AMAZING PUPPY PLAY GROUP!! My veterinarian recommended that we join one of their age appropriate puppy play groups to get some socialization and I’m so thankful! Our 14 week old puppy had a blast while being safely supervised by two trainers. All participants were required to show proof of vaccinations. The space was spotless and clean. The trainers were really knowledgeable and kind. My only regret is that we didn’t start earlier. (You can begin as early as 10 weeks!) Highly highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back next weekend !

This place was ok, I don’t really feel they offered enough equipment to wash & dry your dog properly they didn’t have a harness for the wash bay area in which really was a struggle, reaching in to wash your dog and then when it came time to dry, they didn’t have an actual area where your dog could be at your hip line so you could dry the dog off properly and quite honestly I don’t feel the woman that was working there that day was overly friendly or really went out of her way to explain everything to me. I’ve had a much much better experience at the island Dog Wash in Market.

first and last time ever stopping by this shop. I asked for senior dog food for my small yorkie and the man with long hair proceeded to give me samples of their senior kibble. thank GOD I did not give them to my dog because long and behold... the kibbles were all EXPIRED. literally dated 11/03/2023. had I given these to my dog, he could have gotten SICK. that is incredibly disappointing that the foods are not regularly cycled out. that's what the shop should be doing, holy cow. I work in the pharmacy and have a very keen eye for dates. so thank the Lord I checked the date before it made it into my dog's bowl. if I could give ZERO stars I would. SMH. please everyone, be very careful of any foods or treats you purchase at this shop! you have been warned.ETA: please do not use try and excuse shelters storing expired foods. if you wouldn't consume any expired food why should your dog? pls go through your products to ensure they're up-to-date on freshness. it's the bare minimum.

Came here to get my adopted girl her first birthday celebration cookie and bought some doggy gelato as well - to my surprise I was given some extra goodies to make Abby's birthday that much more special! I can't thank them enough, Abby and I will be coming back soon ❤️

Brought my puppy here for a self wash bath to barely be greeted by a really rude employee. Almost like I was bothering him to answer some questions. He even gave me an attitude to inform me of a kitten running loose, while my dog was on a leash. Maybe you shouldn't have a free roaming cat at a dog wash. Aside from that the self wash was very underwhelming, overpriced and basic.... there was hardly any extra supplies but shampoo and a brush. The dog wash in DC has shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaner and cologne to spray....all for under $20.I decided to give the store 2 stars for their wide variety of toys to choose from.

Very cute boutique pet store. I stumbled upon it when I got a last minute invite to a dog birthday party. They have a big variety of all natural or special dietary needs treats. The gal working that day was really helpful & knowledgeable about the ingredients in the products.

Stopped in this morning to get some chews for my five-month-old puppy. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. The dog wash is $20 for nonmembers $15 for members, great set up with individual wash stations and dryers. They had a lot of great treat and toy options.

Today at Dolittle’s I had a terrible costumer experience. When I first entered the store as I’ve done many times, I noticed there was an extremely small black kitten, able to roam the store (and or run right out the front door as customers come in). I happened to have my new puppy with me in my arms and my trained leashed dog with me. I asked the man behind the counter, if the kitten had gotten loose, and he said “No?? You can have your dog in here as long as it doesn’t hurt the kitten.” Then he proceeded to tell me that he would be in the back. It felt like he was rather annoyed. Then all of a sudden out of nowhere in a rude voice he said, “Has your puppy been vaccinated yet?”. I couldn’t believe it because I was wondering the same thing about the extremely tiny kitten running through store! It was so uncomfortable and my dog on the leash just wanted to check out the kitten so we had to leave. Made no purchases.

I called ahead for a special raw dog food (Small Batch) and the call was immediately answered. They actually went to the freezer and confirmed they had what I needed. Price was more than fair. All this on a Sunday! Great job, guys.

What a great first experience. This place is super cute first off! I had a coupon for some food and this was the only place in Charleston listed on the food website that carries it. Unfortunately when I tried to redeem the coupon, the store did not carry the size that the coupon was for. I mentioned that my new dog is a picky eater and I had wanted to use the coupon to get new food for her to try. Well I did not leave empty handed! I was loaded up with plenty of samples for my girl. I will definitely be back. These people really take care of you. Thank you for a great experience!

This is a great place to get healthy and safe foods and other products for your pets. Don't let its size fool you, they are big on knowledge and help. I love Laurie. She is always helpful and has clearly been working in the industry for years. She knows her stuff.

Best organic and healthy snacks for your fur friends. They have a variety of frozen raw foods, goat's milk, frozen yogurt my dog, Ravi gobbles up and organic options for flea and tick control. Christy and her staff are very knowledgeable about all of their products and friendly. We love them!

Went to Dolittles for the first time today and had a great experience. I went to give my pup a "self wash". The staff was very helpful and they provide everything! towel, scrub brush, shampoo, conditioner, and dryer! super convenient at a reasonable price! made giving the pup a bath a breeze!

I buy all of my dog's food here. They have a great selection of good quality products and are competitively priced with the larger, chain pet stores. It's also cool that they have a dog-washing station there, so you can get your dog clean and shop for food and other pet supplies too. Parking can be a little difficult, but it's worth it.

Great place to bath your dog. They have elevated basin with dog collar attachments and spray wands to make the job easy.They provide shampoos, flee treatments and lotions. Then they supply towels and hair blowers.

I love this place. I shop here almost exclusively now for the last year. My cat was having some sort of allergy to his food, so I went and asked them what brands are the best and they pointed me in the right direction and sure enough later on my cat was much better. They also have cats for adoption usually on site, so you can pet a furry friend while youre there too

I love Doolittles! The BEST pet store and boutique you could ever imagine. Not only do they have amazing dog food/treat choices, the staff is fabulous as well! Julia is awesome and so helpful- I love talking to her when I visit because she's so knowledgeable. We have a dog with some allergies and he can only eat fish based food. Doolittles doesn't just carry fish based food, they have a selection of fish based and other foods that aren't just the norm. They also have a really amazing program that gives you a free bag of food after you buy 12. I still haven't gotten any coupons/discounts from Petco after years of buying. I'm just sad I didn't shop here sooner! Support this small business- you won't be disappointed!

Our Knox is 100 lbs, 7 yr old Lab. This was my 1st time. I used the nice steps to get him into their bathing suite. The platform is raised so I didnt have to bend over like I do at home. The water was warm, the soups did a great job cleaning the stink from his undercoat, and the other products that were included in the price added a refreshing smell and soft touch to his hair.The towels provided were clean and great quality. Not some cheap warnout towell; these quickly dried his think coat. They offer blow dry, but I didnt need it.Nice experience, and didnt trash our house.A rubber apron would hv been nice, nxt time I'll bring rain gear.

For such a small space, there's a ton of premium food, treats, toys, beds, harnesses, collars and leashes for your cat or dog. If you have a question, you can count on there being someone working that knows the answer for you. Then, there's the awesome diy dog bath department where there are water proof aprons, towels, a variety of shampoos and conditioners and dryers!
