I got a chicken fingers plate with green beans and Mac and cheese.. the Mac and cheese tasted awful and the chicken tasted like it had been cooked for a long time just laying around waiting for someone to buy it...I also purchased doughnuts that were assorted in a box.. they were tough and old tasting... I threw it all in the garbage.That was $20.00 of My hard earned Money thrown in the garbage..That's unexceptionable..... The lady at the deli check out needs a better attitude,, she seemed to act like she didn't want to be there... BUT the young girl who waited on me and got My plate ready for me was very nice and friendly...

Employees very helpful, hot bar and salad bar are something you very rarely see. Great food will keep getting my business and recommendations.

Ingles was an impressive and most welcoming find here in rural South Carolina. It reminded me of the fresh markets in larger cities. The variety and choices were fantastic. This is my new go-to store.

I'm Happy that I can get Mt. Olive Sweet Heat Jalapeno Slices @ Ingles. I Love Them . They are so Good ! THIS is the ONLY place I have been able to find them . Ingles also has a pretty good Meat and 2 Plate in their Deli . Thank You Ingles ! And THANKS AGAIN !

Watch what is scanned at the register. My visit on 1/11/24 I bought roughly 10 items half of them ring up higher than they were priced. The cashier was helpful and called someone to fix it, but if I had not been paying attention I would have paid about $20 more than the items purchased.

The only grocery store around but it has hot food at an affordable price. I had a meatloaf plate with macaroni and cheese, green beans and a drink. All for under $10. I had enough for a couple of days.

It’s the only grocery store in town so I hv no other choice but to shop here! I highly recommend if you’re trying to get ripped off, or overspend on everyday essentials! If not travel a bit further and save your money!

To be the only grocery store in Abbeville, they are doing a fine job. Very busy but clean, organized and friendly people. Products stocked too. No empty shelves. Just wish prices weren't so high. Thanks yall.

Prices are very high. I go to Dollar tree tree, Family Dollar, Dollar General if I can because prices are so high. I the same stores in towns near by prices are cheaper same things. It's ridiculous.

One time I saw one of the managers use the mens restroom and didn't wash his hands afterwards. He was kinda skinny and nerdy looking. Disgusting. Definitely made me feel a certain kinda funky. And its the only store in town so can't really complain about the prices but I'm still gonna. The prices are outta hand, 8 bucks for ham? I once spent 14 dollars on a 12 pack of ramen and 2 soup cans. I much rather go to Walmart in greenwood or even lidl or Aldi. Avoid if possible. Save yourself and money.

If you have a large family, and shop at ingles? I feel your pain. Yes the store is clean, yes the shelves are stocked, yes most of the staff is friendly. But the prices are crazy high. To see a $17.36 pack of ground beef that weighed 3.14lbs is wild. I sure hate that Bi-lo and The Pig left Abbeville, we can't always make that 25 mile round trip to G'wood.

So excited, when the lady came out of the bakery and said she had fresh Cinnamon rolls. Got home, made a coffee and cut into. Very dry and disappointing.I am updating this post. I will never get anything from this bakery again. The French baguette was hard as a rock. It was 2 days from the posted date. The cupcakes were soft, but the chocolate had the strangest taste. The frosting was good, but the cake wasn't!This Ingles also does NOT have a good selection of beer and wine like other Ingles I have been to.

The only grocery store in Abbeville, the employees are friendly and helpful and the food they cook is great... However it is one of the most expensive grocery stores I've ever been to!

This is the first time visiting the store and I must say the employees are very polite and friendly. They have a lot of items to choose from. I've heard their meat department is very good. Very clean store. However, the cashiers and bag boys were very slow... Manager didn't seem to notice as she was walking from cashier to cashier.

Sadly the experience was NOT good! I called ahead, specifically asked whoever answered the phone to CHECK to see if they had a specific item, and to check the price! I drove 10 miles, one way, only to discover they did NOT have the item!! And had been out for weeks!?? No clue who I spoke to but I wasted time and gas.

Great customer service. Deli is delicious for breakfast and lunch. Salad bar is amazing. Not to mention the overall appearance of the store is awesome. It's always clean. Prices are reasonable. They even offer popcorn and cookies as snacks for the kids as you shop. This store exemplifies good management. You always feel welcome. You will come back.

I love Ingles, and having one in my hometown has always been a joy. The best meat that you can buy. Too bad that the customer service and the attitude of most of the cashiers and bag boys up front spoil every visit. No smile, no hello, no thank you have a nice day. They just throw the groceries in a bag and sling it down the conveyor belt. They're usually too busy chatting, or on their phones it seems. Today one of the boys is sitting in the electric disability shopping cart up front playing on his phone. Also today, the cashier just shoved my receipt at me and as I smiled and thanked her I heard her tell the boy bagging her groceries that she was tired of telling people to have a nice day. Customer service training should really be a top priority for any business especially this one. I used to enjoy shopping here, and lately I find myself only shopping here because of convenience. The last several trips have not been very pleasant experiences. Today is probably the last time that I visit here for any need.
