I visit this Walgreens about twice a week. I usually get mostly the same items every visit. The items are usually in stock and on sale. I always enjoy shopping in the clean, quiet environment. The deals are awesome if you use the ad, coupons and Walgreens dollars. The photo service is the best in town in my humble opinion, not always perfect but very close. The workers are always pleasant and I only stand in a longish line on rare occasion. The bathroom is always clean and I greatly appreciate that... as a woman I know the places I can visit in town that have a good bathroom and that is extremely important! The pharmacy is decent, they have their issues like all others in these trying times. I have really learned patience the last few years, that's for sure. This Walgreens makes me happy and not many places still do that around town!

Kendall, who works in the pharmacy, was very helpful in finding a medication we called in for one of our client's horses that was entered in a difficult manner to find. She was thoughtful and asked the right questions to, in the end, be able to locate our prescription.

Wish I could leave zero stars. This walgreens is awful! It should be closed down! They close the pharmacy at random times on random days and hold patient medications until they decide to open again. They also have a 3rd party use thier phone number to call and say medications are ready when the pharmacy never even opened for the day! And the only way to know they decided to close is to go there and see their little paper sign saying temporarily closed!

Pharmacy closed early on Friday and not open on Saturday, but website shows them as open 9-5. Nothing the store can do, according to employees. Both Walgreens in Camden have pharmacy closed. I suggest Walgreens take their customers more seriously!

I came in very stressed out over a sickness we just absolutely couldn't kick. I heard a lady from the pharmacy being super helpful so I decided to stop her and get advice on my children's medication. It was something the doctor recommended but didn't have the amount I should give my child. Brittany not only helped me and did all this confusing math and explained it to me. But she was wonderful and so personable. She really turned my day around being so kind and caring the way she did. Thank you for this experience I will be a returning customer now! Thank you again Brittany for taking your time to make sure I left with a smile rather than the anxiety I came in with. My children were better after the first dose and I hope this review brings you joy and reminds you how great you are at your job!

I got sick and my MD wrote an arc that they did not have in stock, they called near by Walgreens and no one had it. The pharmacist called my doc and was able to get me an Rx they had in stock. I had been on the phone with them for a good while and they were slammed. I was so happy when he called me within 30 minutes and had my Rx ready.AWSOME PHARMACY!

My dr sent a rx for Amoxicilllin yesterday to E Dekalb. After 4 hours I get a message saying its out of stock. I switched to this location at 12:30 through the app. It say will be ready by 4 pm. At 3:30 I called and asked to be sure they had the medication in stock she said yes. I said will it be ready by 4? She said that's not going to happen. I asked any idea how long? She said it will be after 4. It's the next day with no updates.

I was greeted as I walked in by Susan, whom was very nice and helped me with a price. The wait was long for my vaccine, but Ayana in the pharmacy was helpful and nice, she was very busy, but appeared to be on top of it. The young lady who gave me my shot was nice and apologetic about the wait. Refreshing to have great customer service!

Fantastic customer service. The pharmacy techs are outstanding! When my daughters prescription was out of stock, they called to check that CVS had it and sent me across the street so that I could get medicine right away. Will be back!

The ABSOLUTE slowest drive thru in America. The pharmacy here is so slow, and has zero sense of urgency at all. I don’t know if they are short staffed, overwhelmed or just under poor management? Could be all 3? I really think I will start going elsewhere. Couldn’t be worse. I love Walgreens, and prefer over other pharmacies, but senior management really needs to overhaul this location……TERRIBLE

I do not suggest going here for anything pharmacy related. I made an appt for a flu shot. 30 minutes later they still couldn't figure out my insurance and wanted to charge me $58. Untimely. Unprofessional. Don't go!!!

Slow as snails! A trip to the dmv is quicker than a trip to walgreens. Always a wait to pick up pictures, and expect to be there 45 minutes or more if you're picking up medicine!

Store service is good, pharmacy staff really needs work. Two days for a prescription staff rude the only reason I came here is because my pharmacy was closed on Sunday but trust me I will just be in pain for the whole weekend before I deal with this pharmacy staff again.

I understand that employees are hard to find, but service at this Walgreens has steadily declined to the point of complete inadequacy. It four days, three visits, and over 80 minutes on hold on the phone to get my prescriptions.

OK store. Pharmacy staff very friendly and nice but as always a wait. Do like their app that tells me its ready for pick up - you must sign up for the app with them due to privacy but good app.

Service is always good. But the line at the pharmacy drive up window is always so long. I’ve waited 22 minutes in line one time. Yes I timed it. Outside of the wait time this location is the best.

If you read the other reviews they complain about waiting. Jesus take the wheel you complaining heathens, they are a pharmacy can your miniscule minds wrap around the fact that there are OTHER people out there that need meds also... hence the wait... the world doesn't revolve around yall solely.. This is an amazing pharmacy.

Had an appointment the day prior that they cancelled on me, told to come back the next day, tried to get my second covid shot and sat for over an hour with NO ONE in front of me. They started seeing people behind me. The thought they already gave me the shot so I sat for over an hour until they saw I was still here. Slowest pharmacy I have ever been too.

Got to cash register, elderberry gummies ring up wrong price, $4.00 more, then when she scanned a bottle of Walgreen's adult vitamins and she asked me for my ID....for vitamins! No thank you, I'll take my business to CVS!

Terrible.... takes hours to get 1 prescription and they are always running out of stock of stuff. Pharmacy is awful. They sometimes run your medicine under wrong name and insurance won't cover it. Incompetent staff.

Seems like the store and pharmacy could use some more employees. Don't alway's notify me when prescription's are ready or whatnot, even though i'm signed up to reieve notifcation's by email and phone. I could say they could do better.
