Walmart store # 00642 located at 1040 Chesterfield hwy Cheraw SC. My wife Sandy purchased frozen vegetables that had plywood pieces in the bag.This is unacceptable and processed food should be allowed to pass quality assurance. Not happy at all. Trying to contact the manager of this store NOW!!

I had a problem at Walmart in Cheraw, South Carolina, the store manager, Miss Christina. gave me a phone call. My name is Albert Liles. We talked about the problem. She explained how she rectified everything and she talk to me more than once and I appreciate what she did. She is one hard-working lady and I think she has the best store in America she should be voted manager of the year, thank you Miss Christina, for being there when I needed you Walmart knows how to pick great assets and not liabilities..

Just 5 mins from my job. The Store is just like every Walmart I have been too. You always need your family or friends shopping. When to get Black Friday deals. Window shopping for that deal. The store is clean and crowded. They need new shopping carts. There r more 3 wheeled carts here than there r good onee.Deli department service was nice and polite. I hate self check out.

A good place to shop common grocery and home products. Female bathrooms were clean and didn't smell, however male bathroom had a typical smell. It is a good place for quick buyes as there are many self check out counters with employees helping out promptly if stuck during item scanning.

More and more items are being put under lock and key. Really frustrating to have items locked up especially when you have to hunt down staff to unlock the item you need. I can understand expensive items like tvs and whatnot but $1 flashlights?

This place is like the center of town! The place to hang out lol. This store is generally well stocked, except on Saturdays when there is a crowd. Reasonably clean, well staffed and efficiently run.

This is a great mid sized Walmart usually there isn't a lot of traffic or people and they have drink machines and toy machines in the entrances

Enjoy shopping here every chance I get. Love the price,new items arrive all the time: Clothes, cellphones, home/garden the beautiful plants, kitchen ware. They have it all. The best groceries. Great experience always. Clean and easy to navigate.

Oh boy, where do I even begin with this stinky dirty store? From the moment I walked in, I was hit with a fragrance of stale sweat and moldy cheese - what a heavenly aroma! The floors were so sticky and slippery that it felt like an obstacle course just to navigate the store. And let's just say, the odor coming from the fitting rooms was enough to make me swear off clothes shopping for life.I tried to distract myself from the nauseating smell by browsing through the clothes on the racks, but the stains and holes on the garments were so numerous that it looked like someone had a food fight in the store. But perhaps that's just the new trend in fashion that I'm unaware of? Holes and stains on clothes - must be the latest thing!And don't even get me started on the staff - they looked as though they had just rolled out of bed and put on whatever was lying on the floor. They seemed to be going through the motions, and their lack of enthusiasm was contagious. I guess their outfits matched the stained clothes in the store, so that's one way to keep up the consistency, right?Overall, I had a blast at this stinky dirty store - it was a true experience for all the wrong reasons. If you're looking for a new scent to add to your collection or some moldy cheese to add to your diet, then this is the perfect store for you! But if, like me, you prefer a more hygienic environment and decent customer service, then I'd recommend running in the opposite direction - and fast!

The store wasn’t the cleanest Walmart that I’ve been inside of but it wasn’t the worst, either. A few of the items on my list were out of stock. The one thing that I needed was melatonin and it was locked in a case, I’m unsure why because I don’t think anybody would try to steal melatonin, would they?! I gave the store 4 stars because we parked here overnight in our semi without any problems.

Went there for some few things and going on the grocery side there was some (if not all) where busted up eggs. Whoever handled the eggs literally was tossing them into the cooler thing that they go in, so be careful even if the eggs don't look cracked it can still have invisible cracks in them.

Bought a $100 radio and when I got home and opened the box there was a $20 radio inside. It had been switched. It was 10:20 pm by the time I was able to go back and try to replace it for what I originally paid for. There was no manager on site at this time, only someone who’s occupation tag was labeled “coach” (she couldn’t coach a fish to swim) who claimed to be the on shift manager. She was zero help to me and the issue at hand. She informed me that there was nothing she could do, that I needed to come back the next day. She had zero people skills and absolutely no management skills. All she cared about was walking out that door at 11:00pm and that was obvious. I was later informed by a stock boy that she could’ve fixed my problem if she wanted to, (but not a very reliable source). This is one of the many issues I have had arise in dealings with this store. I will be talking to someone tomorrow with some know how and respect and I just hope that it will help the customers after me because after this and all the other negative visits I’ve had I’m no longer a customer of Walmart in Cheraw SC.

I would give them no stars at this point if I could. Every time I go to Walmart there is only one check out open, and mostly self-checkouts. If I wanted to check myself out then they would need to pay me for doing so as that is what they are there for. Some people pay in cash only therefore they can't use the self-checkouts. And there are some of us that do monthly shopping and its too much on our bodies to be putting all that through self-checkout, bagging it, loading it back into the buggy, and then loading into our cars. Walmart really truly has went down hill and has forgotten about the majority of people who need regular cashiers and not just one lane open.
