I just moved to the area and was looking for a new groomer for my toy poodle. We loved the service we received at Key grooming! Perfect haircut, and you can tell they really care about animals. We definitely will be making this our new grooming home!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit. The owner was very patient and polite. He was knowledgeable about animals and was able to recommend the right type of grooming needed for my pet. (Bath, Hair Cut, and Nail Buffing). The establishment was clean and presentable. Keith even went as far as educating me on the best options for dog food to promote good dental health. My baby was excited and I was confident he was in good hands.Needless to say, when I picked up my fur baby, he was fluffed and brushed to perfection. Keith was able to groom my 10 lbs. Rat-Cha in about 2 hours. The cost was highly reasonable at only $32.00 Appointments are recommended!!My only suggestions for improvement would be to offer curb side drop off/pick up to limit patrons from entering the building due to the pandemic. Also, every staff member who interacts with customers should be required to wear a mask due to COVID-19 to reduce exposure and transmission.

I get so nervous having to board my dogs but they were in excellent care with Keith! You can tell Keith really loves and takes great care of animals. You can rest assure knowing your pets are safe and in good hands with Key Pet Grooming & Boarding.

They have groomed my dogs 3 times in the year I have lived here and they are great. I am always pleased with their trip to the "beauty parlor" and they understand how to be kind to animals. My dog Bo has terrible anxiety and they are able to deal with him.

I would never take my pet to this groomer. I recently took my morkie there and before leaving I told the man to only trim around the face, but leave her still looking like a yorkie in the face. When I went to pick her up she barely had hair and does not look like the same dog. She literally looks like my 3 yrs old grandson took the scissors to her. Very upset and will let everyone know since I do have before and after pics.

First time boarding our fur baby and they welcomed him with open arms. Walked him gave him great attention. He was clean and walked and feed properly would board him again with them. Thank you!!

Took my dog this facility they kept them for two days. just wasn’t happy with customer service when I went to pick up my dog, I pay them and the gentleman ask his associate if I paid to pick the dog up. to me that was embarrassing I don’t know if because I was black or he just don’t have the knowledge on how to treat his customers.

We take our dogs here every time we need to board them, or get them groomed. Very friendly staff and our dogs seems to love getting dropped off here.
