a good sense of feeling like I was an appreciated regular customer.

Read reviews before coming here like I normally do before heading to a new store had no idea they been open since Nov bc of always seeing the other side. I didn’t have any problems prices are about the same as any other pet store some things was cheaper here, store manager rang us up he was very nice no issues will be back !

Chloe is the one who helped me and she was wonderful. I bought Harry the chameleon from them and they have done nothing but been helpful and they have made sure Harry was comfy and happy

I was there on the grand opening day and they were having a 30% off sale. Lots of great dog toys to choose from including major brands like Star Wars. Patrons were getting free dog washes that weekend as well but it normally is priced at $10. You're given an apron and can use warm water and also dry your puppy with a blower. Rabbits, reptiles, and fish are available to purchase as pets. There was a free photo backdrop and King of Pops popsicles and pup creams. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and restrooms as well.

The staff are super friendly and respectful but the care for ALL reptiles inside this facility is severly lacking. None of the reptiles are even remotely close to being set up correctly or in any manner to aid the health of the animals

Stopped by to pick up a few things and noticed 3 kittens for adoption the one was by it's self looking weak labored breathing and watering eyes. I ask if they had noticed this kitten was sick and they said yes it had medicine. Ok so I can't believe you left the rescue dump off their problems on to you. You don't know if it's eating and drinking when there is two others in the pen with it. Plus this kitten could have FeLV. If your going to allow rescued animals in your store sick then I'm going to believe you allow any of your animals that you sale come in sick..
