Usually has what I need but is often super messy. The staff are either super rude or super chill. There’s no in between. Sadly, I’ve mostly encountered this one lady who was always on her phone and was very snappy. There was another lady though who was super sweet. She asked how I was and if I was okay ( she thought I was a lost child :’)) ). I informed her I was above 18 and we both had a good laugh. Will return, if there’s any other issues this will be updated.

Customer service suck. My complaint was that I was purchasing gas & drinks. I had only $100 the employee argued back at me stating they didn't have change my issue was that I wasn't getting the entire $100 back after making the purchase so why didn't this convenience store have change when I'm only going to get like $60 back I didn't care about receiving mixed bills back etc. Also I noticed the store employees had their babies hanging around behind the counter why they worked. I felt like this was not safe being that is a business of work. It looked too ratchet with all that was going on.

Visited this store on 01/06/2022 approximately 1215 PM the female clerk on duty was sitting and on the phone I spoke her respond was what do you what, I told her what I wanted she was still on the phone. After I pay for my items and thanked her she never responded. I then informed her that she looked nice but her attitude and action was very rude, she informed me to get out of the store and never come back. I did not see a manager to issue a complaint. ?? Is this Circle K written policy?JLS

Is it possible to not give a star at all. Customer service does not exist in this location. The manager Laura W. has the worst attitude ever. Other associates were rather nice.My business will not return to this store.

This is the worst Circle K in Aiken. They only open one door of the store and you have to walk around if on one side. 7:20am way past daylight. And worse yet, the pumps are so slow you are there for 15minutes if you want to fill up. Dont go there if you can avoid it!!! If the sales numbers are lower than expected, it is clear why. I watched 3 cars leave for the aforementioned "inconvenience"

Store was dirty, and the polar pop area was a mess. Over four sodas were out, lids were covered with a brown sticky substance and some of the cups were too . When I mentioned it to the girl working it went in one ear and out the. Can't believe this store has went down hill like this.

Called tonight to see if wallet was left at store. Girl that answered phone at 10:45 very nice….rude loud month in background said if it was left she wouldn’t tell me anyway! Honest goes along way…..

Every time I come to this store the doors are lock for some reason most times it’s says bc of a bathroom break which is understandable but I have been sitting here waiting to pay for gas with cash for over 30 mins. This happens almost every time I come to this store. I will not be stopping here again.

Usually pretty good gas prices in comparison to other places in the area, likely due to Sams Club gas being nearby, plus you can use your fuel perks card to save an additional $0.03!

Watch out for Franchesca,. She forgets to bag your item then argues with you when you come back looking for it. Unpleasant experience, out a $25 item.

The girl with rainbow hair denied to open the door was missing for about 20 minutes and both doors were locked and there were four people standing outside waiting for her to come back nobody knew where she was
