This was my first time seeing them but they were absolutely amazing to my pup. I just had a horrible experience with another vet and they squeezed me in as soon as I explained the story. I will forever be using them for both of my doggos going forward. The staff is amazing and so understanding.

First time visit... y'all came highly recommended. Literally everybody we encountered was very friendly and caring. Dr Mark was very helpful and is by far one of my favorite DVMs. I can't remember her name but our tech was so sweet and very helpful too. We love y'all already! Thank you for being who you are! This place is amazing. I took my rat here to get neutered and they did great. They had me do a consultation appointment to make sure he was healthy and they loved him and treated with him with such care. For the actual surgery I got him there at 7:10 and they were calling me before 9 to tell me that the surgery was a success and that he was waking up from the surgery. They sent me home with pain meds and antibiotics which he took with such ease. If you need a place to take your pet i 10/10 recommendThe following photos were just 2 days after the surgery.

10/10 recommend this vet office. I’ve been highly satisfied with both my exotic pet visits and my dogs. There’s no super long waits, they aren’t just trying to get you in and out and actually seem to care to get to the problem you’re coming in for! They are very knowledgeable and kind. I will be switching all of my animals over to this vet from now on!

We're squirrel parents of a 1 year old squirrel. Our little guy got attacked by another squirrel in our backyard. We needed a vet and after calling around electric city animal clinic was the only one who would see him. They got us in that day. We were in the waiting room less than 5 minutes and the vet was right in to see us. They took really good care of him. It was quick the staff was knowledgeable and caring and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them, especially if you have an exotic pet.

I’ve recently moved to Anderson and I love this business! I made an appointment and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes, which is major since I work during the day. I took a rescued pup in and the vet (Dr Scott) and the lovely vet tech performed an exam, got the puppy’s vaccines started, and gave some good advice on fostering the pup. I transferred my other dog to this practice - since I trust and like this vet. As a bonus - they have a groomer on staff, too! I look forward to working with these vets for my pets care.

Could not be happier with my experience. Dr. Tope and his tech (I’m terrible with names, I’m sorry) were wonderful. Both knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my questions. Electric City came highly recommended and I will highly recommend!

Love how they care for our Sophie. Dr.Tope was very thorough and answered all our questions. The only thing is the price was a little high for seniors on a fixed budget. I will take her back to Dr. Tope. Good job!

Overcharging their customers. People in the front office were not very nice when stood there for 5 mins without any acknowledgment. Went to turn in urine specimen for my dog only to get charged with another 56.00 that should have been included with the last visit. Then I was told I had a 30 credit. So they overcharged me somewhere.UPDATE::: Electric City called me today and talked with me about the problem with my pet and also took the time to explain to me the problem I had in their office yesterday. The Dr. politely explained why they charged what they did and took his time to make sure the problem was fixed. I really appreciated his call and wanting to fix the problem so quickly. And he apologized. That really meant a lot to me.

My sweet boy had an issue that I had been trying to maintain for 2 days. I called as soon as they opened for assistance Saturday morning. We were able to get in and I really appreciate the help we were given. This is our 3rd doctor with EC for Diesel since we have been coming here- almost 3 years now — and they have all been great!

I scheduled an appointment online for a sick visit for my dog on Thursday night for the upcoming Monday, the next morning (Friday) they saw that it was a sick visit and called me to see if they could work me in that same day since it was a sick visit! Came in with my bunny for a wellness visit after our vet stopped seeing rabbits. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They also were able to offer the RHDV vaccine at the appointment. Pricing was reasonable for the visit and the vaccine!

Electric City is the best. All the staff is always very pleasant and helpful. We have visited with several vets and were pleased with all of them but Dr. Anne is our primary vet and she is the best. We were new to the area and she is helping us care for 1 dog and 2 old and sick cats. She has been very thoughtful and understanding and helped us get through when one of the cats had to be put to sleep.

I made an appointment one evening for a few days out because my cat had been peeing everywhere and I wanted to make sure it wasn’t just behavior. The next morning they call me saying they are worried and want to see him asap. After doing all tests, it ended up being kitty diabetes! Now I’m able to make sure he is okay with full trust in the staff at this clinic. Thank you to all the amazing people there that listened to me and treated Ghost as their own. They showed me and had me do a practice shot on him in the office to make sure I knew exactly what to do. Friendly welcome upon arrival. The tech explained everything very well regarding my cat Princess and what options I had moving forward. I asked questions of the veterinarian when she came in and she took her time answering them. Being a fairly new fur baby owner I wanted to be sure, and reassured, that my baby was going to be okay. I left very satisfied with the excellent care she received, and the overall warm and caring atmosphere was wonderful. This will be my Princess' place of care now!

I can’t remember everyone’s name because everyone was AWESOME!! We felt so welcomed, even though the torts were evidently nervous peeing everywhere! Lol. We are always so impressed with the level of care and attention we receive here. If you are even considering finding a vet in Anderson, you will not regret choosing Electric City Animal Clinic. I have seen multiple vets there and have been impressed with them all. Further, vet care is traditionally very expensive, but the pricing here is very straightforward, not being oversaturated with a bunch of expensive fluff line items, and they give so much time to each patient. Today, we were scheduled for a splint/bandage rewrap for my sweet dog's foot and a vaccine while there. The tech and Dr. Herold took great care of my dog and gave a full physical evaluation of her foot, gave her the vaccine, and spoke to me and my children to update us. They even offered to communicate directly with Electric City Stay and Play where my dog will be in day care next week about the status of her foot and the recommendation for leash walks only and supervised play. After all that, they only charged me under $40 for the vaccine. Anderson is fortunate to have this place as an option for animal care. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent vet and excellent experience at this clinic. The vet, Dr Herold, called me the next day to review my dog's blood test results and recommended that we not pursue the surgery that we had come to him to perform. High integrity, excellent recommendations. You can trust your beloved furbaby in this man's hands.
