Sara may put on a good show about loving all the dogs she handles, but she is violent when the dog does not do what she wants. I brought my dog several times and was fooled as well. My last visit I walked in to her punching someone's baby! Be very care taking your dog to her. She's a good groomer, but I would never want my dog traumatized like that poor dog and I am sure that's not the only dog she has been violent with!

I noticed noone comment on my last review regarding Sarah's violence. PLEASE BE WHERE! FRO. WHAT I here, she killed some of her own dogs, she has let dogs get out and run to the road, and she is not nice to dog who doesn't know, and she is not nice to dogs she doesn't know. She will slalom and lunch dogs to "train" them. That's all Grooming. If she is boarding, she uses a whip..."fall in line or get the he'll in lime is her motto. Please BE WARE of the fake personality when drop off. SHE WILL BEAT YOUR DOG TOO!!!!

Excellent!!! Wonderful job!!!!!Problem is train crossing before getting there. Train on track for 30 minutes stopped. I was late picking them up. Ridiculous!!! Watch out!!!

Because Sara is the best Dog Groomer. She really cares about your dogs like thier her's. She does a great job with both my little dog's, They both have physical problems but it doesn't bother her, she can handle any dog, they feel that she cares about them so that helps them to not be so nervous.

I was told by groomer that she was going to scissor cut my pomeranian. Upon arrival, she had shaved all pomeranian hair to one inch off skin. I barely recognized my own dog. Also promised dog at a certain time and bumped the pick up as she chose. The charge is same price as others where can be done professionally. The front of home needs a definite clean up, not presentable for business.
