Great prices and the many varieties of tobacco choices are awesome. Welll stocked humidor and has a good selection. The best employment I have ever had, owners, supervisors, and co-workers, are on point. Small and quaint, which is perfect for me, too many huge stores out there, and it's family owned, so no corporate bull malarky my customers have become my family. I am proud to be a part of the camden business force.

My experience at the store varies. The manager can be friendly and when asked to handle cigars a certain way, here indignant nature surfaces. She routinely takes a grabber to reach bundles of cigars stored high on shelves and not in the Humidor. She also stacks the cigars in bags and pops them on a wood counter.For months I could not understand why so many of the cigars leaf wrappers popped open and the cigars swelled and many you could not draw through. I ended up buying cigarette rolling papers and wrapped the cigars then it occurred to me. The grabbing pinched and busted the wrappers and popping same on the counter only made it worse. One day I mentioned this to the manager. She just became indignant. It was months before I returned as i drove over 20 miles to the store. I started buying the cigars loose in the humidor as they were better and at least not dried out.One Saturday I was in the store and she mentioned buying bundles again. I thought maybe she had changed here grabber approach and she was actually wanting to help me. I told her next visit I would buy a bundle.When her day off came and employee from other stores present, I would ask them not to grab and pop on counter explaining what happens as I had also explained to the manager the day of her original indignant attitude. They listened intently and understood and were pleasant.I try to plan my trips to Camden on the Managers day off as not to have conflicts when I ask no popping or grabber on Thursdays.This week I was in on Monday for a bundle, I asked for a bundle and asked immediately for her not to use the grabber. she immediately went for the grabber. I said, "Please don't use the grabber" and got an instant retort she was only going to use it to knock the bundle over. I was amazed, net result the cigars fall and break the wrappers. Her attitude was not good at this point. I said nothing about knocking the bundles over on the wood on the shelf. I left the store. Net result, many cigars with same ole results.On Friday I went back in again, there were customers in the store and I waited my turn. In front of two other customers she said to me, "Don't yell at me again." I said, "Mam, i did not yell at you last time, I asked you." the exchange in front of the other customers in this very small store was very embarrassing. In all our prior back and forth, even on Monday, I have never said anything in front of another customer as to embarrass a woman rudely is not what I was taught.I bought my cigars and left the store only imagining her comments to the other customers about me.Her rudeness and lack of customer service to a customer was astounding as here in South Carolina everyone is always so polite regardless of gender or ethnicity, quite a turn around from the way the media portrays South Carolina.I never return things, its embarrassing. Other employees have suggested I return the cigars. I drive over 20 miles and all this takes well over and hour of my day and I work typically 15 to 16 hour days. I have to plan in advance my trips to Camden and cannot visit Tobacco Corner other stores as they are further away as the other employees have suggested.I can only attribute this to an employee who does not like her job and does not like the area, "Don't Ya Know!"Never ask her anything special. In my opinion as to her attitude, she treats you like its your good luck she is helping you at all. The store got one star because you cannot post without a star and the other employees have all been wonderful.I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars in this store already in 2018 and wish I could speak to a corporate GM about cigars outside the humidor, teaching the employees how to care for these cigars and some very expensive. I would rather buy locally and support local business than drive to Columbia, Charlotte or Hartsville for my cigars. How about you?

The tobacco corner is one of the best places to go and they have very good prices on their cigbrett's I love being able to go there and get what I need at decent price. They're always polite and help you with whatever you Need I would rather go there than anywhere else to get my cigarettes.

Was looking for supplies for ryo cigarettes. Wandered in and found they have a great selection of brands.And the Prices were really competitive with the big online shippers.The lady who ran the shop was friendly and very informative.I will definitely be coming here for all my Tobacco needsP.s good selection of cigars and pipes!!!

This is a tiny little tobacco shop in the heart of Camden South Carolina. It's my tobacco shop because I live in the booming metropolis of Lugoff South Carolina, and it is the closest tobacco shop to me. Now this is a very tiny place. If it was 200 square feet I would be amazed. And yet, it actually has a tiny walk-in, humidified humidor. And if that weren't amazing enough, it has a pretty decent selection, with prices that are okay. Remember, this is a small shop that caters to cigarette smokers. Yet, they have an actual humidor!!In addition to the premium cigars in the itty bitty humidor, they also sell bundles of cigars of varying sizes. The bundles are anywhere from a Churchill down to a Corona. These bundles of 20 range anywhere from about $50 for the Church Hill down to about $20 for the Coronas. The bundles are mid-grade at best, and are brands like Quorum or are like Palma-Madura throw outs. They are perfect for a daily smoke, a smoke during yardwork or a smoke on the road!This tiny shop even has a decent selection of premium pipes and pipe tobacco. Further, it has a very decent selection of pipe and cigar accessories. And yes, that does include cutters, cigar tools such as tamps and pipe cleaners, and yes, ashtrays... All at pretty good prices, considering this really small shop doesn't cater to cigar and pipe smokers, and is in very, very, very rural South Carolina.it certainly is a mom and pop shop, and I have had nothing, and I mean nothing, but the friendliest, most sincere and authentic customer service. It is absolutely nothing to look at! But I highly recommend you visit this tiny Tobacco Oasis in an otherwise premium free tobacco desert!!
