We usually go here, convenient and usually a good experience. Until tonight, had the best experience. Crystal made this normal grocery store experience into a joy. She has such a light and is so kind and fast. So grateful to have had such a pleasant experience!

I recently visited the Kroger on Forest Dr, and I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I was looking for a specific item, but I wasn't sure where to find it. I asked an employee for help, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly found the item for me, and another employee even helped me price check an item to make sure I was getting the best deal.

I love the items and prices at krogers...but customer service sucks especially on forest drives.. u can barely find a manager to speak with..an customer service has attitudes. Been searching for a item for the past 3 weeks that they have been out of stock on..but no manager to speak with..smh

I have used their grocery pickup several times and each time, my order has somehow been wrong and I’ve had to go inside to get the correct item. There is designated parking, however, people that go into the store park there and the spots are not numbered. It’s very poorly organized and nothing seems to change. I think if it were to be better organized and there was better emphasis on getting the correct items, it would be a better experience.

Always clean, but recently the customer service is finally coming around.. this store 20 plus years I've gotten groceries here, service was not in the picture some times... I'm not going to speak on it. But now may not always get the hellos and can I help you, but employees now are clean, uniform and working with each other. Not shirt hanging to the knees, smell like cigs ,Mary Jane and booze in your face at the register... Hoping that the cashier doesn't quick change you.. I had one literally ask me if I wanted my change ,!!! They gonna make a killing if they ask everyone that

If you're shopping inside the store, everyone is friendly and helpful. Produce is fresh and floors are clean. But I'm done with pickup. There's always an issue, or they say they don't have items, but I go in and 8/10 times, it's on the shelf. Today, I got home and 2 packages were open and they'd subbed 4 items without asking. Called to resolve and person brushed it off. No apology.

Visited the deli/hot bar counter today. Employee that helped me was extremely rude. She didn't greet me when I approached the counter, didn't ask what I wanted, just glared at me until I placed my order. And when she was finished packing my food, she just sat it on the counter and walked away. She did mention several times to the other employee (who was very professional and friendly), that she was ready to go home. If that's the attitude she came to work with, maybe she should have just stayed home.

Out of all of the store locations, this is by far the worst store there is. I went to this location because it's the one that is closest to my area unfortunately. The store was cluttered, messy and unorganized. The staff were the rudest , nastiest people I have ever encountered. Telling me I'm a liar and refused to talk to customer service even though I called them while I was there ! Management was even ruder! I will never shop there again even if it means traveling over 10 miles to shop.

I'm disabled and shop here every 2 weeks and this Kroger NEVER has working mobility scooters available! I always have to wait 40 minutes for one to become available when I could be shopping. The reason I shop here is because it's close to my home and I UBER here and I like the employees . As much as groceries are in this store they need to do BETTER and get more mobility scooters and get rid of the one that doesn't have a cord that sits in the entryway.

Kroger generally has a good veggie and fruit section with friendly staff. I don't usually wait long to check out, but I almost always do self check out. The pharmacy is convenient and friendly

I shop here because it's close to home. I have to share with you that this store is cluttered, messy, unorganized and impossible to navigate. Absolutely the worse shopping experience I have ever had to deal with, I am going to start shopping at food lion on Harden street.

Out of all the Kroger's in Columbia this location has horrible customer service, the order online and pick up is horrible. No matter what time you choose your order is never ready and you have to wait for long periods of time. There are no numbered slots to report your arrival at the store. After ordering online I went to the store to pick up my items and was told the items were not in stock and I asked if I could go in and find something similar. All the items I requested were in stock and on the shelf. I don't recommend shopping at this location. While shopping in the store I have actually witnessed a cashier curse a customer out. It does not do any good reporting to management. The app has an option to rate our experience shopping with Kroger, but it does not work. Even though this location is near me I will travel to other locations.

Horrible place. Did a pickup order through the app. They took the money out of my account and 15 minutes before I was suppose to pick up the order, they cancelled the order. No reason was given. I went to the store and talked to customer service. They called the manager and they told me what he said but it didn't make sense. So I asked to speak to the manager in person. The manager came up and I asked him to explain to me what happened to my order. He said they are short staff and cannot do pickup orders even if the app says I can. He said all orders were cancelled because of that. I just don't know why they waited until 145 pm to send me an email to tell me that my 2:00 pm order was cancelled. Why not tell me the day before when I placed my order?. Either way, they did not handle this to a higher standard. Don't waste your time and money at that Kroger. Go to another one. Let this store die because it's on its way there already by the looks of the inside.

