It was ok. I was able to get what I NEEDED. But it certainly isn’t a one-stop shop. Not to mention, they closed early, without notice…they just announced overhead that they’d be closing (an hour early) and you had 10 minutes to finish shopping and check out. Luckily, I didn’t need to stay long because they didn’t have much of what I wanted anyway.

Unequivocally the best supermarket in downtown Charleston SC, particularly if one's visiting & wishes to secure some beverages & snacks for explorations of the city 🏙️ itself. It's generally open 24 hours yet it's advisable to call 'cause there are cleaning & restocking activities. Always has parking.

This is a great great place for shopping. Always open through hurricanes, quality is there even if it feels from time to time a little bit pricey. The team is friendly helpful and professional.

Horrible. Never go. Was treated with disrespect and demeaned for having an expired passport. One pompous employee who thinks he is perfect and above everyone else has ruined this store for me and I will never be back.

Very nice store with great customer service and knowledgeable employees. Some things are on the pricey side but a great place to go if you need a wide selection or specialty ingredients for cooking. They also have really good markdowns throughout the day.

It's a very nice grocery store. It's one of the better Harris Teeters I've visited and that says a lot since most Harris teeter's are very well kept, will stocked with very pleasant employees. It's a great shopping experience.

Our first visit to a Harris Teeter and we found it to be clean with a good range of products fresh and cupboard alike. We did use the restrooms which felt like we were going behind the scenes so to speak, however they were clean and had no queue. We brought drinks and doughnuts and were impressed by the range available.

Always one of the best grocery stores to experience in the whole Charleston area. Almost like a tradition to hit up occasionally when you are downtown. I was there with my baby and everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to try and help me with whatever was needed. Such a friendly staff.

Nice store. We don’t have these in East Tennessee so I’ve only shopped here a couple times. I was here in 2019 and it hasn’t changed any that I can tell. Still a nice store with a good variety.

This grocery store has elevated it’s self above all Harris Teeters. Lucy always slices my white American cheese extra thin just the way I like it and does it with a smile. I am aKeto gal so cheese goes a long way with me. I like how Lucy remembers me. It gives the grocery store a REAL family feel. Also, the grocery store is very clean and the seafood guys are nice too. I really like when Coco helps me check out. She’s so good at remembering all the codes and does it so quickly.

Best deli made hands down! We eat for sure two subs a week, cause we come to town after walking the bridge. Also Great Harris Teeter( all over )team! Miss the table and chair's that use to sit by Starbucks and produce,though.

I come for the 1 item I can't find anywhere else. Mike's Hard Cranberry. I do end up picking up other items, but always the Mike's.I also tried the new gas station, but they were having a lot of glitches in the software. I got through, but it was painful. I like the idea of having the station that accepts the gas discount that Harris Teeters offers on-site, and I'm sure they'll work out the bugs soon.

We love this store. The selection is second to none! Great produce, and a very large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Even hard to find items. Plenty of on site parking with security. The store is clean and well kept with large spacious, well stocked isles. The staff is friendly, courteous and apparently well trained. It even has a Starbucks on site.

Staff is always polite and professional and helpful. A good selection at somewhat high prices but better prices and better selection then the only other supermarket nearby (Publix). Excellent seafood selectionsThey are limited in floor space because the building is a former historical train station and they can not make structural changes to the building. I have been shopping here for 10 years and have always had quality foodand have never had any problems at check out.

Just love this market. I get things here i cannot find elsewhere (like rhubarb) and the people who work at Harris Teeter are the loveliest- all of them. It must be the culture. The manager of the East Bay store is really just a very nice man- so that explains it. Such a difference from Amazon!

Really nice grocery store. They have so many different options for everything. The only downside is the wait, it took about 15 minutes to get served at the deli, there was only one person working, deli, bakery and subs.. we also purchased their sushi for a snack and it was pretty good. The crunchy roll was definitely a winner.

Beautiful store inside and out. Amazing wine selection as well as high quality in house brands of Harris Teeter and Simple Truth. Very conveniently located close to my condo as well. I applaud the use of paper bags vs plastic bags.

What a great store. Great selection of local craft beer with great prices. There is also a very big hard liquor area as well. Freshly made food onsite as well. Very clean and bright store. Plenty of parking onsite as well.

The customer service at this grocery store is excellent. My daughter was suffering from an allergic reaction and an excellent and caring employee helped us locate the children's allergy medication and made sure we were well take care of. Very grateful!

We stopped by this grocery store to pick up a picnic dinner and found boasted chicken and the best cornbread with jalapeno pepper! Mind you, the cornbread was moist, sweet and actually tasted like a rich butter cake! And...this store took my Kroger discount tag!!
