She made you feel important and listened to everything that I was telling her about my dog's I have a dog that is a rescue that has been really mistreated and needed special care. She went above and beyond with Skottie Lee. And had the patience of Job with my Westie, Liam Finnegan. Who is very temperamental and she was just wonderful with both dogs and did an excellent job I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her business and her. Lisa is hands down the best! We will always go to her — she is friendly, always willing to work us in and has provided great advice on how to care for our dog’s coat. She is patient and trains your dog to stand on the grooming table. We never have to worry about safety or our dog having a bad experience at the groomer!

This place is always fantastic with our Mylo!!! Even on a spur of the moment drop in they are always so pleasant to talk to and we know that they love Mylo just as much as we do and that he is well cared for when he is with them. Lisa is the BEST!!!! Her maintenance plan makes grooming affordable and she always does a stellar job. Shes also tackled a 130lb German Shepherd post-skunk encounter and that is no small feat!!

I love Coat Tails because Lisa the owner and her staff show nothing but kindness to my Nahla. Nahla is a nervous little dog, although she has been going to Lisa for a long time and Lisa and the girls just take good care of her. She and the girls are awesome. I wouldn't want to take Nahla anywhere else. I just love them for how good they are to Nahla.

Our German Shepherd goes here every other week. These ladies do abgreat job and treat my dog as their own. He is always excited to go and comes home fuzz free and smelling great.

I've had my dog's nails trimmed there and the ladies were polite and very gentle. When he resisted the electric nail trimmer, they used the clippers. Great service!
