Love this store. The staff is amazing, friendly, and hard-working. They will help you bring all your best creative ideas to life. I can always find exactly what I need. The store is clean. They have public bathrooms. If they don't have something you need, they'll usually always give you ideas of where else it can be found. Who doesn't love a store that puts their Halloween out in July for those of us who like to get started early. Best party store in the area.

Walked in today and WOW.Felt like childhood/90s. Balloons blown up everywhere, matching themes on end aisles and so organized. Just pleasurable to walk around in and look at. There was a Jacob and Brooklyn stocking shelves everywhere, Simon running to and fro decorating and blowing up balloons, Madison and Tasia were absolute saints at the front, cracking us up.Amazing team. 👏

My visit the other day was a mixture of good and bad. The associates were very friendly and helped me find decorations for my special needs daughter's birthday. You store manager, however, is very snarky and sarcastic. The way she talked to her employees over the radio is embarrassing. I immediately felt sorry for the associate that was helping me. I've noticed in the last year or so, the revolving door of employees at this store. I'm guessing she's the reason why.

The shelves are usually pretty empty. I don't know if it's because it's not Halloween, but compared to other Party City stores I've gone to, it just feels like there should be so much more.

The customer service representative was not helpful. Asked about product and she didn't know where to send us. She had multiple face piercings that she kept playing with during our transaction. Then when we were paying, she didn't know how we could run the card as credit.

Super friendly staff. Very helpful. Clean and organized HOWEVER they dont carry many supplies for gamer parties. Your options are some off brand minecraft wanna be supplies, and fortnite. As many gamer children as there are you would think they would expand that category. The only gamer balloon was a playstation controller . However, they do have a nice selection for younger boys and girls. Everything is expensive except for candy.

Horrible customer service! We ordered balloons online to be picked up at 7:30PM the night before an early morning party the next day. Online our ordered confirmed the balloons would stay up for 24 hours which is why we chose to pick up the night before, but when we woke up the next day, they were all deflated. 30 minutes before the party, we called frantically asking why the balloons didn’t last 24 hours and they said their store only guarantees 7-8 hours (or my guess is they decided to use the cheaper helium), Conflicting with what’s guaranteed online. We tried to arrange that they inflate more very quickly and my husband would be by to pick them up. We explained how much of a rush we were in, but they refused to begin inflating until we could get there with a receipt. Once my husband arrived the workers were very rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating- their lack of customer service was so frustrating after we had to rush up there last minute due to their mistake. I will drive to Columbia or Augusta before returning to this Party City.

If I could give it a zero/ no stars I would. I went in there today and was buying my granddaughters birthday supplies. They didn’t have a big variety but I got what I could. I had 3 of my grandkids with me. I let them get candy. I stood in line for at least 15 minutes while the one cashier was blowing up balloons for a customer. There were 2 other employees stood talking even though I kept looking at them finally the guy came up but instead of waiting on me he stood by the cashier as she rang up her customer. Once I got to checkout, the prices were wrong on the candy. I had them pick out some other candy and it wring up wrong price. The man was rude so I walked out of the store without purchasing anything. They have lost my business. Sorry customer service!!!!!

Super helpful! My husband came for a helium balloon and by the time he got home, it had popped along theseam. I came back later and they had another already blown up and replaced it free of charge (I did call them immediately when my husband got home). Excellent customer service!!!!

My fiancés and I walked in and it was 20 minutes before they closed. The first thing this woman said to us was that they close in 20 minutes and open til 9 on Friday. I understand that it was close to closing time but you DO NOT say that to a customer right as they walk in. Very rude and unprofessional. We will not be back.

This store is one of the best kept Party City's I've ever been in. The store manager is amazing as well. The place has almost anything you can imagine & they keep the shelves stocked.

The staff is miserable all the time. The managers are worse and make fun of people with disabilities. So if you have a loved one or you have a disability, don't go there because they will make fun of you behind your back or to your face. They simply don't care at all.

They didn't carry any farm/tractor birthday themed decorations in store. Fine, whatever. But I went in with my baby and toddler. I let them pick out a small toy each. When I got to the checkout there was a person in front of me getting a balloon. There were two people behind the counter. One was blowing up the balloon and taping stuff to it, and the other was watching him. There was another employee about 6 feet from me unloading boxes. I stood there for 5 minutes before the one just watching the balloon being made came to check me out. One of the toys didn't have a tag, of course. I told her it was .99. She said she needed the tag and stared blankly at me. So I went and got it. Horrible service, I will never go back. Amazon for the win here.

The young man & woman that assited me were extremely nice. They arranged my balloons, gave me a big bag so they wouldn't be all over the place well I paid a 1.00 for it but it was well worth it.

Confetti balloons do not look at all like the picture. Picked them up at 5:30 yesterday for a 12 o'clock birthday this morning. Confetti just stays in a cluster in the balloons and they are not floating this morning. You can pinch the baloon as there is very little air left in them. So disappointed. Have to now look for replacements with no time to do so.

Went to get one ballon filled with helium, told it would be an hour. No one in line, no one really in the store at all, lady very very rude… basically telling me to go somewhere else because they have online orders and don’t need my business. Ok, never again!

I used to be an employee at this Party City as well as another in Columbia. This location has far more product then most locations and a better set up. It also offers the Studio to get invitations and banners made. The only thing I would have to say negative about this place is that the staff isn't always friendly and they don't always keep shelves well stocked. It made it very frustrating for people who actually tried vs those who just came for the pay. I would recommend this place to anyone though! It has tons of merchandise just be ready to not get tons of help depending on who is working.

I'm so glad we have a Party City in Aiken! I've shopped there for supplies for birthdays, church events, showers and Halloween costumes. Some things there are pricey and you can get a better deal if you're willing to shop around. But if you're in need of quick supplies, this is a great place to get them.

We have always gone to the Augusta Party City... Not anymore unless I have to. Aiken Party City was so clean, organized, and stocked. The workers were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful.

I come in here a lot but I was very disappointed with my trip there yesterday. I bought balloons from Walmart and Walmart said they could blow them up (of course they were out of helium) so I went to party city and asked if they could blow them up and I could pay the difference since I was using their helium. I bought the balloons at Walmart for $1 and some change and they wanted me to pay $20 to blow up THREE balloons!! Walmart was going to blow them up for a dollar a piece. Definitely ripping people off!!

I would do -10 if that was an option. First of all only store credit for returns. A flimsy receipt. Not even a gift card. Then stand in line to be helped. You will be helped if you are the same race as those working. When you do finally get to the front of the line everyone is going on break do they can't help you. Good grief!
