We ordered a package deal range and fridge during Christmas specials. Originally supposed to be delivered the first week of January, we got a message that the vendor for the Refrigerator had not delivered and the next delivery date would be 1.24, on 1.23 we got another auto generated message that it still hasn't been delivered and it would be two more weeks (2.7). I went to Lowes to figure out what was going on, the manager Chad, was very helpful, took responsibility for not reaching out personally, even though he wasn't aware of the situation before I came to the store to inquire about the delays. I really appreciated that. He quickly found a solution to sub for a similar or upgraded model. He hooked us up with Melissa in appliances and was able to find a model that was significantly more expensive, as the features my wife desired were very specific. Chris helped walk us through as well. Chad sad willing to meet us in the middle on the price,this was totally understand with the significant difference in price and quality. My wife and I are very pleased with how the situation was reconciled, and here we are two days later with a new refrigerator and Stove!!!! Once again big thanks to Chad, Melissa, and Chris!

Clean store with plenty of employees will to help you out. Not the cheapest hardware store in town but well stocked. One of the better Lowes locations i have visited.

Came to return a grinder that I had never opened that I had recently purchased within days. Lady at customer service desk was very lacking. Asking a lot of questions right from the start and warning me that they take returns seriously and are strict about it. She repeatedly asked questions like is this used? Is this open box? Did you use this? What’s wrong with it like 10 times!!After inspecting the tool endlessly and seeing that nothing was wrong it and everything was in its original packaging and reading the package that a 10 year old could read for several minutes she went back to “talk to somebody about it”. Then when she came back out she said she couldn’t return it because it was part of a sale, promo or deal and they don’t return any items that fall under that……. Seriously?? It’s frustrating as heck to deal with stupid people like this. She didn’t even scan nothing or ask for receipt or nothing!! and I had explained to her that I bought it as any other item. But no I couldn’t even get a chance to return it!! What a mess!! 12/11/23 in the evening hours. Went to another Lowe’s down the road and returned it hassle free and they didn’t waste my time…. Yall need to get better customer service reps! Dang it

Local customer service although 'sorry' can't help that the delivery/installation that corporate has mandated is atrocious. They don't arrive at agreed times, install against manufacturer guidelines, and take hardware needed by the customer in the future. And if you don't discover all that within 48hrs of delivery, then sorry customer, you're on your own, call the manufacturer... Oh and by the way, your 12 month warranty doesn't start when you take delivery, it starts when you place the order, EVEN IF THE APPLIANCE IS ON BACKORDER FOR A MONTH.THE SORRY STATE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TODAYS AMERICA, WHERE THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT.

I ordered $620 worth of lawn care materials on Wednesday and paid for same day delivery. The product was never delivered. After hours on the phone with them and hours in the store, Lowes refuses to refund my money and said the delivery company they contract with will have to refund my money even though I purchased through Lowes directly. At this point, Lowes has STOLEN my $620 and I will be contacting law enforcement. Absolutely disgusting company.

Today my boyfriend took back a $150 drill he got for his birthday yesterday. Told the lady that it was a gift and he just wanted store credit to get a leaf blower ( that was more expensive) she refused and said that she was putting it back on to the card (my dads card) so now my dad said he’ll just give him that money and we get to buy it from HomeDepot, which I love bc I hate Lowe’s! Thanks Lowes for continuing to be difficult and in turn loosing more profit!

Super helpful staff and I was able to find everything I needed. I went in for a few tools I remembered I also needed to wash my camper since I was in town. Lowe’s had everything I needed from a bucket to the soap for washing the camper to some polish to protect the outside of right there. I’m so happy I did not have to go somewhere else to buy it. Unfortunately, this Lowe’s location does not support Apple Pay.

The store was empty… I mean I barely saw another customer, and I saw maybe 3 employees in the 30 I was there. Which is good and bad.The store was clean, and it’s prices were decent. Had plenty of options for what I needed, and I was able to find everything I needed quick enough.The plants they had inside did seem under watered. Which is strange for the box stores. Normally they are over watered.

This was actually the best experience at Lowes's I've had. The person who helped me out with a mailbox situation was very helpful. Not the general experience at other locations. I will continue going to this location. I appreciate the time and effort!

As many employees as I see in this Lowes, why won't any one be in charge of answering the phone. The robot answering machine is a joke and when I finally got the phone to ring, it rang 10 minutes before someone answered and put me on hold and now I've been holding for 10 more minutes. Someone did finally answer and was very nice.....so I upped one more star.

Pay attention to their hours. They are the ONLY Lowes in the region that closes earlier than other stores. We had an emergency utility repair and needed more tools and they were closed. To make matters worse we asked a store employee if they could sell anything for an emergency, people were out of water at this point, and the team member was rude. Will go out of my way to not shop this specific store.

I shop at Lowes just about every day, and visit numerous lowes in the upstate based on the jobsite location. This is one of my favorite. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are a smaller size store so they don't stock as much as other stores due to size limitations, so I would recommend CALLING to confirm something is in stock before driving a long distance based on the app stating the item you want is in stock. In my experience the app saying an item is in stock is pretty worthless and seems to be wrong more than right. I think I was told that it is due to theft or something like that. I won't ding this store though for a corporate/app issue. Cheers

Great directions, clean organized store. Store had employees everywhere to ask any questions you might have and they were well stocked. They didn't have the 1 species of plant I came to get but that's bc they don't start selling those until next month. ALL AROUND GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Best Lowes around. Great service and exactly what we needed after a disastrous trip to Lowes in Seneca. We were told at Lowes in Seneca our flooring was discontinued and no where in the district had it. As you can see from my picture this wasn't the accurate. I guess Lowes in Seneca can afford to lose a $3000 sale.

We were supposed to receive a delivery from Lowes in Clemson today. We were notified our delivery was going to be delivered today between 12 and 4. We made arrangements for someone to be home for the delivery. It never came. I called the store and was told that they had loaded the wrong item for delivery so the driver didn't come. I was also told a Manager would call to schedule a delivery for tomorrow. They didn't bother to call.The story continues to grow. Our order was delivered to the Lowes in Anderson. So, the Clemson Lowes wanted to reorder our order from the vendor and asked us to wait another week. Poor customer service! Thanks to the Lowes in Anderson, I should have my order tomorrow.

This location is unbelieveable! While there (mid day Tuesday) at least four employees said Hello, and two more asked if I needed help! I live in Spartanburg, finding help at Lowes there is like a search and rescue mission! Well done Clemson Management Team and employees!

This is by far the cleanest and best run Lowe’s I have ever been in. I went to buy a grill today, and a sales associate, Bonnie, was so helpful. She had us checked out and on our way home in no time. She’s made our experience even better. Thank you, Bonnie!
