This store has a good variety of fish and the tanks are clean and well cared for. The prices are reasonable and they have several options for tanks and supplies. If you need information about fish or setting up a tank then ask for Garrett. He was so polite and extremely knowledgeable with the fish varieties. They also carry other pet supplies and from just browsing around the store they have a large variety of foods and supplies at reasonable prices. Definitely will return here for my pet supplies.

The live feeder mice are a little smaller then what they describe over the phone. To me not worth five dollars I think maybe three dollars would be a fair price for the size small mice u get but the people there were very nice

$10 for a self dog wash station isn’t bad. They provide towels, shampoo and conditioner, and a heated blower to use. Just don’t go on a Sunday. It’s busy. The manager said it’s best to come in on a weekday if you want to wash your pup. Added picture of pup.

Went in to get some new plants and fish for my aquarium. Ruthie helped me for almost 45 minutes. She did not rush me and answered my questions and even better when she couldn’t she asked a colleague to help versus just making things up. They are very knowledgeable and I did not feel rushed at all which I greatly appreciate because most pet stores you go in and they want you to make a decision quickly so they can move on. Ruthie listened and cared about taking care of the customer. I could not have asked for a better experience! I went in to buy 2 snails and a new plant but because of her help, I added a bunch of new plants, shrimp, and other things to my aquarium and got a second aquarium and I couldn’t be happier. She converted a basic customer to a higher spender simply by listening and helping.

Great pet store with healthier food and natural products. They also have a nice DIY pet wash which is great for our pure white husky mix who needs lots of baths, lol. Also, friendly staff!

Little disappointed took our dog to wash him. But the way there tubs are set up they have stairs. Our dog couldn't. He has arthritis in back legs.

Very amazing! They have a $10 self serve pet wash with towels, shampoo, aprons, a dryer. A loyalty program for every 7 washes there's a free one. You can bring your dog into the store. There's a huge selection of foods which means a lot because our dog is allergic to chicken. Staff was super nice!!!

They carry my dogs food Victor which is hard to find sometimes, had a wide selection of foods, have things for aquatics like fish, small animal and a self service dog wash that is going to be a life saver.

It is a good self service dog wash with 3 showers as well as a large store with pet related items. Be sure to have your dog on a leash so they don't help themselves to treats on the way to the shower

I love shopping here for things for my furbabies. They have a great selection of food and treats that are trustworthy. They also have the best products for daily pet care. Everyone is very happy to help if you ever need assistance finding products

I keep having great experiences here with people, employees and customers in the store. So now that I've gone here and shopped about a dozen times, I'm glad to say that they are always friendly, polite, and quick service.Most pet stores I go into I wait for too long to be assisted, not here. Mitchell was such a great help in choosing the correct things I needed, making great suggestions for other items, and just such an above and beyond associate that I feel benefits Pet Supermarket.I must say, Mitchell's pleasant attitude and helpfulness while I made decisions made me feel calm, unrushed and like I was a valued customer. Great job all around.

A female employee was very very rude and seemed incredibly passive aggressive when I asked a few questions regarding a few of the animals. She was a shift lead with keys and her behavior was shocking, as I also work at a petstore and would never ever act this way towards a customer. The reason this is not a one star review is because I have had better experiences with other employees in the past.

We called before going and got such a pleasant lady who told us all the information about the self wash station! Greeted by a manager who I think was the same lady we spoke to over the phone. She gave us a towel for our pup and pointed to the dog station. The lady over the phone how if there’s a wait it’s only because all the tubs are taken and they’d just need a few minutes to sanitize and clean the hair out. It looks so cute the way it was set up. Unfortunately it was not clean & there was so much hair everywhere. The dryer was very cold, my pup hated it. I really would suggest a warm air dryer for the fur babies I just used the towel however that was also full of hair and when I turned on the dryer and that’s when I noticed how much hair from other pets went everywhere. It was a bit much. We decided to purchase a bed a puppy bed too. Upon checking out the bed rang up more than the sticker price and I asked the cashier to check the price… he did and canceled the transaction to correct the price. He called for help from an associate and she finished canceling, then rang up again for the wrong price and told us our total with the wrong price. I mentioned it being incorrect again and what the correct price was on the tag. She was very rude from that point on even after thanking her for helping. She did not thank us for our purchase just walked away. I won’t shop here or bring my pup back to this station to wash her until the cleanliness has improved.

Extremely disappointed in this store came in @515 today looking for large bag of dog food. Wanted information on which was best. However all I did was overhear 2 people laughing and talking in the back nobody greeted me nobody came to help. I just eventually up and left spending no money with them even the way out nobody still. This place a joke. Me being a business owner myself you guys seriously missed the mark. I know I'm not the only person to just walk out as my patients is much higher than ofher. Good luck hope you stay in business and profit. But not the way it was today.

Little hole in the wall type place. I stop in once or twice a year to take a look at dog toys and treats. More of a "high end" type pet store for people with expendable income that have pets that eat better than the rest of us peasants. Never got out of this place spending under $60.... and that doesn't buy you bags and bags of stuff... maybe more like 3 items. Plan on $20/ea. for a toy/bone for dogs for middle of the line type stuff in here. They have things like baked goods for dog treats, like 3 for $8.99 kind of stuff. People that work here are always pleasant to deal with.

This store is one on a very short list of pet stores that I can say truly cares about ALL of their animals, including fish! All fish Ive gotten here have been healthy, free from illness, and live in CLEAN TANKS in store! This is huge for me as a fishkeeper. Keep it up guys!

Absolutely love this store! They have so much to offer and the customer service is amazing. They don’t only care about making a sale, they are genuinely interested in getting to know you and your pets. Plus who can turn down free treats?! The animals that they have are very well taken care of and their fish tanks are always clean. This is my one stop shop for everything my cat needs and I won’t go anywhere else from now on!

I really enjoy this little store. Nice selection and the dog wash areas are always clean and well stocked. Some of their staff is... Less than ideally situated for customer service positions, but overall I just try to steer clear of them.The only think I wish is that they would price their clearance items with an actual price and not just a % off sticker.

First time shopping here. Different selection of reptiles and fish from what is the norm at the other pet stores so I spent a good bit of time just looking at the neat things they had. The store was very clean and the employees very nice.

I called on a Saturday night looking for a nursing bottle for a kitten. The young man who answered the phone said they had them and asked me if i wanted to see what kinds and how many. I said no and I would be there soon. I got there and an employee was loading dog food into a customer’s car. I held the door for him as we entering and said hello. As we walked in Matt, I read his name tag, cheerfully said the nursing bottles were in aisle 2 (I’m pretty sure he would have walked me over), but he had another customer. As i checked out, I asked how he knew. My voice? He said, “more your demeanor. You acted like how you sounded on the phone.” Matt has an amazing talent!

Love love love this place! Me and my boyfriend drive an hour away to come to this store and we love everything about it! We are fish and dog people and we love the wide variety of fish they have and how they care for their livestock is phenomenal. Will be back soon to check out the new fishies!

Awesome place great staff it will be the only chain store I will ever buy fish from they take pride in there tanks and they make sure all the fish have a good diet and that there tanks stay algae free. I drive an hour away to go to this store and it is well worth it you are welcomed with nice animal loving people that take care of their live stock.
