I went in originally to get wood chips for my smoker which were very easy to locate. While there I noticed they had a two for one knife sharpening special on Sunday. I returned the following Sunday to have some knives sharpened. The customer service was excellent. The store is clean and neat.

Yesterday, in advance of big storm today, I went to buy two flashlights and was helped to buy two that came with batteries included. When I opened the packaging and tested each flashlight, on of them didn’t work. So I called the store and the manager answered. He offered to pick up the flashlight that didn’t work, and replace it with one that did. I don’t live too far away, but I appreciated his offer of delivery. I got a new flashlight back along with a pack of batteries. Now that is going the extra mile, literally!
