Very helpful staff and super pleasant shopping experience. We needed one specific thing (very specific fertilizer) and when we couldn't find it a staff member helped us find it and bagged it so that if there was any residue it wouldn't get on us or the carpet in the Jeep.

I love this store! Its like a toy store for adults. The employees here are incredible. They work hard, they are happy and really interact with the customers on a level that keeps everyone happy! For example, during today's shopping ordeal, I had 3 different employees ask me if I needed help and while it sounds like it was a bit smothering, it really wasn't because they knew when to approach me, when to offer help and when to give me my space. They didn't follow me around the store like an insinuation that I was attempting to straight they always were available when I needed help. The underemployed even gave me a rain check on a bag of Purina Dog Food that they had advertised in this weeks flyer that was on sale and will personally call me tomorrow. Also, they always have beautiful flowers on sale haha

I wouldn't recommend this store, I recently went into the store to purchase some rabbit bedding and a muzzle for my dog as I was walking around looking at other things a gentleman came up to me and asked me if I needed any help I said no thank you I'm good he continued to follow me around over to the light bars that I was looking to price for future purchase. Now this man is 3 times my size, I'm only 5'1. As I was looking at the light bars he continued to stand at least 2 ft away from me staring over me making me feel really uncomfortable as if I was a thief or something so I put everything back and told them I was going to PetSmart and that I wouldn't be buying any of their products anymore any longer because I did not feel comfortable in their store with this giant man following me around. I spoke up and told the manager he didn't really seem to care. In fact he asked me if I had did something wrong and I told him no I did not and I had the money to pay for the things that I was going to get but I had put them back because I was not going to spend my money in a store where I didn't feel comfortable shopping. I would not recommend this store to anyone save your money and go somewhere else.

Bought a raccoon trap that I didn't end up using.. brought it back for a return and they acted like I stole it. Said I could have cancelled it at self check out. I got rang up by a woman..Even though the charge was on my card and I showed them..the manager said he couldn't help me.. it was above his pay grade . I spend a lot of money at this place.. and they just lost a customer.

Had a nice experience at Tractor Supply today. Brought my dog as she is in obedience training and needed the experience. Everyone was helpful. We found a couple dog toys and spent $$$ while there on Fall/Halloween deco.

I went to purchase some traps, which I got at a fantastic price. The employees were so helpful! Even though it was raining, the young man wheeled the traps out to my car and helped load them. I haven't been to a store recently where I felt such a level of customer service.

Called to ask if they had something in stock and was out on hold for 30 min. Called back and the lady was so rude and didn’t bother looking to see if it was in stock before saying they were too busy and she couldn’t help. Lady you are rude and need a job that doesn’t involve talking to people.

I have used the Pet Wash station twice now. I'm always shocked at how convenient it is. Everything is provided for you to wash, trim, and dry your dog, regardless of size. I wish every Tractor Supply had these stations! Highly recommend!

I like TSC. It's a big box store critter style but the folks are nice and they almost always have what I'm looking for. Since my hometown store sold out to a new owner, and raised the prices, I've been using TSC more and it's really comparable in price. Plus convenient because they are open on Sundays.

Been in twice lately and customer service has been very poor! The employees prefer to hide in corners and talk to each other or stand at the register and play on their phones. Rather than go look or even pretend to go look for something when you ask for help. Pure laziness.

The lady with the Northern accent has the absolute worst customer service skills. The last 2 times I have been there she has checked me out and has acted like she didn't want to be there much less do her job. I will try to avoid her at all costs next time. TERRIBLE...

We bought a $700 rust proof dog kennel online to pick up in store. The lady working at customer service was rather rude while helping us pick up our order. The product did not fit in our SUV, so we had to rent a trailer at the store to get it home. When we went to unload it at home it was covered in little rust spots, but a couple were as big as 1 to 2 in. I called the store and explained the situation to make sure we could return, and they could have cared less about the issue, didn't even say sorry. When we went to return the item, it took awhile to get someone to help. 3 employees looked right at us before anyone asked if we had been assisted at customer service desk. Same lady as before finally came to customer service, did some stuff in computer, and told us we had to go to check stand up front to complete the return. Guy at check stand offered good customer service, but to finish process needed a manager's approval. When he called for a manager guess who showed up, the customer service lady. No wonder why this store sucked with such awesome leadership its easy to see. Needless to say I will never buy/shop at another Tractor Supply- waste of time and money.

