It's Target. Sometimes it's stocked pretty well. It's too bad they don't have a Starbucks inside! They even are equipped with the carts that have built-in cup holders.And just like many Targets they're starting to rely more on the self check out than having lines open. Target used to be so good about having actual people ring you up so that's a shame.

Store is clean, courteous staff, nice selection of products. There were clothes on the floor in different departments (women's, men's, children's) shoe area was a train wreck, get the picture? It needs to get organized.. Also employees were complaining with the in work harder than anyone else..

Ah, all America's favorite basic bish accessories complete with the pumpkin spice and Starbucks gift cards. Where the middle class pretend their boo boo smells fruity and floral. Fun home decor that will cost you at least a thumb. Sometimes the whole hand. Get trendy, shop at target.

Josh in toys get 5 stars for service. I'd give the store an overall 5, but I was discouraged when the bearded associate with chains and rings in electronics didn't seem to care to assist me with finding an item in stock and just told me to dig around. I had to ask him to look up the item which i guess irritated him from holding the counter he was leaning on up. However, JOSH in toys was more than willing to assist and within minutes was able to locate an item I've been looking everywhere for. Josh defines Outstanding customer service and definitely make up for that first encounter.

This location is on the smaller side, so it clearly doesn't offer as much, especially the grocery department, it's very limited. Most of the staff is nice and most of the products are stalked well. I end up having a lot of issue with store pickup at this location. It's literally a coin flip if I get everything and if the stuff I do get isn't damaged, missing, or already opened. It's very frustrating of course because then I have to go into the atore anyway, which defeats the purpose of pick up. Overall this location is just ok. It does have most of what you're looking for, just keep in mind that you're better off going in to get the stuff yourself.

My daughter uses Target app and pickup. While on vacation she used it and it was so easy and quick. So when I got home I decided to try it out. Had an awesome experience. Was able to add to my cart as needed before placing order. The app is so easy to use and letting them know you are on the way and when you get there. Wait time was probably 5mins. Will definitely use this again!!!

I went to checked out of the express lane of target around 7pm on 04/03. The Cashier was speaking with a coworker who was half blocking the credit card machine. And they continued to talk and not move once I was at the register. The cashier was in an obviously bad mood and then she (dark hair and red sweater with no name tag) rolled her eyes when she had to scan my ID because I didn't know the proper barcode for her to scan. Her coworker continued to stand in the way as they complained about work. I was really happy to pay target prices and get the Walmart experience.

I needed something quick for an event and used online/pick services. LOVED their security measure that mandates you show a specific code from your phone to sales associate before they release items to you. Even though it was raining the sales associate’s customer service and attitude was stellar!!

This was the easiest, fastest, friendliest pickup I've ever experienced. I was dreading shopping just before Thanksgiving, but my task took about 2 minutes online, and my television was ready within 2 hours. Pickup took another 4 minutes or so. All in all, a very pleasant experience. And to ice the cake--the employees I dealt with were friendly, courteous, and efficient!

Called and called no one even answered the phone , I've been using consumer cellular phone service which Target sell , I was in a panic because my phone wasn't working so drove over 100 miles round trip only to find out they were of absolutely no help 🤬

Target on Whiskey Rd in Aiken, SC was a great choice for my pick up order. Found all bathroom accessories on line, in store and easy for 2 hour pick up window. Products great, quality great! Happy with my purchase and will use this service again.

UPDATE: 7/23/2022. Picked up an on-line purchase today and was served promptly and efficiently. Five stars today.I have been happy with my shopping experiences at Aiken Target most of the time. I have purchased several TVs etc. in last couple years and one associate (Wes) in electronics was always helpful and enthusiastic; I gave a five star review then. However, today 12-29-2021 about 11AM was a big disappointment when I went to return a defective item. I did accomplish the return, but I was treated very poorly. Being just after Christmas I thought they'd be very busy at the Returns, but when I arrived there were FOUR associates and NO customers, so I thought I'd get quick service. NOT! I walked in and I thought I was invisible; not one of FOUR employees looked up to acknowledge my existence. The LEAST one of them could do is tell me they'd "be with you in a minute." FOUR of them busy with their eyes glued on two terminals, no other customers, and not a word or nod. I had to speak up and ask why no one was willing to wait on me when there were FOUR of these drones standing there. That did get some attention, but this is shameful service. I've had better service when there was just one associate taking care of a couple people in line. Today was one star.

