I was really nervous about boarding my cats till I bought a house in South Carolina, but this place was amazing. I went and visited my cats and never felt I was being a bother to them for stopping in. They were friendly and cheerful, whether I called them or stopped I. If I ever need boarding again, this will be the place.

Our dogs have been coming here for every trip we have booked. We needed them to be in an in/out combo space and together. This is the spot! The team is awesome, friendly and extremely courteous! I love being able to pay extra for walks or solo playtime. I feel good leaving knowing my dogs are in great hands.

We’ve been taking our dogs to CPR for years and they love it. Extra special care. Once our dog was ill and they took him to vet and even cooked him chicken and rice for days so he could come back and not be hospitalized. They are super sweet and accommodating and dogs always come home smelling clean (which means runs stayed clean). Not enough stars.

Im so glad I found this place! I boarded my 3 cats and dog, while I went on a week vacation. I was worried about my older cat because she wasn't too happy while in her condo. She kept hissing and not allowing anyone to touch her. Jenn had alot of patience with her and worked with her to get her out of her shell. I really appreciate the time they took to make my animals feel at home. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. Thank you so much!!!

Jennifer is the absolute best when it comes to grooming my F1B Labradoodle. We had missed an appointment and his coat was terrible. (Dirty, Matted, Long) We were prepared for a full buzz cut and restart but Jennifer worked an absolute miracle! I picked up Moose and found him looking like a perfect teddy bear. We will always bring him to Jennifer, she truly cares for your pets and goes above and beyond! Thank you!

I highly recommend them for dog grooming and/or boarding!!! I’ve been taking my pup here for at least 2 years now and I have never had an issue. Great service, friendly staff, and my dog always looks amazing after his hair cut! I love this place so much I drive from downtown Columbia to Irmo just to use them.

My fur babies always seem so excited to visit here. They are very well taken care of and spoiled by the staff! It's nice trusting and knowing my pups are in good hands, while we are away. The staff also doesn't discriminate or hold bias to particular breeds of dogs.

Our pups (two wirehaired dachshunds) have been day boarding, overnight boarding and getting groomed at CPR for 7+ years. They get super excited to go in every time. The staff spends time with our pups and cares about their well-being. They have reasonable prices all around.

Love them!! The entire staff is so kind, they treat your pets like family! You can tell they genuinely love the animals and what they do. The facility is clean and does not smell ! We had our lab dog groomed - she came home without any extra fur, with neatly trimmed nails, and clean ears. We have boarded her here before as well and have been very satisfied. The staff is very friendly. Great place - we will be back!

I’ve lived all over the country and this is still my favorite boarding & grooming facility. I’ve had 3 dogs that they’ve taken care of and the level of service I received when dealing with two senior dogs was phenomenal. My dogs are my kids and I had complete trust in leaving them here.

We boarded our dog here during our getaway for a few days. The staff was very kind and the facility was clean and kept. They took us back to the kennels to see what it was like and that was definitely very appreciated. The indoor/outdoor kennels were just what we wanted! Upon our arrival back from our trip our dog seemed very happy and healthy! Most importantly she was still just as freshly clean as she was when we brought her in 4 days earlier, which is a testament to the facility.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!!!! We were so nervous to bring our high anxiety Malinois here a couple of years ago but they did such an awesome job with her! Then we added a Pit Bill to our family and I was nervous about them not taking her.... but again, they did amazing with our dogs!!!! Thank you so much for being awesome with our dogs and their breed!

We're regulars here for several reasons. They take excellent care of our fur baby Zoe. They are always accommodating to our needs. It is very clean and well kept. The staff are all courteous and friendly. We Love this place!

We love how well the staff takes care of all of our pets (2 dogs, 1 cat) when they are staying at the Carolina Pet Resort. You can tell they all love animals and are giving your animals affection when you are gone. The facilities are always clean, even during busy holiday times. Our pets always look happy, healthy and clean when we pick them up.

Jen, Wendy, and Lacey are wonderful. They really do love your pets as if they were their own. Accommodations are kept clean. Rates are very reasonable. I wouldn't recommend any other local boarding facility.

Attractive setting, friendly young owners with obvious love for animals, they offer extremely clean environment for your pets, provide grooming, daily playtime each day and plenty of attention to their residents. Once I tried them, I quit my old kennel that I'd been using for 30 years. My animals seem happy here.

We've been taking out dog here for boarding a few times a year. Great service and staff. Also ask them to trim his nails and bathe him on occasion. Very happy with this small business!!
