Was in the Fountain Inn area and decided to stop in and try this place out, cute layout inside, spacious, nice atmosphere. Definitely a lot of flavor options and choices here. I didn’t care for the flavor I got in particular but I’m sure the other choices were probably good. The did have 1 dairy free choice on their menu that I saw that was it.

The Chill Factory is not only a super cool name for a ice cream place, but it’s also a super cool hang out spot with friendly staff. There are so many flavors and they can all be made into shakes. I got a half and half shake (extreme chocolate and midnight caramel river), my daughter just wanted the pink scoop (strawberry) and my husband got praline pecan with extra caramel and nuts. Needless to say, it was all delicious.The toppings options are endless and they even have ice cream cake. I can’t wait to try the sherbet next time. I’m sure my family will be back again and again all summer long.

Great Ice cream shop with really good service!! The servers were super nice. We had two stuffed shakes (s’mores and brownie) and a small cup of dark chocolate Raspberry ice cream. It’s for sure a place for people with a sweet tooth. Interior was spacious and had cute decor that was very instagramable! Nice stop in downtown fountain inn. You also get to keep the mugs- a great memento.

What’s not to love about this establishment? Voted the best in the Upstate by tens of thousands, who am I to disagree. I love the ice cream, the shakes but my most favorite are the peanut butter cookies (the chocolate chip is also good). Such ooey-gooey goodness…just melts in your mouth. If you’re daring, order the peanut butter cookie (warmed) with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top! Muah….HEAVEN!

Great place with a lot of options, the stuffed milkshake mugs are amazing, lots of flavors of ice cream, gelato, and even cookies. We love coming here then letting the kids play at the splash pad across the street. Highly recommend!

The owners and employees are very nice and take care of you , friendly and ready to help you in choosing from many amazing flavors Moving here soon, they will see me coming every day. I recommend the strawberry cheesecake and cappuccino. More flavors to try.

Staff very friendly.Place very clean.I thought the scoops of ice cream were small in my double scoop sundae, especially for the price.The scoops of ice cream for the 2 flavor ice cream cone were a lot bigger.But all in all, everything tasted good.

My daughter and her friend went here the other night 30 minutes before close and the staff said that they could not offer them service because they have already shut down the registers. The staff gave them water which was kind but why be open if you cannot serve customers? I understand closing things down a few minutes early if there is no one there but half an hour before.

Huge variety of flavors! Definitely listen to recommendations from the staff. I’ve tried a couple that I probably wouldn’t have chosen on my own (oatmeal cookie craving and bananas foster) but ended up loving them. Hardest thing is choosing which flavor to go with that day. My daughters have been even more than me because this is where they ask family to take them for a treat! Super friendly staff also!

DELICIOUS, we had a warmed brownie with vanilla ice cream, warmed chocolate chip cookie and coffee. The lady working was very helpful and even offered to take a picture of us. I had my 90 year old mother with me.

I don't usually eat ice cream but I stopped in for a banana split. It was just your typical banana split but still delicious. It was about 7.00 for three scoops of ice cream a banana and the usual toppings. The person I was with got raspberry ice cream and was super satisfied as well. He also was able to share my banana split as it was big enough for both of us. Staff was friendly and prices were about what youd expect. Selection of flavors was great. They do also have gelato which if I make it back is what I will be trying next. Worth staying local to try it out.

Best ice cream ever! Friendly staff and very clean establishment. Roxanna is an artist making these "stuffed" shakes. Oh and you won't break the bank. Great for a Saturday afternoon family outing.

A nice place for a scoop or two of ice cream on a hot day. They open at 1 in the afternoon and serve Hershey brand ice cream and also have gluten free gelato. In addition to the traditional ice cream service counter, they also have a freezer full of pints to go and ice cream cakes.

Great ice-cream and milkshakes. Kid friendly and as a new feel with a little bit of old styling. Prices or higher then most of the chains but I am ok with that for local business. Will be back.

Really great ice cream; i paired the cappuccino crunch, the oatmeal cookie craving and green mint grasshopper and it was soooooo good! Also their triple chocolate cookie was very soft like cookie dough and it was very delicious. I live in Simpsonville but would make the drive to be out here for dessert 😁

Originally drove to Baskin Robins but they were closed so we found this place and I am so glad we did. There are so many flavors and it was inexpensive. Best ice cream ever! We will never go anywhere else again for gourmet ice cream.

This new ice cream place in Fountain Inn is amazing! I had gelato which was fantastic! Everyone I went with loved what they got. They also have sorbet for non-dairy people. Go check it out and support local!

A dollar or two more than regular ice cream, but still good nonetheless. It's relatively new, so there's some empty space that could fit some furniture, but that doesn't matter too much considering it's location near the Fountain Inn fountain. Hard to go wrong with ice cream (or sherbert if you're like me!)
