I hate this location with a passion. I wish it wasn’t the one near my house. They never open on time, self checkout is always out of order, always unorganized. Needed milk this morning for my kid because Walmart also sucks and didn’t deliver my milk with the rest of my groceries, so here it is 9am and I’m driving all over town looking for milk when I should be at work!! Y’all suck!!!!

Yelling at customers to do self checkout while line is long because she needs to get the truck off the floor while the self checkout has no receipt paper making it where I can’t do a customer survey or get paid back from my employer until the charge clears the bank because I don’t have a purchase receipt.The time before that the same lady told an older woman who didn’t want to do self check out that she hope god strikes her down and refused to do out ring up and forced self check out still no receipt paper

I am so proud of the staff and Courtney in particular, for making this store my absolute first pick (and especially in such a short amount of time)! Kudos to you ladies! Always clean and well-organized and the staff is personal and friendly every time I come in. Great deals as soon as you step through the front door, easy to navigate the store and a bunch of new, super neat inventory (home and office decor). Fantastic move for the store. Great location, huge selection and awesome staff. If i could give 10 ⭐️ I certainly would.

Wasted our time again driving over to this store only to see it's closed randomly again. This has to be the third or fourth time it's randomly closed during the week at like 4pm . There are too many other DG around just go to one of them. This store needs new management if not just go ahead and permanently close it.

They worst thing they could have done was gotten rid of the ladies that managed the store before the big move. Now it's never stocked and I mean ever it's always boxes of thing stacked in the aisle to the point where I have to move them to get to items. The inside of the store looks nothing like the pictures they have at the top so they must be stock photos. And it's always something wrong with self check out and the card readers.

Very bad experience I went to make a purchase that I had and whenever I go in the afternoon there is Kimberly and with her I never get the coupons I don't know why and when I go in the morning with a very kind lady my purchase with real coupons always turns out very well I don't know that they move the machines in the afternoon that the coupons are not discounted

Arrived at 8am open the door and was disrespectful towards me while I held my 3 year old daughter. He wouldnt open the door until I moved to the side he told me while being super mean about it. He then advised to leave his store and was really disrespectful. Filing a complaint with their corporate office! Not a store to go to!!

Things weren't stocked properly and were all over the place as well as multiple empty shelves & things just sitting in boxes. The guy who claimed to be the manager knew the card machine would only work for credit cards but instead allowed people to continue swiping their debit card to the point where it locked (if you have fraud protection). This happened to multiple people & instead of switching to another register or saying something he kept acting as if it was the person's card. Multiple people had to go back to their vehicles for another form of payment & some had to leave their items. A quick shopping experience turned into a huge inconvenience & clearly he should not be leading a store because he didn't have any empathy for any of the customers. For this to be a new store it is poorly ran.

The prices on the shelf & freezer say one things but when I got to the register, it was something else. This happened on the evening April 12th. Associates were rude and did not care. The associate lied and did not try to honor prices advertising. The conversation they were having seemed to be more important. I even took the asocuate back and showed her the price advertised but she still did not even honor it. I would rather drive to Greenville than go back to this store.

Blood everywhere at this store.. from outside to all the way over toDeodorant isle...and workers kept working and one girl mopping up allll that blood...they didn't even close the store for clean up. Smh just told you to go around it.. that's crazy

do not go to this dollar store.You can trip on random containers just sitting on the floor and there are giants carts full of more items blocking entire aisles sometimes.It’s always so cluttered. I don’t think they have the staff to have someone at the register and put up incoming supplies.And if you are a person of color the cashiers follow you around the store and watch you shop. It’s very uncomfortableAnd don’t use the restrooms if you go. They do a poor job of keeping this entire place cleanThe one by the Clock is wayyyy better. Cleaner and kinder staff. Organized as wellI’d give this zero stars if I could

Once again I went to this store at 5:15pm today and the store was CLOSED again!! This makes 3 times they ha e been closed early. Why??? This store is terrible and that just means they have terrible managers..period. The store is always a wreck and dirty. Last time I will waste my time going to this store.

The self checkout never works at Thai location. Cashiers are super slow. I get faster service at Walmart. And they are super terrible.

They still have old sales tickets up and don't try to help you out with them even though it is their fault. We don't usually walk around looking for expiration date. We look for the bargains. This has happened at this store more than once. The store is the one in Fountain Inn , s.c. beside the Bi-Lo store

Kind of unnecessary wait times when employees that run the register are stocking isles and only one lady name tag MS FELICIA is the only one that's always behind the register and seems to care about customers...manager VERY rude and even told a customer good get them to fire me cuz I've tried and I dont like dealing with yall either????

This is the best dollar General ive been to in my life.... Mrs Lollis and mrs Leopard are the best workers ive seen in a while. They go out of there way way to help you. And the store is so clean and stalked very well

Was disappointed at the store when opening a new store thought it would have been more stuff in it who's 1 in 25 in South Carolina in Laurens that has produce gas it's a great storm you need to do all them like that
