This store is not what it was when it first opened!! I called this store on 3 different occasions, three different times and 3 different days! The rude lady that answers the phone doesn’t care to help at all.I inquired about an item that I need to purchase and each time I called she said “ma’am I’m on a register with a line of people’s I can’t go look “ I then asked if there was anyone not on a register, then she states “yes, but she’s busy too” I then told her I would just call and let someone know that she doesn’t have a solution for helping customers on the phone. I even told her I would hold, and that I understand that she’s busy, and even volunteered to call back or give her my number. She immediately said, “ if you’re gonna do all that just come up here” I said EXCUSE ME! She said I have been on this register all day, I then said you clearly need to go home!! Do not shop at this location AT ALL!!! It’s too many of these stores to spend your money where it’s not wanted!! I am in total shock how these CS people are now trained with the public! Do better!!! I will never step foot in this store again and neither will my followers trust me!

Very rude old lady all she wants to do is argue with all the customers and not just me. They refused to blow up a balloon that I bought from there I will make sure I will not ever come back to this store again this is the worst Dollar tree I've ever been to in my whole entire life and that says a lot

Do ANYBODY in Dollar Tree stores ever be in a joyful spirit? Every DT store the cashier's only greet certain customers.. they seem to have an attitude and be irritated. Ma'am.. Sir.. if you do not like your job.. PLEASE find something else. Maybe not in customer service.

I love we have a dollar tree now..I'm 10 mins away....but there is a associate black lady..I speak to her all the time .the past 3 time I spoke ...she will not speak back..an has an ear piece in her ear...also will not eye to eye either with customers....there is an elderly lady.who is every sweet.an kind .an there store is very clean an we'll stock..very peaceful..
