We were looking for a new groomer, we’re use to very often and timely Grooming’s and I had heard about paws and claws from a coworker. I quickly found that paws and claws had a location right next to Leo’s vet and made an appointment asap. Leo was very nervous at first from a previous experience with an entirely different company. He warmed up very well in this environment and the staff were all very welcoming and knowledgeable about him. When I picked him up he looked the best he ever had. Crystal did an AMAZING job, she listened to all of my concerns and was very attentive and spot on with what we were looking for. I love that this establishment also offers treats and toys as we always buy a little snack before we leave. I also really love that they have snacks that are ingredient conscious as my previous dog was diabetic and I really pay attention to sugar. Super easy and convenient to rebook at pickup. We had the best experience and LOVE them! Highly recommend! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We stopped in to get a birthday gift for our pup’s 4th birthday. Everyone was so helpful and kind and we loved the selection of toys and treats. Our pup ate his little birthday cupcake before I could get a picture. 🤣 They even wrapped his gift!

Great location with a great staff. Our Rhodesian is VERY picky about his nails getting done. (Typical Ridgeback) They do it right.Update: Prices have risen, but still acceptable for the great service they do.

What a great experience! Coming from Atlanta we he hadn’t been successful in finding a local groomer so we would continuously go back home. After several months of calling (due to high demand) we were finally able to get booked and I couldn’t be more pleased. I have a very active 1 year old Schnauzer and was quietly concerned about his typical puppy behavior, but Crystal took care of my baby like the pro she is! I highly recommend Paws and Claws and particularly Crystal as your fur baby’s groomer. She was very attentive to my request and asked questioned. She honestly gave my boy his best hair cut yet. Also the store is very clean, has no oder and is a pet supply galore with fancy treats. We are happy to have found them and have already pre booked for our next visit.

Fast and easy going. I love to take my puppy there for bath time. It is so easy to get him all clean and fresh and not have to deal with the mess. The staff is awesome. They are very knowledgeable and accommodating. It is the best dog wash in town. I recommend trying it out for the self wash and the grooming services. I found the greatest toys there too.

This was my puppies first grooming appointment and I had read all great reviews, and unfortunately I will not be returning. The employees were very nice; however, when I picked up my puppy she was basically unrecognizable. Her cut on her face was beyond choppy, as well it looked like she had a bowl cut. :( On top of that, I'm not sure if she was fed treats or not (to calm her, being it was her first session) she got very sick when we returned home.

We just had our goldendoodle groomed for the first time here. Bo looks fantastic with his new summer cut and we couldn't be happier! Price was very reasonable and the shop is stocked full of super cute treats, toys, and accessories. I totally understand why Paws and Claws is booked out 2 weeks for grooming appointments! We highly recommend.

Without a doubt the BEST place to get your dog groomed in Greenville. Both of my pups get groomed there and they do an amazing job with high energy doodles who have some crazy hair. They are booked out weeks in advance for good reason, they are the best! They made my pups look amazing, exactly what we wanted. Highly highly recommend!! The only groomer in Greenville I would trust unconditionally with my pups. We don't have to give them any instruction or tell them any particular details, and they do an amazing job every time. Suzz is the best there is!

First time visitor. I had the most delightful experience in this little shop. The lady was very helpful in my search for specific questions and information. I would definitely go back to look for a special collar or food. I think they also offer grooming. They took very good care of their four and two legged clients.

Arrived 7 minutes before closing to run in and grab my dog a treat because we had been hiking all day and it was going to be over 2.5 hours until we got back home. Surprised to see the store dark and no one around.

I love the diy dog wash option, their selection of toys and treats to spoil our dog. They're also great about scheduling the grooming and finishing up quick. They communicate often via text. Online scheduling would be a great addition.

Have shopped here now 4 or so times. They carry excellent food and pet products, and I've always had a pleasant experience with the employees. Like most other pet owners, I love when people fawn over my dogs and they love it too. People here are friendly and caring.

This place is paws down the best pet store and grooming facility in Greenville. They have all the best treats, chews, collars, harnesses etc. As a dog professional, I buy almost all my supplies there, and send all my clients as well. Their groomers do a great job and treat the dogs with kindness. Have never heard any complaints in the 5+ years I have been referring to them.

My two huge rescue shepadoodles have lots of "special needs" because of their anxiety, and we've had a hard time finding a groomer that really understands that -- but Sarah at Paws & Claws went above and beyond! She sent me text updates throughout their appointment and I felt so good leaving my babies with her -- plus I could tell they were really feelin' their new haircuts! I love the selection in the boutique, too, and Lemon and Cricket loved the dog doughnuts! Paws & Claws will have our business forever!

I would highly recommend them! We recently moved to the area and were looking for our dog a new groomer. We read the reviews on here and gave them a try. They did a fantastic job, are very sweet, and reasonably price. Will go back again.

A great place to DIY wash the dog when your shower won't cut it. They're very helpful in making sure you've got what you need and the stall is well appointed. Nice looking shop, though I didn't have time to look around. Will be back. Highly recommended.

Ask to see the back area where they groom the dogs! The outside of this Augusta Ave shop is nice and the store is spacious and bright. That is not where they hold or groom your pet! I will say it again, ask to see the back area where they groom the dogs!

We moved to the area a few months ago and looked for a particular Zignature Dog Food. They didn't initially have it, but said they could order it. Now, I drop by every week (I have large dogs) and they always have the food I need. Very nice to not worry about if they'll have my food like I used to at previous places.

Got my doodle groomed here this week and they did a fabulous job! We have a bernedoodle (Bernese mountain dog and poodle mix) and I gave them specific instructions on how to cut her face and they followed exactly. She ran so pretty afterwards and I knew she had some fun with the groomers!

It's a small pet supply store and it's way over priced. They have a limited selection of toys, and there's no prices on a lot of the tags, so I was a little surprised when I got to the register for my total. It was a good one time experience, but I won't be going back. Not budget friendly at all.
