I have been at this location a few times I was happy with Customer Service but last week I went there to get a part for my lawnmower and I don’t feel the customer service person there was very helpful at all did not even think to look up the part Or cross reference it on the computer he just told me well keep your receipt so I decided to go elsewhere

We had put something on layaway some weeks ago.. When we picked it up it was as though noone knew what to do.. Recived it after a few people came to talk to us.. When we went to get our order they gave us a used piece.. They didn't have anymore of that order left, they wanted to try and tell us that it was brand-new but after it was shown the cracks and missing parts they decided to give us a discount on that one..I would say more teaching and less lies..

Nice downhome folks. Helpful staff, good parking, fair prices. Almost any animal supply and feed you need. Can get good solid reliable advice on caring for animals. Vet svc every month. Raingear, boots, safety vests, hunting clothing, gloves available. Military discount once or twice a year, but worth shopping there. Kinda fun place too.

Tractor Supply has to have the worst website there is. It freezes every time I try to use it. I use to order from Tractor Supply but if I can't use the site because it freezes constantly I just use Harbor freight or Amazon.

Needed two lawnmower deck wheels for my Cub Cadet lawn tractor. Staff was extremly helpful. Had just what i needed and was in and out in no time. Great customer service!

We mostly stop by for dog food cuz they have a great selection of high quality brands at significantly less than Petsmart - and you don't have to drive all the way into Rock Hill.I usually walk the aisles looking at the selection of odds-and-ends and farm 'n garden stuff (never know what you might need . . .!).
