This Dollar General USED to be my favorite of all the DG stores. But today I came to pick up a few items and there's a sign on the door that said "CLOSED will reopen at 8am." This is very discouraging and inconvenient. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this store. I hope you get whatever problem you're having corrected soon!

Store is never open!! sign said 8-6 but I’m standing outside and it’s 9:49am but the lights on and still no one to answer the door or answer the phone. Customers coming and going as the day goes by and still no one to let ppl in. Got some trash employees working for this store.

EVERYTIME I come to this store its closed ! Rather it be 2pm or 4pm 8pm the doors are always closed and locked ! It’s so aggravating that this is the only option we have around here ! Today I watched a 2 employees go in and lock the doors one came out the store to a car and went right back in to lock the door . At this point just close the store

African American lady at the register was fantastic. She is the best customer service person that I have ever had in all the different stores of Dollar General that I have shipped at. Her personality is second to none. She is an asset to your company. I am from out of town and go through here on occasion. You can be sure I will stop in this store from now on. Again she was wonderful not just to me but to all the customers in the store.

Have been to this location several times and they have been closed at different hours of everyday. The next closest thing to my house is over 5 mi away, I have had to go out of my way multiple times to grab one or two items that I should be able to get from the store.

Shelves are never stocked, always carts sitting in the aisles so that it's hard to maneuver. On any given day there is only one or two clerks, it takes forever to check out. The store closes early a lot! Very inconvenient because the location caters to a lot of people that live out away from town.

If I could give zero stars I would. MPoor management, poor customer service. Closes at 6 not 10 as advertised. Blocks the door before 6 so you can't get in. Terrible don't even waste your time.

I got no greeting and couldn't even get a "have a nice day" at the end of my transaction, but as I was walking out the door I hear the lady behind me get a "hey, how are you?"I guess the cashier picks and chooses when she wants to give good customer service.

Nice clean store; employees are always eager & willing to help you find what you came for!!! I love it mainly because it is soo close ( 5mins)and they have a lil bit of everything! We are waiting for an expansion (🤭🙋🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️) so that we can get those good fresh veggies!!Again Thank you for 'postin up' in this small town and supplying us with what we need..

Great service from the girl employee that look like she was running store by herself!!! Running cash register and setting stuff up in the store. This was 3/11/21 @ about 10:30 a.m this morning. Didnt look at her name tag but she deserves a good pay raise!!!

Store was ok but there were long lines at the only checkout they had. Clerk was there alone and there were about 12 people in line. It is only about 5 days from Christmas and to have only one clerk and one checkout is ridiculous! I felt sorry for the clerk. She was doing her best but I know she was overwhelmed. Management needs to do better!

Cleaner then normal. Packed to the gills! One of the end displays fell over on my face. Too much stuff not enough room. Like a hockey lot but good for quick trips. Has most everything in cheaper versions prices are too high for the products they sell but very convenient considering it is the last spot to shop for 25 miles.. Need to expand.

I usually hate coming to this location, had to come tonight because my usual one was closed. Had a return and made a purchase. The cashier, Dawn, was very helpful and stayed pleasant with every customer, even though she was busy I didn't feel rushed at all. Thanks Dawn !

This wasn't my most favorite trip to Dollar General. Maybe they were restocking? It looked a mess, and I had a hard time finding the things I needed.However, an older male checked me out at the register, and he was extremely friendly!

They have signs on the door saying they close at six, but at 5:45 550 have people standing at the doors not letting people in even if it’s just for one item

They just did a hurried remodel on this store. They accomplished little (could have let it be). Try the Gray Court Store on Hwy 76. Now that's a remodel.They added fresh produce, a forty feet wall of frozen foods and many more new items, all neatly arranged. That store looks so neat and orderly unlike the one on Hwy 418, which has carts loaded with empty cardboard boxes blocking at least four different isles. What a mess.

This store by far was the most clean out of all the DG's i have been to, great staff and just a great experience all together... They have Grocery items, Cleaning Supplies, Beauty products, Women and men needs, and Seasonal Items available... The website has coupon availability right from your phone ... I love Dollar General stores for their convenience and prices but this one has customer service issues from the manager on down.
