Amazing...my 55lb. Pitbull puppy had never been to a groomer, and she would not let the grooming staff of a local pet store touch her. Alexis was able to clip her nails with zero resistance on her 1st visit! Definitely my new groomer :).

Incredible service! Alexis was kind, professional, did a wonderful job with my mom’s dog, Capi! I am from Atlanta and I am in town helping my mom and I had no idea where to look for a pet groomer. I called Alexis and she took Capi same day & the first nail clipping is free!She was amazing with the other dogs as well as I came in and she was just finishing up with one of her furry clients:)) This will be my Mom‘s new go-to pet groomer. Alexis is straight forward with her prices. She let me know the price for my pomeranian and what it would be if he is matted which would be more. I do not expect something for nothing and know how hard she has to work to get my pup looking good. I own the fact that I let him get pretty matted as I wait so long and do not brush like I should. Alexis is very professional and loves the dog's. She is a top notch groomer as well as a good person. I highly recommend Alexis. She takes pride in her business and is awesome with the dogs. She is my pups groomer and he loves her to pieces.

I have had our dog’s nails trimmed by Alexis two times now and have been more than satisfied. I usually bathe our short haired dog but trimming her nails has always been an issue for me and anyone that has tried before. She is scared of life so I needed someone to do it who would be gentle yet get the job done and to be able to do it without me having to give our dog drugs first. Many thanks to you Alexis!

I took my long haired dachshund pup, Daisy, in to be groomed and clipped. This was only her 2nd trip ever to a groomer. Our first experience at a different location was not great. However, Alexis and Puppy Cuts were AWESOME!! Not only did they do an impeccable job on her cut, they also made this momma and her pup feel so relaxed and safe. This was Beauty's first trip to a groomer. I was a little worried how she would act because she is only use to being around me and my family. She did just fine and came out wearing an adorable scarf and smelling so sweet. I have been taking my Nala to Puppy cuts for grooming for over a year and I am totally happy. It is evident that Alexis is a true animal lover as my dog is very comfortable going to her and she has the best prices I have found in my area. I had to take my rabbit for nails to be trimmed, she is a rabbit whisperer, I usually cant hold my rabbit long at all just pet in her rabbit house because she jumps out your arms --she was able to hold that rabbit 15 minutes and was very reasonable with the price. I will be going here every month now!! And very friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Alexis was very nice and understanding, she took my dog even when I was running 30 minutes late. She did an excellent job with Noodles, an you can see that she truly love the dogs ! The owner took great care of my sheltie Dinah. It was her first post COVID-19 spa day and she desperately needed it. The owner was very understanding of the situation and she did a wonderful job. This was my first visit and Dinah will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I took my dog Lola today, this was her first time going to a groomers. The lady there took very good care of her and when I came back for her I didn't even recognize her. The price was very reasonable and I was able to just walk in without having to make an appointment. I will definitely be taking lola here again.

I didn't get a chance to have an appointment because my appointment was canceled at 7pm the night before my appointment. The appointment was canceled via tex message and it said someone would get back to reschedule... well it has been well over a week and no phone call from anyone!!! My advice is go find a more professional business other than this one.

The women that owns this business is one of the most disrespectful, rude, offensive, and downright dirty people I've ever met. She has no talent in grooming. Her prices are outrageous. She tries to get revenge on customers she feels wronged because they were unhappy with the service by calling animal control on them.