I absolutely love this store. We always buy the 4 Health beef and potato food for our fur baby and the staff is always very friendly and helpful with any questions we have. I, as a repeat customer, am satisfied time after time with each visit!

I was highly upset that a sales person watch me load 50 lb bags to my cart and did not offer me help. I'm 64 yrs old and also disabled. Just because I don't look disabled don't mean I'm not! I don't like waiting on sales people! Half of them were just standing around.

I only go there to get a particular brand of dog food which Tractor Supply is the only store that carries. That merits 5 stars from me all by itself but in all seriousness this seems like a really nice store and nice people. It has a variety of different apparel and things to buy. They had a great pair of farmers boots that I love but was a bit too expensive for me. All in all it's a nice store to shop.

Great place for propane tank refills. staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Blue Rino refils to 16 lbs. Tractor Supply refills to 20 lbs for a little less cost.

The employees are excellent, However Tractor supply stores especially in the Anderson, Mauldin and Greenville area always show items in stock online and when you either go to the store to pick it up after driving 30-45 mins or order it online they don't have it or send and email stating order canceled not in stock. I don't know if it's logistics or management that needs to be addressed in Upstate South Carolina! I get multiple excuses that the items may have been stolen.....how does a person walk out of a store with a whole tool box and a bright dewalt power tool box not to mention some other larger items I've went to purchase.

Went to and bought 1000 dallor worth of fennceing today. First off the lady at the register was rude. She was short with me and snappy at me. She even made the comment that no one was listening to her, to go to the back to open the gate so I could load my fencing. Went outside it was hot and I had my son with me. They were lucky I had help. My friend who was with me went back into the store to get someone to open the gate. The two girls were on there phones. I was still waiting no one came also my truck blocking the parking lot with my truck. I was done by than. I went back inside an 6 people were just standing around doing nothing. I talked to manger and than some people finally came to help open the gate and put in my fencing. They really need to work on front customer service and work on communicating big time. The manger looked very bewildered. He did apologized. His excuse was that the person who was post to come got caught by another customer. You would think for spending 1000 dollars they would have been nicer. 😏😏😏

This store has everthing I could ever want and I have been going here for years. It has been a happy place for me.That said . The last few times we have gone, my family and I have recieved very negative service. I very rarely post comments but we are not farmers so we need advice . Don't be rude. Don't be short . If you don't like the job then quit. If you manage the Anderson store please look around you because there are people you need to weed out. Look at your work schedule and see who was working on 3/17/19 at 1200. I am sure you will know who they are.Very respectfully.

Tractor Supply Co. Is probably one of my favorite places to go and browse and shop I don't like to go when I'm in a hurry because I like to go down every isle like a kid at Christmas time. The Anderson S.C. location is a really nice store with helpful, knowledgeable people and there is always something for everybody on your shopping list including your pets and livestock. I always find great and unique Christmas and birthday gifts and they are in my top five all time places to shop.

We usually come here to get the really powerful weed killer for the brush around our property. Today we came because we got a new puppy and we couldn’t get an appointment with the vet for another two weeks. They carry the 5 in one shot or 10 in one shot for parvo and distemper for 12 bucks. We didn’t want to wait for our puppy to get a shot. The shot comes with a syringe included. It’s easy to to give. I also like to look at their cowboy boots and they carry lots of farm things and trailer parts. Will come here again.

Lots of clearance deals going on right now. Saved on pet food and found some needed buckets. The large 455 rancher chainsaw wasn’t in stock but they let me know when they should get another. Check online before stopping by because they are low on inventory probably due to covid-19. Another note is this section of Clemson Blvd is hard to get in and out of the lot it would be great if they worked out another entrance from the side of the store.