I used love this store but the last three times I have shopped there, prices on the shelves are wrong. Please note, I am fully aware they are understaffed but when I confront any associate I get an appology for items being in the "wrong spot" but they cost whatever I paid. Even with picture proof of item codes matching and a whole row of identical items in that spot. If you go here please pull up the item online to verify the price because that is the price you will be charged.

I was just told by the pick up order department that they can't give me my items without one use plastic bags. If their isn't a paper option, or better a no bag option than I will no longer shop here. Target tries to brand itself as more eco-friendly than its competitors, but at the end of the day they still use one use plastic and have no options to opted out for their environmentally conscious customers. End result, they have one less today.

Second time in a row I have received the wrong pick up order. I am picking up orders for my wife so I do not know what is in them only to get home and hour away a realize we got someone else’s order. Please make sure you are giving people the right orders . It really doesn’t take that long to make sure people are getting what they pay for .

Convenience during this pandemic. Even better, Target beat the price of both Walmart AND Amazon on the everyday item that I purchased! First time I've ever used Target's pick-up service. Went early morning right after the store opened, walked right in, the nice young man scanned my order's bar code from the Target app on my phone, and 30 seconds later I was on my way back home. GREAT success!

This Target is STUCK in the 90's. I don't know if it's ever been updated.There is no snack bar, Starbucks area.The dollar section is off to the side when you come in.It seems dim inside, as if there aren't enough light fixtures or the bulbs are out throug5the entire store.Each section is tiny in comparison to any and every other Target I've been to.Honestly would rather go to Walmart.

I love visiting this store. The store is always clean. All of the staff are very friendly. I had to make a return here last week and it went so smoothly and the employee who attended to me was very nice.

The layout and location of some items in the store makes little to no sense.The prices in-store are higher than what is advertised online. The cashiers are always great at price-matching the web prices, but to the unknowing shopper they could be spending up to double on some items in-store. Example: a 6ft coaxial cable was ~$10 in-store and the same SKU was priced less than $5 online. I've even gone back to customer service for other items to get refunded the price difference after realizing I had paid more than the price of what I had looked up on their website. They were very accommodating and gave me no issues.The week leading up to christmas I had just moved into a new apartment near target. After spending the day working and moving, I didn't realize that I needed a couple of things before the next morning. Target was the only place open after 11pm while both kroger and walmart closed at 11pm. I was able to grab what I needed that night thanks to the extended hours.

Target Corp and FedEx ruined our first online experience. FedEx destroyed the box and our stuff, so the store did issue us our money back. However, they could not reorder or exchange our stuff . . . even for something in the store. Target corp has tied the local store's hands for good customer service!!! We wasted so much time and were so frustrated, I don't plan on ever using or shopping at Target again. Not worth the hassle if they cannot make it right. 😥

It was easy to place my order. Instructions were very simple. The wait time was longer than I would have liked (4 hours). But, we are in the middle of a pandemic and I am not in a big city. It was a very good experience.

I placed an order online to pick-up at the local Target for a Lego set. The online inventory indicated that the item was in stock and available. Five minutes after the order was confirmed, I got an email from my local store saying that the item was not available. (This is just days until Christmas!)Thank goodness for Amazon! I placed the order and the Lego's were promptly on their way.Two days later, we were doing some Christmas shopping at the Target that informed me that they were out of the Lego set that I wanted. Low and behold, there are several sets in stock!It appears that maybe someone did not want to walk a short way to the toy department to fill my order.Way to go Target! 😒
