I'm not sure when Ross in Aiken really started to go down hill but yikes!! My cousin and I went last night around 8:30 p.m and for starters the dresses are hideous! They also use to be alot cheaper in price. Secondly, get some employees in there who are courteous, smile once in awhile and also know how to clean a bathroom!!!! Disgusting!! If you are going to work in a public setting around many many people doesn't it make sense to have people skills?

It's as though the company expects 2 or 3 employees to be able to handle EVERYTHING in this store. That's why it's always so cluttered.

I stopped going to this location 2 years ago because it was lacking items, and was a mess. I gave it another shot a few months back and they have stepped their game back up! More selection, great baby items for cheap, good selection of dresses, and household items

Love this store, they (like every thing else)have gone up a bit not to terribly bad they alwayz have what I'm looking for at a reasonable price, so on my way to check out this little guy stuck out, he was with the Easter stuff, he told me to please take me home with you and so I did and I absolutely love him

They have an AWESOME, hard working sales associate that should be recognized at the least... Her name was Katelyn. She helped me so much, and never got frustrated, rude or anything no matter how many times I asked her if they had this & that, or to help me find whatever I asked for. It's not normal to have such respectful teenage workers who aren't rude stuck up or more worried about their phone instead of their job. But I think that girl needs a raise for SURE 😎🤑😏☺️🙂🙃

This is the first Ross I have been to on the east coast and I have come to the conclusion that every single Ross across the United States is identical. It’s interesting. Nonetheless, this is your standard Ross store. Take that as you will.

This one, unlike ALL of the others I've been to, isn't well stocked. The staff is very nice but, that's not the reason I go to Ross. Their (Ross') products are very reasonably priced. When I'm asked where I find some of the pieces I wear, people are always surprised when I tell them it came from Ross. I'll continue to shop Ross stores, just not this one as much as Augusta.

Decent deals on clothes and shoes. That's the only good thing to be said about this store. Otherwise the shopping experience is miserable. Congratulations Ross, you're right on the heels of Walmart for providing the least amount of customer service.

I had to take my daughter twice because of their hooded sweater collection. We found s few that were not only a perfect fit, but it was also her style and taste. So we went to buy some more. Their bra selection is limited for 40DD. We bought a pair with three and the metal section under the cups came out after one wear. We will not be purchasing that brand again.

Devin has changed over the years, better to just go to tj maxx next door because Ross has nothing in my opinion!!!

LOVE THIS PLACE! Got some great items for Christmas! Store was clean and I was helped by a woman named Carrie. She had sandy blonde hair, glasses, and the greatest attitude! She helped me with finding items/pointing me in the direction and also answered a few randoms I had about the store. She had such a great vibe it definitely made my experience even better! I'll be back!

Good layout, fairly clean, good prices and staff are always courteous. Sometimes the wait line to check out is long but it's usually not an issue. The changing rooms are now stalls in the center of the store without an attendant so it's a little awkward. Other than that great shopping experience and I return frequently.

Fall selection of clothes are in, so it's much better stocked than my last visit. It seems like prices on some clothing items went up a little bit but this is still a great place to save money and find nice things to wear. I wasn't a fan of the little dressing rooms in the front of the store. There are only 2 unisex stalls for everyone to use. Other than that, I like shopping here!

They have a much better selection for women than men, and you really need time to walk around and look. Always compare prices as they are not always the best.Edit:7-3-22 The shelves are looking bare, but they are trying to make it look like more stock than it really is, so not a great place for a bargain hunt like it use to be.

This is one of my favorite places to shop! I always find something either for myself, or someone on my family. The prices are great also with a great quality selection. My only little gripe is that I wish there more checkout counters to speed up that process. Otherwise I highly recommend this store!!

Staff is welcoming, especially in a discount store you don't usually find staff that polite. It's a mixed bag nothing that you're dieing for but you can find some good deals on average stuff. Great for tchotchke hunting or bargains.

Most things are priced well. It can be very chaotic & messy sometimes. The new dressing rooms are absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! There's no ventilation & very small! There's only two dressing rooms & they're smack dab in the front. So you can't come out & show anyone what you're trying on, without feeling uncomfortable. I try to avoid it.

Great selection, great prices. Just don't plan on checking out quickly. I was third on line of 5. Only one register was open. The manager was called for the first person in line, he answered their questions and then went back to the back of the store without opening another register. Seems to be a common problem.

I've seen Kmart's and Ames going out of business that have more items for sale, on their shelves. At least there were restrooms for the public to use...Don't mind the creepy employee that spends hours sitting on the toilet playing on his smartphone.