Checked out with Kale and Gregory and it was incredibly fast. They were professional and efficient and even though Kale was running groceries faster than I could unload, Gregory managed to sort as if he’d been in my kitchen and knew how I had it organized. Nice work guys! Thanks!

Selection could be better, and prices are a little high. Which might be ok, since the convenience factor of being 3 blocks from home makes it tough to pass by, until... You have to deal with the staff. They are rude... I mean RUDE! I may not always be the happiest person in the room, but I'm always respectful of people who are working. So I am courteous and say please and thank you. I don't judge people based on what job they are doing, because I don't know what brought them to this moment in time. I am not elitist, I am no better than anyone, but I am no less than anyone else either. So for a cashier to be rude to me without any reason is insulting. If you don't like your job, get a new one. If the previous customer insulted you, or treated you poorly, be mad at them... Not me! But from now on, I'll take my money somewhere else. I would walk a mile down the street, before driving the 3 blocks to Kroger.

Good prices and clean. I really like a lot of their store brand items. I wish the makeup section was better. Staff is professional. I guess I just wish it was more like their Roberts Branch location. Needs a serious upgrade.

Two notch road location. Terrible produce. Nasty restrooms, poop everywhere. Manager Notified but showed no concern. The store overall is a little dirty. I’ll frequent the Killian Road location for now on. It’s sad.

If I could leave zero stars I would went in to cash a payroll check and associates had to get the woman who worked in the back out of the room she was sitting in and when she came out she had the worst attitude. System couldn’t read my check and she didn’t try to help at all continued to have an attitude and say we can’t do it. Worst customer service I’ve seen at a Kroger

Once again, I try Kroger on Forest. It was horrible. I got black-gooey fuzzy "sliced white" mushrooms, apparently it's okay because they didn't charge me for them. Something the pick-up guy did NOT bother to explain, even though their website says the person who brings your groceries out will explain about substitutions. I guess when Krogers substitutes garbage (FOR FREE!!!!!), then for some reason they will NOT tell you about that substitute. Plus they left other stuff out that they DID charge me for. Yet no one said one word to me. This means, as a handicapped person, if I have to keep going to Krogers, i will have to stand there and check every single fúkking item against the online receipt before I leave. Why? Because no one at Krogers will bother to do that themselves. Worse, even, than burger king! I will say the manager Mr. Jamie kinda tried to be decent about it, but that's if I want to drive back there and walk around the store and pick new stuff out. Why is it, it's always my time and effort that mean nothing, while they rake in the dough even when they screw up? I will go back out tomorrow: to Food Lion. Because of my handicapped status, I will likely have to keep trying pick-up, I'm afraid. Below is my old review from a few years ago. Just look at the last line and substitute "pick-up" for "delivery":-------------------------I have to agree with the other reviews of customer service, esp. "Miss Jammie" or "Jamie." I was told to bring some rotten produce and outdated stuff back (from delivery). However, she got mad in the store and yelled at me that she didn't have to take anything back, because they had new rules. Fine, but I had just called in to ask an HOUR earlier. I think she really could have at least replaced a few items or given a partial refund just for good customer relations. Unless Kroger has figured out they can dump rotten produce and bad milk on you in delivery to help their bottom line. Really gross.

This was the first time I have ever been up the hill to this Kroger and was very surprised by how nice it was inside! It is an old store to be sure, but it really well done and could use some more organic selections. I got some great deals to be sure. It could also use with a better beer selection. This could be their niche, but they are passing it by. I will be coming back when I am over this way.

One of the better chain grocery stores on the east side of town. The staff here is typically friendly, which is one of the reasons I have rated this store positively. This store does seem to have a bit of a stocking issue, as some items seem to always be jumbled and and in low supply (e.g. ice cream). Checkout tends to be quick thanks to several self checkout terminals. The store hours recently changed from being open 24-7, to closing at 1am.
