Dr. Fralick takes a very common sense approach to animal care, is extremely knowledgeable and so caring with her patients and their human parents. The office staff is always very helpful and friendly, and I have no problem getting appointments whenever needed.

We have a unique opportunity with a rescue that bites. Dr Young was very good, informative, straight forward, and compassionate. I have had previous vets that would not see my Mini Schnauzer and told me to put him down due to his fear aggression. Did I mention how great this office is? I had a last minute change due to my illness and an upcoming trip. They moved my appointment up to accommodate my needs at the last minute. Wonderful people and Dr. Young the Vet is very helpful.

They’re not my usual veterinarian because mine was out for the week, but boy am I glad I found them. My dog was super sick with a rare condition and they found it quickly. They were super thorough and I like how not only 1 vet called me but 2 each day to keep me updated on my furbaby’s progress. Even though he will need life long medicine I couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness of the front desk staff, the techs, and the vets for all of their hard work or else my baby would be dead. I’ve never felt at home and cared for than at Aiken Animal Hospital. I will forever be grateful for their hospitality and knowledge. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Dr. Nelson for following your gut and sticking with it. I’m so grateful for your and Dr Fralick.

2024 review Priscilla, Swan and all the staff at Aiken Animal Hospital are amazing! They love my 14 year old toy poodle Bailey. He's got lots of health issues, so unfortunately we visit frequently. They really go out of their way to make sure we can get in when we have an urgent need. And they just love on Bailey. Dr. Oliver makes it so easy to communicate with her as he has pancreatitis, a chronic condition. We're learning how to recognize and treat it early, avoiding a full blown out episode. I can not say enough about the staff at AAH! We love you! Thank you!2017 review Dr. White is an amazing caring doctor. We first met Dr. White iIn an emergency visitforg our 7 year old toy poodle, Bailey, who had chronic ear infections to the point there was discussion about removing his tubes, and chronic allergies which left him almost bald with terrible hotspots. We had taken Bailey to countless vets and had spent huge amounts of money with no good outcome. Dr. White in 15 minutes diagnosed and recommend a treatment that has been life changing. Dr. White is extremely competent, and clearly loves our dogs. I can highly recommend her and the friendly staff at Aiken Animal Hospital.

It was our first experience with Aiken Animal Hospital earlier this week. Aside from an unexpected extended wait time for our appointment, our experience was superb. Dr Young and his team were very skilled, knowledgeable, efficient and followed up the next day with results as well as to check in on our pets. Highly recommend this facility.

My dog had a serious leg injury. And Aiken Animal Hospital got me in the next morning. The vet was very attentive and helpful in course of treatment. My whole experience was enjoyable. They are a high-quality small animal vet I highly recommend them.

My puppy was having issues with diarrhea with a little blood, called them and they got us to come in. They had us wait in the car and someone came to the car and got a sample from the puppy to make sure she didn't have parvo before we was allowed in the building (much respect). She didn't have parvo so we was let in and puppy was checked out and did some tests to see what was causing tummy issues, turns out it was stress from so many changes. Gave us some tummy meds and special canned food to help. She started doing better by the next day. They also did a follow up call to make sure she was getting better.

Took Jaxson when he came down with a stomach bug following stay at kennel. Booking was a breeze - so friendly and accommodating. When we arrived, the staff was great and very interested. Vet assistant took us and got history all while setting my dog at ease. Vet came in promptly and was wonderful. Everyone explained what they were doing as they did it. They loved Jaxson and were so good with him. I felt so much better when vet told me it was most likely anxiety due to the whole new experience he had at the kennel. Not that it was a bad experience / just new. And it made sense to me. Would not hesitate to go back and would recommend to anyone needing a vet.

The staff is friendly and helpful. My mom has been taking her dogs for the last 6 years and has dealt with Dr Brown for that time. She loves loves Dr Browns personality and trusts her every word. While she had seen Dr Brown I was unable to due to I know she is retiring. However, I have seen Dr Oliver and she is young but sweet, excellent personality and most of all she seems quite understanding and made sure to ask if I had any type of problems or concerns about my dog. I am a first time dog owner and sometimes forget to ask questions when I'm the moment. I had started to leave and remembered I needed to ask about how much food I should give my dog since she was about 4 pounds overweight from last year's exam I put my dog in the car and went back to ask the front desk front desk was pleasant and helpful, she was able to get the answer that I needed right away from Dr. OliverThank you so much! I recommend them to everyone. =D

I left previous practice in Aiken because I felt doctor spent little time with my pet. More of a production line approach that is very common in the adult medical field. Nice that your practice is not succumbing to that practice! Personal approach with our pets that are more than” pet” to most of us, more like family is greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work!

I have been to other vet offices in the area over 20 years…Aiken Animal Hospital has been the best. My questions that could not be answered anywhere else were answered here. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. My doctor explained things well and offered other suggestions. She also came across very honest. This is my new vet office.

When we first started taking Charlie to Aiken Animal Hospital, we were lucky enough to have Dr. Brown as Charlie's veterinarian. Dr. Brown was a very compassionate person who genuinely cared about Charlie's well-being. Her primary objective was to reduce Charlie's seizures, and she was successful in doing so! After her retirement, we began seeing Dr. Fralick, who is just as wonderful as Dr. Brown. She keeps me updated on Charlie's test results and is always available to answer any questions I may have. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the care provided by Aiken Animal Hospital, and we plan to continue bringing Charlie here because they truly are the best!

Dr. Mary Alice Fralick is amazing. My dog got sick, and they saw him right away. I was not an established patient and had not established one in Aiken yet. She did what testing was necessary there and consulted with Bluepearl for further care of Tank as he required hospilization. I highly recommend getting established with this office. They are honest and really care about the animals that come in! The nurse was also amazing, and i couldn't have hoped for better assistance. Thank you so much for caring for my fur baby!

Dr. Fralick was very helpful and nice. She listened to my concerns and what had happened to BoBo. Seemed to very knowledgeable and understood that I am trying to provide the best care I get for BoBo. She also was willing to work with me on doing one test at a time so I can pay for it a little easier than getting hit hard with a large bill and not being able to pay for it and feel like I have failed in being a good pet owner. I appreciate the opportunity to be able to provide for my pet to make him better without being made to feel like a failure
